Fantastic experience: A very beautiful trip in 2 months with the family 2 adults & 2 children☀️ 2 water modules for kids aged 2 to 10 which is perfect and a larger water module for 8 years to adults because I had just as much fun as my boy. The food is very good, the buffet is small but what’s great about this hotel is that you don't book your restaurants at night, you can go every night (first come, first served). I recommend taking the VIP club preference since you have a VIP beach, a VIP restaurant, 2 VIP pools, an agent for you that you can text for anything, a VIP check-in & check-out. 1h30 from the airport. The cleanliness everywhere is perfect. The service is really good, they come to serve you at the pools regularly. Overall, I strongly recommend the location. Thank you Pierre-Luc for your service again and maybe we’ll talk for another trip in March that we would like to take to Mexico.

Great brand new hotel (opened May 2024), welcoming staff, incredible cleanliness of the site, amazing food, excellent entertainment, etc. First time for us in Jamaica, but certainly not the last. Negative experience: My travel advisor provided me with fraudulent links via email on 3 occasions to enter the Dominican Republic and obtain a QR code that allowed us to enter and exit the Republic. As a client, you rely on your agent to send you the correct links or at least verify them before sending them to their clients. For this reason, my trust has been shaken and I can no longer trust this company since it had consequences on my trip.
