Negative experience: A few days ago, I went on a day tour in Seattle. They said it was a faster border crossing than other places, but there wasn’t much difference, and I was a bit disappointed to hear that you have to own a card for the entire time. And the guide, rather than being a guide, was just someone who transported us to the destination and said, 'Come back by this time.' I wonder why the guide skipped the outlet store? Haha, whether we buy or not during sales is our own decision. Even though we were made to wait for everyone at the meeting place, the guide didn't even apologize for being late?? The driver?? For tips, it’s both the driver and guide, but during this Seattle trip, we only had the driver. Haha, this time the Bluebird choice was disappointing. As the number one in the Korean industry, I hope the Bluebird travel agency will gain the trust of Korean tourists and expatriates in the future, and I leave this honest review with that hope. He also listened to me and acknowledged my concerns. He kindly offered Jeffrey lake tour on a weekday(better chance to get the day pass). I am not sure if I can make it on a weekday but I appreciate their effort on customer service. I think it is fair to update the stars on Bluebird Travel. I also want to thank the tour guide, Koko who was working with this company on my Whistler tour. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does as a tour guide. His positive energy made our trip more enjoyable. His car was very comfortable and ready to charge all kinds of phones/tablets. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looks like all the good reviews are heavily focused on the plane tickets. I had a terrible experience with an actual tour package with Bluebird Travel. 1.I purchased day tour package, Joffrey Lake and Whistler Day Tour. -This business was committed to provide the day tour package for Joffrey lake and Whistler on 7/28/24. It was clearly stated on the website, advertisement, and the contract(confirmation). -This business failed to provide Joffrey lake tour! I asked for cancellation and refund or at least partial refund but they refused. They now have only "Whistler day tour" which should have been if they can't provide the service and won't refund. I'm glad other customers won't get scammed like me and other tourists on the day of 7/28/24. -They said they would charge 4% credit card fee which I disagreed. However, they charge 5% of the entire cost which is well above the fee(should be capped by 2.4%) that Canadian government regulates. -There were multiple people who also were in my situation in the group tour and they also did not get any refund/partial refund. All of us were very unhappy with the unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Negative experience: ㅁ Seattle Day Trip - Crossing the border took 4 hours! Bluebird Travel's advertisement stated it would take 30 minutes to cross the US border, but it actually took 4 hours. It was an outrageous day. ㅁ Rocky Train Trip - 4 nights 5 days ----- A course that you should absolutely not take! The guide encouraged skipping the hot spring bathing included in the itinerary and was unilateral and rude throughout the schedule. When asked about the situation, the response was always 'I don’t know' and to talk to the person who made the contract. There was almost no role of a guide, and you could say he was just a driver. The driving was very rough, reckless, and included speeding and handling the phone while driving. It felt like I was treated like a piece of luggage rather than a tourist. I hope to never encounter him again. ㅁ Victoria - From "Seattle and Rocky Train Trip" After experiencing such rough situations, I chose one star only because this guide followed along during the site and helped to manage things. ㅁ I contracted with Bluebird for a Seattle 1-day + Rocky Train Trip 4 nights 5 days + Victoria 1 night 2 days, but the detailed explanation from the travel agency representative was lacking, the schedule dates were sent incorrectly (twice), and the travel expenses were calculated incorrectly leading to being billed twice without even a single apology. When inquiring about uncertain details, the representative created a situation where we had to adjust the tourist's schedule to match his availability. In any case, this trip was extremely unpleasant due to the unkindness of the contract representative and the on-site guide. ㅁ It seems that Bluebird Travel did not live up to its name.
