Me and my partner feel very grateful with him because he really took the time to build us the ideal proposal, he was all the time very reactive and wanting to make sure we agree for every detail. In the end what he build for us was proposal with a great quality and he is not only and expert but do knows the countries himself so he is willing to share his point of view. In the end we were not able to complete the trip due to a personal situation but our experience was so good we didn't wanted to leave without sharing it. Fantastic experience: Have used them since the 90’s for travel to Cuba and have always been 100% professional and trustworthy. For example: I needed to rent a car in Cuba for 30 days at the last minute. Everyone told me that there was nothing available that all cars where reserved. I called A. Nash and told them what I needed and there was no hesitation there fist answer was “No Problem” When I arrived everything they promised happened exactly as explained.

Fantastic experience: My travel agent, Larry Boldt, jumped through hoops to get me flights that 'worked' for me despite constant flight cancellations during this difficult time of pandemic. Patient, helpful, professional - I give him 5 stars!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Nash Travel is greedy and dishonest. Before Covid, I booked a trip with them to take my 90 year old mom to Havana. Then Covid hit. The hotel they had booked for me indicated that had issued a full ~$2500 refund to Nash Travel however, despite the situation with the Covid outbreak and it's disruptive effects, Nash Travel refused to refund my money and essentially stole $2500 from me without even offering a credit, citing the NO REFUNDS POLICY. So, buyer beward that these are the kind of people you would be dealing with if you were to book with them.

Fantastic experience: There isn't enough space here for me to sing the praises for A. Nash Travel. Their staff (especially Laura Adams) are unfailingly superb and attentive, always alert in obtaining the best possible travel itinerary, whether it be for business or for pleasure. Kudos times ten to this wonderful company!! UPDATE March 2020: In these troubled times, if you are planning to travel you want to have a tenacious travel agent on your side, and Laura Adams is that person! She has guided my husband and me through troubled waters and gone to bat with airline companies to get us the best outcomes. Thanks again Laura!

Fantastic experience: I haven't used a travel agent in years, but I used Larry at Nash Travel for my trip to Africa because he had made travel arrangements for my daughter to go there for work, and navigating flights on my own was proving stressful and cumbersome. Larry accomplished in 1 hour what would have taken me 2 days of research and worry about making the right choice for me. He knew my budget and preferred stopovers, and came in right on target. Absolutely well worth the phone call and the small fee for peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: I had hotel reservation that were canceled because of miscommunication from my side and when I realized the error, Laura was able to reactivate the reservation even if the Hotel wed site was showing no availability for the period. They are quick and efficient !

Fantastic experience: After the bomb cyclone hit Denver this week, Laura worked tirelessly throughout the day to get me home as quickly as possible. This was no small feat with all flights out of Denver being canceled and everyone scrambling for any option they could find. Laura's persistence resulted in my arrival at home a full day ahead of my original rebooked flight.
