Fantastic experience: Tes was a great tour guide and provided awesome information and knowledge about Banff and the park. She was very patient and helpful. It was a great time driving around seeing elk, deer, and an otter. We got to drink hot chocolate take pictures and walk on a frozen lake. The first time we had to reschedule because of an accident but they rebooked us with no problem. A great time.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely awesome e-bike fat tire tour with Michael F. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the animals and geography in the area. He was able to adjust the route we’d be taking on the fly so that we couldn’t see the same things we had already seen in the area. 10/10 tour, and I’d highly recommend asking for Mike when you call to book

Fantastic experience: Michael F.. is an absolute Star Guide. -at intro, he demonstrated to be very people centric. We’re in group of 3 from various nationalities, his instructions were simple and clear. Could feel his sincerity and genuine effort to communicate. -as we progress with the tour, he shows thorough knowledge, balance well to not overwhelm us with info. He speaks to everyone, draws interest and engage in candid manner, absolute great time management. -with use of machine involved, there’s certain level of risk. Michael displays his attentiveness in calm manner without overbearing cautiousness towards us at any point of the tour, which I think was essential to enjoy the tour thoroughly. Needless to say, we got alot more then simply biking from point A to point B with Michael ,which we never would have through foot in the 2hrs and then some time spent.

Fantastic experience: We booked with Radventures a Christmas Eve “Lake Louise & Johnston Canyon Winter Wonderland Tour”. Our tour guide was Michael Frymus and I would highly recommend him! Michael was very knowledgeable on the area, sharing interesting trivia facts throughout the day. We felt very safe with his confidence in driving through snowy terrain. We also appreciated his flexibility and adaptability to tailor the experience to what we most wanted to do. The views were absolutely beautiful and it was a perfect first day in the Banff area!

Fantastic experience: We used RADVENTURES for a tour of Johnston canyon and Lake Louise and it was fantastic! Our guide was Michael Frymus and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He made several pit stops there and back to take our family to great lookout points. He was is also a photographer which was an added bonus! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with this company and Michael.

Fantastic experience: It was a great time and Jaycob was an amazing guide! Johnston Canyon was a beautiful trail, was wife is 6 months pregnant and handled it well at a slow scenic pace. For Lake Louise, we recommend renting the ice skates. Unless there has been resent heavy snow fall the snow shoes are not really needed. Oh, we saw some elk! Jaycob will stop to see all animals alone the way.

Fantastic experience: Tess was the most amazing guide for our family. The tour itself was incredible, so well organised and the scenery was so incredibly stunning. But, adding a bit of Tess magic into the mix was an unexpected bonus. So knowledgeable, helpful and fun! A day we will never forget.

Fantastic experience: We did the Winter Wonderland tour today with Rae as our guide. It was an amazing way to spend our day, such beautiful views the whole way and at each location. It made it so easy having a tour guide as we didn’t have the stress of driving in the snow. Rae was an amazing tour guide, so funny and informative (also 10/10 photographer). Johnston Canyon and Lake Louise were absolutely gorgeous locations, got some beautiful photos from there. Overall, such a great experience would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Radventures—would recommend! Our Winter Wonderland tour with Tess was epic. She somehow balanced being super chill and a total pro, matching the boundless energy of our hyper-excited teenage nieces and nephew. Tess worked her magic to tweak the day for maximum fun, hitting all the itinerary highlights but with extra flair. Mother Nature even showed up big time—blue skies, mild temps, and a couple of elk cameos (don’t worry, we kept it respectful). We ice-walked, snowshoed, skated, feasted, and had an all-around legendary day. Huge thanks to Tess and Radventures for giving us a family memory we'll treasure forever!

Fantastic experience: We went on the Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon tour in Banff recently and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a a snowy adventure and Radventures certainly provided just that. Our guide Rae (who we referred to as our own Rae of sunshine) was a pleasure to be around and she took care of us. Couldn’t be more pleased with this adventure and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Had a great tour today with Taylor. First rate guide, great information about the area and what we saw and did. Well organized and saw some great animals as well.

Positive experience: Simon was a great tour guide and very nice. The Johnston canyon walk was great but very long — definitely be physically prepared and bring a backpack to shed layers! It’s not that steep but will be a workout for most people who don’t exercise regularly. Lake Louise was a bit of a let down — there wasn’t much shopping at the hotel, it wasn’t really decorated, and most of it was prohibited for non-guests. I’d only recommend this if you really want to walk around the lake or ice skate. Of the four of us on our tour, none of us brought lunch and all planned to buy something at lake Louise, as described on the website. Simon recommended we stop at another little town with better options and it was DELICIOUS however, we were extremely rushed. I’d rather have that built in to the itinerary and then go to lake Louise. None of us wanted to walk all the way around the lake, so we didn’t *need* the full 1.5hrs there (and we still finished by 3:15, back at the first drop off in Banff by 4). If we’d had a better idea of how little there was to do at lake Louise, I would have pushed for more time to eat. It was very rushed. Overall glad we went, but might rather have chosen a tour with two hikes that were shorter duration (so more of a break).

