Fantastic experience: Arman Mazloum is an absolute miracle worker! In less than an hour, he sorted the details of a trip that had been hugely problematic for me for more than a month AND he came in UNDER BUDGET and considerably less than anything I'd been able to find online. He did it all with a genuine smile, he showed grace and was non judgemental with the mess I presented him to clean up. He was the calm in a very chaotic storm of a day. While I'm sure I was a huge pain in his day, his kind and very patient manner never waivered. He now has all my travel business going forward, I'm not even going to try to do it myself anymore. He made it a fun and easy hour, I can't recommend him highly enough.

The guys at Fairouz Travel made it easy to select the best resort for us, they were patient despite my (many) particular requirements. The resort/package we ended up going with was the perfect fit for us in every way and we feel as though we got a very good deal $$$ What really pushed their service over the edge was an issue we had late one evening with the resort - not knowing what to do or who to call, we contacted Fairouz Travel and they responded immediately and reached out on our behalf. Even the Embassy told us we would have to apply on a friend’s phone using the app, as we didn’t have a phone that would allow us.
