Negative experience: Could give 0 stars, experience! They may give you the best deal but if theres a change in your itinerary good luck being ripped off by them. They will charge twice what they see in their system and you cannot do anything. Airline also wont be able to help out as you bought from an agent. Beware and better off buying straight from airline or another agent. The ratings on here are inaccurate as they give out free concert tickets in return for 5 star reviews. Buyer beware!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of traveling with KK Travel for Umrah, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Kass was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Everything was well organized, and was taken care of right from the airport here in Toronto. Our flight was direct with Saudi airlines. We arrived in Madina first and then went to Mecca. In Madina we stayed in Movenpic hotel (right next to gate 16 for women) and in Mecca we stayed in Swisshotel Maqam inside the clock tower. The day trips (Ziyarat’s) were laid out nicely, and we were not rushed at all during this time. I will definitely be booking with KK travel again in the future. I highly recommend KK Travel for anyone looking to embark on their Umrah journey.