Fantastic experience: Tyler hosted the Ice bubbles tour at Abraham Lake and I can’t recommend him enough. Incredibly knowledgeable, prepared, and kind. Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Radventures! Both guides were incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the tour special. They even took us to unique, off-the-beaten-path spots that felt like hidden gems. A standout moment for me was when I forgot to pack lunch. The guides graciously made a stop just for me to grab food—talk about exceptional service! With only one full day to explore Banff, this tour made every moment count. I was blown away by the beauty of Lake Abraham and Peyto Lake, and as a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease. The group dynamic was great, and the guides’ enthusiasm was contagious. I have to admit I was a little jealous of some fellow travelers who had gone on a Radventures tour the day before mine. They were lucky enough to experience two incredible days with this amazing team. All in all, I left the tour feeling happy and fortunate. If you’re considering a trip with Radventures, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best tour in Banff!! We did the Icefields Parkway explorer tour and it was perfect. The most scenic drives in the entire world, followed by many lake stops (including the highlight for us Peyto lake). Our tour guide Tess was absolutely next level, so knowledgeable and she really made the tour. I always think tour guides can make or break the day and she was just the best!!! Really appreciate her keeping us safe (on very icey roads) answering any questions we might have, helping us spot bears and just generally being so kind! Thanks so much Radventures & Tess! We can’t wait to take another tour soon ⛰️

Fantastic experience: Our tour guide Taylor was excellent. He took us to many places all around Banff and the surrounding areas. He was very knowledgeable. Well worth 3 hour tour. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Nolan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and wildlife of Banff. The tour stopped at great viewpoints for seeing the beautiful landscape and wildlife. Several stops had free public bathrooms available. There was not much walking needed at any of the stops, which was great for people who have trouble moving around, but want to enjoy the park.

Fantastic experience: We had two full days of amazing tours with Tyler at Radventures! We did the Icefield Parkway and the Lake Louise/Emerald Lake/Johnston Canyon tours. Everything we could have needed for the tour was taken care of, Tyler was so knowledgeable (and answered our 100+ questions), always had a big smile on his face and a pleasure to have as a guide. Would highly recommend Radventures and hope you get Tyler as your guidee.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely magical day with our fabulous Radventures guide Ray on the Icefields Parkway Highlights Tour. Ray greeted us enthusiastically and her passion for the area made for an informative, fun adventure. She was extremely safe driving and guiding us on hikes in challenging weather conditions. The ticketing, registration and all the logistics were easy. We had such a good time and would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience: My son and I went on a Fat E-bike tour with Michael. There were 6 of us in this small group. We were on road and off road but you usually had an option of either. We saw some great viewpoints of Banff and area. Michael was very informative about the area and its history. 2 hours was the perfect timing for this type of ride. This company is very professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This tour was great! The lakes are beautiful and you can't go to Lake Moraine without a guided tour anymore; not to mention going on your own you probably wouldn't get a parking spot. Our guide, Latashya, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Had a great time with a great group of people! Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about going.

Fantastic experience: First tour, I did the Sunrise Moraine Lake and Lake Louise tour. Tyler was a very friendly and very knowledgeable guide. He shared some really funny stories about the local bears, Boss and Split Lip. Highly recommend this tour as this is a great time to see both lakes. Especially magical that it snowed while we were at Lake Louise. Second tour was Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise and Emerald Lake. Simon was such a wonderful guide. The tour group was very small that day but he made it feel like we were a group of really good friends travelling together. At the end of the tour, he even shared a list of places in Banff where you can eat/have fun. I actually went to a couple of these places to eat and he was right! Highly recommend this tour too as the views are unforgettable. If I ever come back to Banff, I will definitely go with Radventures. And thank you to your amazing tour guides.

Fantastic experience: Nolan was very excellent!!! He was knowledgeable about the area and when we did see animal sightings was very patient with us taking pictures and capturing the perfect moment. He even went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time I always asking us if it was OK with us to go to the next site, that was very thoughtful!!! I would recommend riding with Nolan to anyone and he made our trip here to Banff very memorable!!

