Fantastic experience: I normally book my flight tickets online and have had no issues up until now. This time I faced two issues; first, erratic and high ticket prices for a one way trip in business class from Toronto to Delhi, and second, payment not going through. Since the payment was large, I thought it prudent to get help from a travel agency. I was lucky I got referred to A2Z travels. Surinder and Anil took it upon themselves to help me out. They were open & helpful without being pushy. They spent time getting me what I wanted, by meeting all my requirements. I am very happy and totally satisfied with their service, and have decided to continue using their services for all travel needs in the future. This tour was of almost 20days which included Fiji, beautiful New Zealand & Australia though the tour was bit hectic but the way ,Mr Anil organized everything, made it so smooth & pleasant experience in a shortest possible way covering so many destinations in New Zealand & Australia was next to impossible, but due to well planned & organized way of My tour leader Anil ji , made it happen . Fantastic experience: Our trip to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji was amazing! I was a little sceptical before travelling as this was my first tour with A2Z travel. The group was small - there were 26 people total, which was a good number. Everyone was friendly and we had lots of fun and created lasting memories. The tour manager Mr. Anil Sanduja was so helpful. He was patient and kind, accommodating with everyone’s needs…a true travel guru! On the trip we saw many landmarks and iconic places so it was good coverage overall. We stayed in very nice hotels (above 4 star rating) with great breakfasts and good meals. My husband and I have travelled with so many well-established international tour companies and found A2Z even better. We would consider taking more tours going forward. Highly recommend this for seniors as it has excellent escorted tours.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with them since almost 20 years. Initially with Raj Sanduja, and after he retired, with his younger brother Anil who is not only thoroughly professional and prompt, but also very empathetic. He has a lot of knowledge and provides great and helpful tips going over and above his mandate. I have not only enjoyed dealing with him, but have also learnt patience and circumspection from him. His advice has always stood us in good stead. As far as prices go, in the travel business, there are very slim margins, shopping around will realise a difference of only 10/20 $, which is not only a waste of time but of energy too. Anil always gets you the best that is possible. Just put your trust in him and he will do his utmost to help you.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever, lady on the call was really rude and tried asking concerns about tickets.

Fantastic experience: Well organized tour to Morocco and enjoyed the time with friends.

Negative experience: If you are thinking of traveling with this agency, just know two things, the tips you give Anil for the bus drivers and tour leaders, he keeps that money and doesn’t give it to them. So keep that in mind when you are giving him the tips. Also you are going to spend more time at the tour bus than at any actual place. Hope this helps!

Negative experience: Due to Covid 19 Air India has cancel flight from India. I called Rajni and Owner from India . They informed me to reroute flight it will cost per ticket $1500.00. I directly called Air Canada and they issue rerouted ticket without any additional cost. I learnt that ALWAYS purchase direct from airlines. Travel Agent always find way to make extra money and take advantage of our situation. Rajni knows I am calling from India however she didn't pick up phone and she whatsApp me " I am at lunch break" I don't recommend this company at all costs.

Negative experience: I had my parents tickets cancelled by Etihad 3 times already due to COVID 19 lockdown in India. Anil from A to Z travel helped me to re-booking our tickets multiple times. After a 3rd cancellation, Anil was responding saying Etihad don't have schedule posted to re-book the tickets in October and Etihad told him not to book before October. When I said Etihad website is open for re-book. He said earliest I can get is 18th oct and there will a $50 charge to change each ticket because I changed your tickets 12 times (he changed 3 times only). Etihad clearly announced free change for all tickets till 30 Nov 2020 affected by COVID 19.I had an emergency and want a ticket to submit in government. I called Etihad after discussion (attached text) with Anil and got my parents ticket re-book without any charge for 4th Oct. Etihad also confirmed that i can re-book any time until 30 Nov without any charge. Thanks for Etihad to helped me out in this situation. Anil was saying this is a service fee. This service should be a free as per Etihad for all customer. This is not reasonable in COVID 19 situation. I was a regular customer of A to Z travels. I was always booking my tickets with them in past but now I don't prefer or suggest anyone to use this agency as this is not trustworthy and not helping people as specailly in COVID 19 situation.
