Fantastic experience: I have booked trips 4 times on this site. The prices are really much better than what you can find elsewhere! Today, for example, I booked a trip to the Bahamas and thanks to the top chrono deals, I saved $1500 for a family of 4 compared to the price displayed directly on Sunwing for the same trip on the same dates. During my last trip to the Dominican Republic, I had a GoPro camera stolen from my suitcase. The Discount Travel Team took care of my case and handled all the procedures with Transat and I received a full refund for my camera. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Avoid, go directly through the airline if you want service and to avoid potential problems. Don't count on them for service. They allowed me to double-book a trip by mistake and never wanted to refund me even though I reported it more than a week before departure. Besides, it was them who should have informed me that the first booking attempt was successful and that I had double-booked a trip on the same dates under the same person’s name. No attention toward the customer and no service comes with using their platform. Go directly through the airline, it's simple, direct and much more friendly when errors like this occur. At least the airline wouldn't have stolen $1600 from me but would have pointed out the mistake.