They came prepared with hot drinks and blankets as well without us having to request for them beforehand. Will definitely book with them again. Fantastic experience: Our Wildlife Tour with Radventures was absolutely incredible. We were taken to many locations throughout Banff and were able to see Deer, Elk and black bears in the wild. A once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was also fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. A must do!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with Simon today with our group of six. The weather was cold and rainy but we had a blast! We saw a herd of elk and went on trails through the woods. The fall colors this time of year were beautiful and Simon even had hot drinks for us on this cold day. If you have never gone on an e-bike, not to worry. We were given thorough instructions and training in the parking lot to make sure we were comfortable before heading out on the trail. We started off on easy trails before graduating to off road trails. I would highly recommend this company and the e-bike tour. A huge thanks to Simon for making this a special part of our trip to Banff.

As someone who sometimes gets carsick, I felt very safe and secure with him driving us around for the day during our “ Chasing waterfalls” tour. Emerald Lake was gorgeous and so was marble Canyon. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went on the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise sunrise tour. Taylor our guide was fantastic. Highly recommend starting your trip to Banff with Radventures as Taylor offered insight and suggestions for the remaining days on our trip, all of which were fantastic tips. He even summoned a rainbow over the lake just for us! Haha We will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Two tours: Best of Banff: Absolutely excellent way to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Emma was our guide. She was informative and friendly. She felt like a friend by the end of the day. We were thrilled with the "locals favorite" place she chose for us, after finding out what people had already seen and had yet to see. She even told us when to use the washrooms to avoid the disgusting ones. The lunches provided were very good. The only surprising thing was that despite it being a small commercial vehicle, we were never dropped off or picked up close to the sites. There was quite a walk from the car park. It was fine. Just surprising. Avoiding the shuttle headache and guidance provided made this 100 percent worth doing. Ice Fields Parkway Tour: Very good tour of the ice fields parkway in a small vehicle. Great not to drive. Amelia was our guide and she did a good job, despite a guest who monopolized the conversation the entire day. She chose excellent places to park where we avoided crowds. We didn't end up getting any "extra" stop, which is listed as something you get. We ended early. I assume to get the loudmouth dropped off. Amelia was delightful. We enjoyed talking to her. We did not order a lunch and brought our own, which worked great to eat while at the glacier.

Fantastic experience: We had an unforgettable experience with Radventures! The horseback ride around Lake Louise was breathtaking, with stunning views. Our guide was incredibly friendly and worked so hard to ensure we all had a great time. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the ride even more enjoyable! The horses were well-trained and gentle, perfect for riders of all levels. If you’re looking for a unique way to take in the beauty of Banff, this tour is an absolute must!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great tour of Moraine Lake (sunrise) and Lake Louise with Rae. She took great care of the whole group, everything was organized and well prepared and we learned a lot! It was nice to be able to sit back and be driven from location to location. We felt very safe and comfortable. Rae organized lunch for us and gave us clear instructions for each stop as well as directions around the lake and where washrooms could be found. The hot cocoa was a special touch! I would definitely recommend this for families, couples or solo travelers.

Fantastic experience: My family were visiting and I took them on the highlights tour last week. The trip was incredible and our host Jess did a fantastic job! Throughout the trip she engaged with the group and had lots of knowledge on Banff and the wildlife and was great at pointing out animals to the group. Fantastic experience: We went on a 4:30 PM wildlife tour in Banff last night, and it was an amazing experience, largely thanks to our outstanding guide, Jess. From the moment the tour began, Jess’s deep knowledge of the area’s wildlife, landscapes, and ecology was clear, and her enthusiasm made the tour even more enjoyable. Jess had a remarkable ability to spot animals we would have easily missed, and she made sure everyone had a great view while providing fascinating information about each species. Her passion for wildlife and nature was contagious, making the tour both educational and fun. She also went out of her way to make sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and involved, answering questions with patience and care. Her positive energy never faded throughout the tour, and it’s obvious she loves what she does. If you’re considering a wildlife tour in Banff, I can’t recommend this experience enough—and Jess made it truly exceptional. Thank you, Jess, for an unforgettable adventure!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience, and Inha made it even better. Our favorite spot was Lake Moraine. Stunning views from the rock pile. We also enjoyed the Lake Louise Fairmont viewpoint and the extra stops on the way back to Banff

Fantastic experience: What a spectacular experience! This is really the best way to see the iconic spots in Banff National Park. Our guide, Kale, was incredibly kind and one of the most knowledgeable guides I’ve ever had (and I travel all over the world regularly and do tours quite a bit). Kale knew where to take us to get the best viewings and pictures and really cared that we had a great experience. This tour gets high ratings for a reason. Thank you! Bring light hiking shoes if you have them. They are not absolutely necessary but some people wearing sneakers had a few slips because the ground was wet. Kale helped modify the walk for people with some mobility issues - but if you are healthy and able to walk and climb steps - the views are worth it! Thanks, Kale! TS

