Positive experience: Purchased a ticket from Sinai Travels recently. The service given by them was really very good starting from the fare quote to the ticket issuance. They gave me a very competitive price compared to online travel sites. Even after the initial quote when prices went up, they still gave me the original price quoted which talks miles about their commitment to their customers. I would especially like to mention Mr. Sami for his superb service and dealings. One small piece of advice, pls accept American Express cards as a lot of these cards are very beneficial to customers and they are widely accepted at other travel agencies and thru many online travel sites.
