Fantastic experience: We used Milan Jain from Odessa Vacations to plan our Caribbean Cruse for February, 2025. She easily guided us through the selection process to ensure we wanted a cruise vs a destination vacation, made sure we knew what documents we needed , what was or was not included with each option, which made everything easy. The company is a full service agency that can help book all your vacation desires. We will use Milan again.

Negative experience: ********SCAM******** We got introduced to Odenza through Hilton. We tried to book a christmas spectacular show in NYC and yet to receive the tickets, when enquired I was let know I should wait until 72hrs prior to the event When we tried to request a date change, it was denied even though tickets have not been issued yet. Very inflexible. We frequently travel but are skeptical about using Odenza in the future, given things change sometimes due to weather, flight , etc esp during winter. We would never recommend to any of our Business friends. We will also pass about this "VIP" experience with Odenza to Hilton. Hopefully they take them off their marketing list Lost ~$70 with nothing good. I feel scammed. I want a refund, they say they don't refunds either. Planning to raise an issue with BBB Update: 12/18 Tetiana has been trying to help us. Still waiting for updated tickets to arrive with less than a week to our vacation. I have asked them for a refund so I can atleast book tickets through authorized seller before vacation. Odenza tickets are of good discount but things are very uncertain. They like to keep you surprised. You won't receive anything earlier than your event/show days Will post if things change

Positive experience: I had trouble getting someone to answer my call to confirm the hold reservation I had booked through Odenza but after multiple calls I finally got Joel Kanchan. who was a pleasure to work. I had gotten frustrated that my hold reservation expired and then rebooked by someone else but Joel was able to help get the same location at a different time. He was super helpful and made the process a lot easier. I cannot wait to go on the vacation that Joel helped me get.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of booking a cruise with Daniela Alvarez through Odenza Vacation as a last minute trip. Back story, I'm in my second trimester of my pregnancy and really wanted to do a quick stress free cruise before I get too big and uncomfortable for travel. Daniela made sure to make it happen for me despite this cruise leaving in less than 3 weeks. Mine you, this cruise could not be book anywhere else besides through Odenza since its fully book everywhere else. I was quite nervous as this is my final chance having a babymoon at all as I will be in my third trimester early next year where I would need a doctor's note to go fly/cruise anywhere. Daniela didn't waste a minute by sending me the booking details but I still managed to let the link expired because I had to get a final confirmation from work if I'm needed for our Christmas work party. She was quick to resend me a new link and follow through with my request but again my pregnancy brain let that link expired as well because this time I can't locate my travel documents. Nevertheless Daniela was on top of it, she made sure I get on this cruise because she knows how much it means to me.

Negative experience: They promised to send me a quote, but it never arrived. I called, but they don't answer emails or calls. I don't want to imagine what it would be like if I had a problem on a trip. There would be no one to take charge. EDIT: I went to their office; they even sent me to another office to explain my travel needs, and now they say they do not have me in their system. If they have this little control over their clients, I don't want to think about their trips.

Positive experience: Odenza overall isn't the greatest I've ever dealt with, I didn't expect to have to pay for the airfare for the trip I won lol however, I was able to upgrade the package and get a rather decent hotel stay for a week for my family. The agent Maria ext 226 is absolutely awesome! She was super helpful and answered to complete my confirmation in a timely manner.

Negative experience: I have been trying to reach my travel agent John for weeks and still have not received one call back. I have left several voicemails and talked to customer service who also stated they would message him to call me. I feel like it is a scam. I paid the fee and I am not able to use the service

Fantastic experience: Clara Cruz booked a vacation for me for this December in Orlando, Florida. She has great people skills. Clara is knowledgeable of vacation destinations. She is patient and thorough. I definitely recommend Clara and plan to use her again myself.

Negative experience: Twice now that i have tried to reserve a date at a resort and twice there were issues preventing the request from being honored... I was offered to look into other resorts, is this a tactic to fill less than desirable locations???

Fantastic experience: Just booked our vacation through Odenza with Laure Desinai. Laure was extremely helpful in finding us the right package to suit our needs. We started with little idea of what we were looking for and did not have a specific date in mind. Laure was extremely patient, working with us over several months until we finally found the right deal. We look forward to working with her again!