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic day on our tour with Cam. Seeing our drive north begin in fog & mist, Cam chose to take us to Moraine Lake first, as the elevation was higher there. It was so the right call as it took us into lovely sunshine & gorgeous views. The view from the Rockpile was especially spectacular. My husband & I scaled it, with me in a walking boot from recent foot surgery. Cam was ever so kind to shadow us on the way up, just to be sure I made it safely. His mother can be proud! Two hours at Moraine Lake was unhurried & perfect. When we went to Lake Louise next, the weather had cleared & again we had a picture perfect visit, having plenty of time to enjoy lunch & a leisurely hike by the lakeside. Throughout our tour, Cam was ever courteous & helpful. He shared numerous fun facts & interesting details of the sights we were seeing, flora & fauna, & dynamics of the ecosystem. Tips for what to do were useful, directions were clear. He gave numerous recommendations for where to eat, what to see in Banff & Canmore, & every one of them we checked out was great!! Positive experience: Nathan was a great tour guide! We had lots of laughs and he was very well informed and personable. The scenery was wonderful and we did end up seeing lots of elk, ravens, and an eagle. The only feedback would be to list out the stops in the description of the tour before folks buy tickets. That way we know what to avoid in the area so we don’t double dip so to speak. I had already gone to several of the stops since I bought my ticket days in advance so I could have skipped them and gone elsewhere.

We had not seen any wildlife the first few days and so we were so happy to see big horn sheep, lots of elk, and deer. The biggest highlight was a bull elk right near the road. Fantastic experience: We went on the Icefields Parkway tour. The trip was amazing and our gide kale was super attentive and was full of neat information. He went out of his way to make you comfortable and engaged the whole way!

Although we did not encounter much wildlife, we wish more educational information about the wildlife habitat had been shared. Overall fun experience and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have just been on a Banff: Highlights and Wildlife group tour. Our guide was Michael F.. It was brilliant he was so knowledgeable about the geology and wildlife in the area. He took us to many stopping places that didn’t have any other tourists around so we got to take great photos. The highlights were seeing a bear and her cub eating buffalo berries from a bush just near the roadside. Also watching an Elk family cross the road in front of us. I would really recommend this tour.

Radventures worked with us for a diverse, customized, itinerary-customized to our interests, our other planned activities, and our physical ability. We did 2 other Radventures small group tours with other drivers and they were all great.They were each a little customized to their purpose as describe their descriptions. Fantastic experience: Loved this small group, personalized lake Moraine and lake Louise tour. Allowed 2 hours at each lake which gave plenty of time to complete the hikes. Our tour guide was very knowledgable about history and geography of this area and Canada

Fantastic experience: Kale was an excellent tour guide! He had great tips on the best way to make the most of our visit at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. He also showed us a couple of overlook sceneries that were beautiful. Most importantly, he was so accommodating and always offered to take pictures for everyone.

Positive experience: Iha did a great job. She was very knowledgeable with the details she shared with us. The only problem was that we were sitting in the back of the van and had trouble hearing her. A speaker system in the van would be very helpful.

He had so much energy. He really made the tour more fun. These places are beautiful and we had a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with the Moraine Lake/Lake Louise tour with Latashya. She was VERY informative and even participated in our hiking activities with us. She has such a contagious, adventurous spirit. The booking process was simple and arrival information is accurate, no way to get confused or lost. The sack lunches from the local bakery were delicious and we were glad we chose the option because the cafes in the parks had long lines.

Nolan was a fantastic guide! We really enjoyed his insights and facts about the area. Also, loved that he acknowledged the early start time and was quiet to let us rest on the way to the first destination. Very accommodating and made sure to point out the best spots. Fantastic experience: We took the highlights and wildlife trip with red adventures. Absolutely wonderful tour guide. They were super patient. And very thorough. We had a two-year-old with us and they worked really hard to help him see wildlife, which we did. And we're really super helpful and giving us recommendations for other areas we should visit as well as area restaurants. Highly, highly recommend.

She was knowledgeable about the area, conscientious about all guests, and always willing to help snap a family memory at a beautiful site. Fantastic experience: Went to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise sunrise tour along with Taylor. He was very kind and explaining everything to us as we went along. Definitely recommend it, as Lake Moraine is closed to private cars and Lake Louise is fully parked by early morning. You will have stunning photos and great company if you wanted to have a chat with Taylor.

Fantastic experience: We rented a campervan on our recent trip to Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay. Price was more than fair. The van had all the basic necessities, which is what we wanted. No bells and whistles. Mattress was very comfortable. Area in the van was roomy enough for two people. The van was powerful and handled all the climbs and twists of the mountain roads perfectly. Kicking Horse campground was definitely our favorite of the trip. Close to some of the best features of Yoho and Banff. Harry was very accommodating in some last minute changes we had and was always responsive in all communication. The shuttle pick up and drop off at the airport was a huge plus as well. We look forward to coming back and seeing more of the Rockies.
