Negative experience: I want to share my experience with a dream travel booking agency that advertises cheap flights. My journey from Toronto to Ethiopia took 13-14 hours, followed by another flight to Delhi, totalling nearly 25 hours of travel. The return trip is just as long, around 30 hours. Ethiopian Airlines is highly recommended by them, but it’s not worth it. I could spend more than the $1850 I paid for better options. I tried to cancel my ticket a month ago, but no one responded. I urge the owner/manager to please cancel my return ticket for 18 January (30 hours flight) to help me find a better flight. I attached the return ticket below please contact me ASAP. Thank you