Fantastic experience: I’ve booked a couple of vacations with Odenza over the years. I received nothing but 5 star service. If you need help with your vacations reach out to Christoper Taylor. WOW Odenza you have a star. I remember a couple of years ago, we had a resort booked in Orlando during a holiday and this resort lost our booking. Everything was sold out, and some how Chris got us into the resort. This was a terrifying event as we just drove 8+ hours to get there with my small kids. I never really explained to you, how much you helped me and my family that day but thank you. I Spoke with Chris earlier this year and book another vacation, this went according to the plan but Thank you Chris, keep up the great work.

Negative experience: Awful experience! Forget the timeshare presentation and do not fall for this scam from this travel agency. They do not want to take the time to help you find The right trip for you. They do not answer all the emails you send. You can absolutely not get answers. I have tried for 2 weeks. Every trip I did get quotes for in the beginning of this nightmare were the same or more than I could have booked on the website. The customer service is beyond anything I have ever seen! What a waste of time and money ..This is sad that resorts actually promote this company. Hopefully not all their travel agents are this way

Fantastic experience: Andrew O. was fantastic throughout the entire booking process and gave us plenty of options for our vacation! He was quick to respond to all of our questions and helped to make the booking process as simple as possible. Would absolutely work with him again!

Negative experience: I had received a certificate for a free 4 night cruise which I of course expected would come at a cost to me. When I tried to book the cruise I kept asking the same simple question. What is my total cost after the certificate and my $100 deposit. I could never get a straight answer and the price kept changing. When I thought I finally had an answer and they sent the authorization form the price was different yet again. When I compared the price quoted and what it would cost to book the cruise directly on the Carnival website it was about a $20 difference making the certificate essentially worthless. They do not communicate well and certainly aren't up front. I would definitely not recommend dealing with Odeza.

Negative experience: We received a cruise certificate from a car dealership and decided to try to use it. We wanted to upgrade to the balcony room etc. and had questions about pricing. We had two different people handling the file, both gave very different breakdowns. There is very little transparency and after we'd agreed on pricing, the authorization came in and was different again. Pricing out the exact same trip directly through the Carnival website comes in only $20 more, so the certificate is essentially worth $0. The last person we dealt with was quite pushy and would not respond to emails as requested, he would phone even after being advised that we were not available during the day without a time scheduled in advance.

Fantastic experience: I completed a booking today with Odenza vacations. It was super quick and easy. I am so excited to take my kids to New Mexico and stay in a lovely resort!!! My booking agent, Sahil, was super nice and made the process quite easy. In about 30 minutes, I was done from start to finish!! Excited for our trip!

Fantastic experience: Booking our trip was quick and easy with Shreja Shrestha. There were renovations on the dates we wanted at the resort we wanted. She was able to find us an even nicer resort nearby at the same rate! Plus she was patient with my questions and always friendly.

Fantastic experience: Stanton Book was the one who helped me with my booking and I was so excited that he got me my bookings with ease and no issues.

Negative experience: This was a FREE TRIP the app that I used which is OnMyWay claimed. All I had to do was refer 4 people and pay 50 to keep the reservation. Once I did that and got the official paperwork, I was told that I need to pay $398 and then plus 50 for the hotel and then I upgraded my room. I paid $100. Out of the $1000 they say they pay, they DO NOT. I have paid over 400 for this trip that was supposed to be free. I had four different trips that I was offered but they took too long to get back to me and once they got back to me I was only offered the one trip which is the one that I took. I didn't know that taxes was this much for a free trip. I could be wrong with what I'm saying but right now it doesn't seem so. Just be careful when a company says anything is FREE. Granted, I'm happy that I'm going to Las Vegas and it's my first time flying.

Fantastic experience: My original cruise was cancelled due to a hurricane. Arora jumped on it immediately and scheduled what I wanted for when I wanted to he is excellent

