Fantastic experience: When you plan an event bringing artists from outside Canada, look no further than Harry and team at Driverseat Calgary East. From the very first message until the actual trip days, Harry was always on top of things and coordinate the whole trips and days very well. The rate offered was the other thing with the full time driver and clean van throughout. Our Driver Kishore was also very cordial and courteous in accommodating the requests. They have exceptional service, our driver was very pleasant and even provided valuable tips during the trip, it was like having a your own personal travel guide. Fantastic experience: Over the long weekend my sister arranged for our family of 20 people (of all ages) to go to the mountains so we could have a carefree experiences all together. It blew my expectations. This company knows customer service. The bus showed up on time, the driver Harry was so professional and so kind. He made us feel well taken care of and safe. He even stayed later than he was suppose to and we never felt rushed! Everyone in our crew said this was the best experience and some were even planning their next adventure with this company. Fantastic experience: It was our last minute booking with such a huge crowd (22 people) and it worked out very well. We booked the trip day before our trip. Manny who was helping to book our trip was very nice and clam to book the trip. She even offered us if they can help us to book any additional trip, which saved us almost CAD1500.00. They were sending us constantly updates with driver's current update. Driver (Atmul) was very nice, polite and professional. She called us in the morning to confirm the trip, pick up location and confirm if we need any booster seats for any kids. Through out the trip Atmul was very nice and patient with such a huge group. I would highly recommend this company to use again.

Fantastic experience: In June 2023, we (a group of 13 family friends) visited Calgary. We booked Driver’s seat in March 2023. Rahul and Harry guided us and helped us make our itinerary for visit to Banff and Jasper. They helped us create an itinerary so that we can get the most out of our 3 days trip. After following their itinerary, we are very pleased that we followed their recommendation. They were always available for any questions we had. When we started our trip, we were assigned Sumit to drive us the places we decided. Whatever I can say about Sumit, is not enough. This family oriented young man is very polite, courteous and helping. We is always smiling. He thought of our comfort all the times. He always showed up in time. I highly recommend this company. Very pleased with their politeness and service. If google had more that 5 stars, I would be rating them to the highest no of stars.

Fantastic experience: We booked Driverseat for a trip to YYC and the service was great. The driver was early and extremely helpful getting the suitcases loaded. When we went to book them for a return ride home I was having issues booking (no fault of their website) I sent a message which was answered very quickly and Harvinder was super helpful. When our flight home was delayed he also helped get everything settled for us and even though we faced unloading delays because of the extreme cold weather, they made sure to keep us updated and reassured us that a driver would be there-which he was!! The exceptional customer service and being so committed to make sure we had the best possible service was so appreciated! We will definitely using Driverseat in the future!

We didn’t have to worry with parking along the famous Banff destinatons (fyi: parking is very limited everywhere and very time-consuming). Driverseat provided us with excellent service since airport pick up, 2-day tour itineraries, and a trip back to the downtown Calgary. We were picked up on time and they worked with our time requests. They are easy to talk to and very accommodating to their guests. Gloria and Searle were amazing drivers that brought us safe to our destinations.

Fantastic experience: Driverseat drove my family from Calgary airport to home. they have professional driver and a clean car. Driver was very helpful and kind. Second time, we were moving from Calgary to ferny, and we called Rahul if he knows house movers bcz we were getting the estimate around 4500$. but rahul suggested that u should rent a truck which he can also arrange for us. then after eveything he sent Searle with 5 ton truck and with everything moving and all that it just costed us around 1000$. thanks to Rahul he saved us around 3500$ and best deal for us.

My family of five used their shuttle service to and from the airport for our vacation travel this month. Rahul and his team of drivers were personable, professional and it felt like having a family member take us. I love the integrated app and the real-time update tracker and the texting feature with my assigned driver. Also, I mistakenly booked the shuttle for our pick up at the airport 3 hours later than expected, with a quick text and in minutes the new time was updated - very flexible, instant communication. I will always refer or use Driverseat Calgary, full love for Rahul.

Fantastic experience: I was due to have surgery and had employed this company to drive me, my car and my kids around for 4-6 weeks for the period when I couldn't drive. The surgery was cancelled last minute so I didn't need their services. However, I am writing this review because I was SO impressed with their customer service - I met with both my drivers to make sure I would be comfortable with them, they were flexible with their schedules so they could meet my schedule, and I felt completely confident that they would drive carefully and competently. I would recommend this company to everyone. They really tried hard to accommodate my needs and for this, I am very grateful.
