Fantastic experience: Sky Travel team was really helpful in finding me the ticket that checks all the requirements that I had. Given very less travel time left, they were still able to find a really good price on the ticket. They were very professional and took their time to make sure to meet my expectations. Negative experience: Let's call a spade a spade. Don't deal with this person, read the names of the reviewers then give this guy a call, you'll see . He basically gave me a screen shot of a million options of an all inclusive for the family. Just go to vip travel. Tried travel gurus,but found vip travel to be the best in Edmonton.

Negative experience: Our group bought $5500 worth of tickets and paid Sky Travel an extra $900 for their services and expertise. While on our trip, two members caught covid. We called Sky Travel and asked them to cancel our return tickets. They said they would. They did not confirm. A week later we bought new tickets for $1500. When we returned home we found that our original tickets were NOT cancelled and we could have just changed the date on the tickets if Sky Travel had taken two minutes to notify us. Now we have tickets that we can't use and Sky Travel has refused to help us with this, constantly referring us to the airline. The airline says that these tickets are under Sky Travel's control and only they can do anything with them. Sky Travel has refused to help us, complaining that they have wasted three hours of their time on us (commission on $5500 plus $900). Do not give the company your money!! In response to their reply: - Sky Travel should have told us that the flights were cancelled but the tickets were still open. Would have saved us $1500. They act like we should have known that, but we paid for their expertise. - Sky Travel has been completely unhelpful since our return (just "contact Westjet", "contact Westjet" over and over). No information on what we need to do, never told us about $900, said they do not have time for me anymore, only gave us a link to the airline's website so we could figure it out for ourselves. - "sitting with the airline nothing to do with Sky Travel". Absolutely not true! The airline told us and Sky Travel that Sky Travel is in possession of our tickets. I wish Sky Travel could give us control of the tickets so we could just deal with the airline! Sky Travel are the ONLY ones that can do anything with these tickets and they refiuse to acknowledge that. Read Westjet's comments to Sky Travel in attached photos. CLOSE THE TICKETS AND GIVE US THE CREDITS!! Westjet comments in photos. Sept 4th update. Response from Westjet to my email to them "As your booking was made through a travel agency, please contact the same travel agency for further assistance with your tickets." Response from Sky Travel to my email to them: No response.