Negative experience: This is how my timeshare meeting experience was. Started with my Wife and I walking the Miracle Mile in Las Vegas. Got pulled aside from a Hilton rep asking us a bunch of personal questions. We get taken to a kiosk where a gentleman vaguely explains this "opportunity". Telling us of 200 dollars in coupons for the strip and a free 2 night stay in a hotel with up to 2 years to plan. Then asks for a deposit to attend a "2 hour meeting" which ended up being closer to 3 and a half. We attend said meeting. Everyone has smiles on their face and are offering coffee, water, chips etc. How lovely for taking a 20 minute shuttle bus away from our vacation to a distant location. Then our representative talks our ear off for the next half an hour about how we can take all these lovely trips. Never explains finances even though asked. We then watch a half hour presentation/slide show with a speaker explaining how the timeshare changed his life. Afterwards we were taken back to a cubicle with our representative. Close to another hour goes by before they actually talk money. My wife and I said we are somewhat interested but don't have the current finances for a deposit. They try to TUG! at us asking if we can get any money from friends or family to cover a deposit for this timeshare opportunity. At this point another rep was called in and they were pressuring us hard. It was very uncomfortable. When we finally put our foot down and said we couldn't afford it at this time all the deals were gone. Smiles wiped right off of the faces. Their demeanor became very cold and unwelcoming. Overall a terrible experience and a waste of my valuable vacation time. P.S. the 200$ coupon vouchers were only valid in very specific places not where we were staying at. And the 2 day free vacation required a 100$ deposit and printing of documents to sign with only 2 weeks to complete. As well as paying for hotel taxes and fees amounting to around another 100$. Terrible experience and a valuable lesson never to take that much precious time away from the few days I get a year to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: I booked a vacation through Odenza Vacations with Andrew Ogunbayo as my Odenza agent. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the options available with my promotional certificate and made some good recommendations for vacations. I decided to pick a vacation to New Orleans and Andrew was able to get me a very good deal that included flights and a 4-night hotel stay in the French Quarter. We exchanged multiple emails and phone calls and Andrew patiently worked through all my itinerary changes to get me the perfect vacation. I would highly recommend him!

Negative experience: Communication and Customer service was 2 thumbs down. We had a travel certificate to use. I registered it, paid our deposit, and waited for a call to book a trip. But several days later I still didn't hear back. I had to call them for them to even assign a travel agent to me. We had some okay communication at this point but when I emailed back to tell them which hotel/flight options we wanted to proceed with, I got no response. A week later I emailed again, still no response. A week later I called and got a voicemail, so I left one with my information and didn't get a callback. A week later I called the main line and stated my displeasure, I was told they would have the travel agent call me that day. He did not. The next day we called for a refund of our deposit, which thankfully was processed quickly. And of course after we had that happen, the travel agent called 20 mins later ... We will not be attempting to book a vacation through this company again.

Fantastic experience: I received a travel voucher from my timeshare and selected the 4 night cruise option, a cruise out of Long Beach CA, with stops at Catalina Island and Ensenada Baja California Mexico. After sending in my initial deposit I was soon contacted by Lucy Lee. Months went by before I finally responded, but in the meantime she periodically contacted me to remind me she was still there for me. Everything proceeded quickly after that - she got me all set up with exactly what I wanted. Lucy was efficient, competent, and up to speed on my cruise of choice. I have no doubt she is just as knowledgeable on all the other Odenza travel options. I am all set to go on my cruise of choice on the dates I want to travel. Sometimes I couldn't get through to her on her direct phone line, so I would email her instead (per her advice) and she would reply right away. All in all, everything went smoothly with Lucy Lee.

Negative experience: *PROMOTIONAL CERTIFICATE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT* UPDATE: I have received the refund and that is all I wanted. I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I also hate making "noise" so to speak. However, I had to go through this route to ensure my refund for the very reason I stated on my review. No I did not reach out to them to make this right. As you read the companies response, someone tried to reach out to me, even called me three times in a row left a message called the other number on file and left a message. All it took was for my time wasted, had this review put up and file a complaint with BBB. So no, I am not willing to give this business another chance as I have given them 10 months. If me having to go this route does not reflect the level of service you strive for then what is your definition of service? Original post: We registered and paid the deposit in January of this year. Once we got an email from the agent we are working with I emailed our vacation preferences right away. No response AT ALL even followed up in March no response either. Agent did send an email in May however I am convinced it is an automated message because this is what it said: "I wanted to follow with you about your promotional certificate. I noticed that you haven't used it yet and wondering if you are ready to start planning your promotional vacation. If so, please don't hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience." Mind you I have been ready since January! I have also been calling the agents direct line with no one answering, also called the 1(866)223-8225 number and many different numbers from their website to reach ANYONE but once again nothing. To also make note in case anyone from this company reads this. I have spoken to the agent finally ONCE IN JULY and that was it. He said he will email me the information for the vacation we spoke about the next day and can you all guess what happened next? Exactly NOTHING happened. I'd rather not go through with their services if this is how they operate. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to high demand in travel which they advise their clients in the emails and where ever else they put it on to justify the poor customer service.
