Fantastic experience: We have used Stephen with Expedia Cruise Downtown Oakville for two trips now and have been extremely happy with both trips. Stephen helped us plan a Disney Cruise in 2023 and was able to watch out for discounts available and notify us and save us a lot of money. We recently used him again to book a 17 person (8 adults & 9 kids) all inclusive to Dominican and were equally happy with the service he provided. Fantastic experience: Luana has been wonderful to deal with and we would highly recommend her. Even though she is a Cruise expert, she went above and beyond doing research to help us find the perfect vacation at an All-Inclusive. She checked in on us a few weeks before we were leaving to see if we needed anything from her. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled for our trip home. As soon as I contacted her, she was on the phone looking for answers from the airline, working with her colleagues on how to get us home quickly and booked our flight to get us home safely. She's kind, tenacious and hard working all at the same time! She is an absolute gem in the travel industry.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with this all inclusive resort. The rooms, bathrooms, public bathrooms and restaurants are always clean. The gardens are constantly maintained and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. There is a big variety of food and it is good. I would not recommend the steakhouse as certain meats are tough, the ribs are fatty and the chicken is dry. I would also avoid the Mexican restaurant. We wondered why it was always empty and now we know why. Don't let that stop you from enjoying the Asian restaurant and buffet restaurants. We would go back to the Riu Jalisco in a minute!

The most recent just happened a couple weeks ago when I booked a trip with her to Mexico. The name on my ticket was incorrect, my fault. Fantastic experience: We just returned from a 14 day holiday which included a 12 day cruise that Expedia Representitive Mani Kunadian worked with me on to book. Firstly, this was far from your normal booking as I firmed it up on Oct 4 and was landing in, and leaving from Haifa Israel. This resulted in flight cancellations and rebooking, cruise terminal realigning and a significant amount of additional legwork needed to make this happen. A significant amount of additional work. Mani was very knowledgeable and efficient in handling both the presenting us with multiple options initially when deciding which to take, and then when changes needed to happen, the many options necessary to reorganize our schedules. He also assisted with looking for, and booking hotels pre and post trip as well as assistance with ground transportation from various cruise ports and key locations we wanted to visit. It was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had in the end and thanks to Mani, and his needing to double up on the work to cancel and rebook transportation, went off very smoothly. We will be booking again with him in the future. A&J

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have booked numerous cruises through Expedia Cruises in Downtown Oakville and specifically with Barry Van Domseler. We have found that we've been able to get competitive fares with Barry and sometimes even lower fares than we have seen through our own research. In addition he will often add a nominal on board credit to the booking. Barry responds quickly to enquiries and will go to bat with cruise companies to resolve an issue if necessary. He manages bookings efficiently and offers pertinent advice when needed. He has a warm and engaging manner and it is comforting to have him as an agent.

I know many people figure they don’t need a travel agent and can just book online, but when things go wrong, as they did on our February/March cruise earlier this year, Owen and Colette were with us every step of the way. While many people were panicking onboard, trying to change flights, etc., Colette took care of everything for us so we could relax and enjoy our extended journey home from South America.

Fantastic experience: We contact Steve Freer for all our travel needs, be it a flight, hotel, resort or a cruise. He is a professional within the industry. He researches the best travel options regarding price, with the best number of perks (for a cruise) and he is always available for our questions or concerns. Just returned from a Caribbean cruise in February 2020 where Steve had arranged 2 vans for the group to tour San Juan as our flight was later in the day. We had lunch and reached the airport in plenty of time. Two words of advice... use Steve as your travel agent versus on-line booking and always buy travel insurance. If you are detained for any reason on your vacation, who do you contact on-line? Trust me, I've collected on travel insurance!

Fantastic experience: Colette Sicoli put together a once in a lifetime cruise package for my family of ten. Ages ranged from 5 to 80 years. There were 4 separate yet combined groups Colette had to co-ordinate even one from Northern Ontario. There were many, many phone calls, emails & texts to her as to hat to expect at the many ports of call and for specific needs of young children as well as seniors with some mobility problems. Our Mediterranean Cruise was spectacular, comfortable and "easy" because Colette helped us plan and coordinate everything from beginning to end. We are all still in awe of this great family experience. This was my opportunity to give my family, especially grandchildren, the opportunity to create memories and to visit the place of my birth.
