Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of the sales rep at this location. My experience: I parked in front of the store and to my surprise the door to enter was locked so I had to knock. A heavier set woman (no pun intended) with blonde hair approached and held the door open just enough to speak and asked ‘Can I help you?’, I replied ‘ummm yes I am trying to book a trip’. I mean why else would I be there, mind you I went to Starbucks and had a frap in my hand but that’s besides the point. Anyhow, she then replies ‘I am busy with a client for another half hour at least. Like I get it, you’re busy, but she made me feel like I was going to rob the place (for what I don’t know). I left and went to my local store in Oakville where I was treated much better.

She is not only an amazing travel agent, but someone who you feel so comfortable with the minute you start talking to her. I reached out to her to book our family vacation and she was nothing short of amazing! So helpful, friendly, kind, heart of gold, and truly wanted the best for my family and I. Negative experience: I was very disappointed going to this branch. I booked my vacation online. I have questions to ask, every time I call selloff they always put me on hold too long. I decided to go this location this morning March 24, 2022 11:30am. I went inside the store but this man told me to go out and come back in 20 minutes. So I did, I was outside waiting and saw these two people going inside the store. I went inside to see if he is ready to entertain me. I was so surprise! he told me the same thing to go out and just come back in 20 minutes because he decided to take these two white people first before me. I did not know that prejudice people does still exist now a days. I am pure Asian what is wrong for being an Asian always get less priorities.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of booking a trip with Christopher Miles. I spoke to Christopher initially about various trip options. He was extremely helpful in providing a ton of valuable information which helped me decide where to book. The following day I contacted Christopher to book the trip for myself and children. Christopher was professional, extremely informative, patient and super helpful down to every last detail. This included walking me through the process of accessing the form on the Air Transat website to be completed for entrance to Cuba and a whole checklist of the things required to do before departing Toronto and before departing Cuba to return home. Fantastic experience: In January 2020 we booked our vacation of a lifetime ( 50th wedding anniversary ) at SellOffVacations, only to find out that due to COVID 19, it had been cancelled, and a voucher for travel at a later time was available. Our new contact at SellOffVacations was Christopher Miles. He was very responsive to any questions, emails etc. Always friendly and considerate to anything coming up. When the Government announced the bailout of Air Canada which included a refund policy to the thousands of waiting travelers, I contacted Christopher. He didn't waste any time applying for our refund. Within 5 days the refund showed up in my credit card account. Again I would like to thank Christopher for the prompt filing of the refund application. When the time is right and traveling is again possible, I have no problems with booking my vacation with Christopher at SellOffVacation.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I am travelling I always use Selloffvacations in Mississauga. Why....the personnel are efficient and go out of their way to help in any way they possibly can. I had to recently cancel our trip to the Mayan Riviera as the baby which was coming with us became ill and had to be hospitalized. We were supposed to travel tomorrow. I stopped in to the Mississauga location. And was greeted by A.J. I told him our predicament and that we were supposed to leave on holidays tomorrow. A.J. cancelled our existing itinerary and rebooked us at a different resort, same star rating along with all the baby amenities. Fantastic experience: I booked a trip to PVR from YYZ online and could not find any link to select our seats. I called Sell Off Vacations and spoke to Nena to see if she could assist me. She was very helpful (and quite knowledgeable) and took care of our request right away. She noticed however, that I did not enter our names exactly as they appeared on our passports and said this will need to be corrected or we may be denied boarding. She called Air Canada and had this error (on my part) corrected without any additional fees from AC. Negative experience: Went here for years until a rude agent bullied me! Called me 5 min before deadline to pay my ticket or she'd keep the $2000 stressed me bad! Fantastic experience: 4 weeks ago I called Nena last minute to book a trip to Cuba, and now, with less than a week notice, I called her to do it again. Both times Nena was so helpful and very prompt with getting things done. She was also very helpful having people added to my trip 3 days before departure. Even though there are offices much closer to me, I will continue to call Nena for my upcoming trips. Couldn’t say enough good things Nena, thank you for all of your help
