This year, when our August 2025 Alaska cruise for 10 was unexpectedly cancelled with a non-refundable deposit at risk, Geeta worked magic! She rebooked everything on the same cruise and date, saving our deposit and our vacation. Her professionalism and personal care are exceptional. Geeta is our new go-to for all travel! Fantastic experience: We recently did a Caribbean cruise with BMC. It was a wonderful experience for the entire family. It was good value for money. Throughout the process Geeta took care of us and simplified the check in process. She makes arrangements for pickup and drop to the airport as well. Everyday there was something interesting for all age group. She ensures that dietary restrictions are taken care of. Her entertainment group was very engaging and did their best to entertain guests. Negative experience: This is my worst nighmare ever with this place! Never ever bring your business there! First of all you Geeta and your other employee who lack lots of communication and Customer service skills, you better sort this out before you lose business! You have been lying since the beginning and still continue to do so! Your last text you sent me was Wednesday 24 at 6.16 pm telling me you have a solution for me after our conversation and I reply to you after few minutes to send me an email with your SOLUTION! It’s been a month already….! Is that what you call customer service! Lady get your ducks in the row before you talk! Yiu took advantage of my situation and not only that you BREACH my privacy by giving that credit to somebody else! I do have the recording from KLM that you have my money and you insisted for 2 months that you don’t have any credit! Took you almost 3-4 months for you to give me that credit and also begging to remove the negative review! Called Delta and even your employee told me that the agency only can access that voucher! Again another story after 1 hour it was accessible to me! Weird! You really took advantage of everything, you lied and come up with different stories all the time! Karma do exist!

Negative experience: The travel agency is a nightmare. Do not waste your money and time with them. I am not sure who uses their services but I would Not recommend them to anyone. I am pretty sure most 5 stars google reviews are from their own friends, families or acquaintances. The agents do not have any customer service skills, they lack professionalism, they are a bunch of liars. I dealt with them and still dealing with them for over a year due to their mistake. That is causing a lot of inconveniences to me and my family. The agent advice told us he is getting us a refundable ticket. He also checked to confirm my in law can travel back home with her passport. But my in law couldn’t board the plane due to some visa issue. The agent won’t accept his mistake and instead they are blaming the airlines. As per Geeta we were not entitled for any refund but after leaving a bad google review Geeta called me begging me to remove the google review. She finally offered a voucher that she confirmed could be used to travel with so many airlines including KLM, westjet, Airfrance and Delta. But apparently we can only use it with Delta airlines. I spoke to an agent today and he was suggesting me a fly from Edmonton to Toronto going through USA. What a genius travelling advice!!! On top of that the voucher cannot be use completely in one booking. Only $500 can be used at one time. The agent had no clue about the restrictions on the voucher and couldn’t explain the reasons for those restrictions. My advice is to stay away from these people.
