Me and my family had the worst experience of my life buying 7 round trip tkts for Pakistan and ended up in disaster. Please think before you make KK your travell agent.

But the price I got from Mr.Waqas during the busy month of July and August 2024 was unimaginable.. I highly recommend KK Travels for Umrah and all your travel needs.. Negative experience: They may give you the best deal but if theres a change in your itinerary good luck being ripped off by them. They will charge twice what they see in their system and you cannot do anything. Airline also wont be able to help out as you bought from an agent. Beware and better off buying straight from airline or another agent. The ratings on here are inaccurate as they give out free concert tickets in return for 5 star reviews. Buyer beware!!!

Negative experience: I once wrote in favour of kazz and gave kazz travel 5 stars. Today I’m extremely disappointed on kazz service when they didn’t update us March 10th PIA departure time which changed from 4pm to 11am. Luckily the time change came to our notice in fajar. My mother who is a diabetic patient forgets her medication at home due to the morning rush to drop her at airport. It’s the travel agency responsibility to inform passengers of any amendments taken by PIA. Kazz is only focused on sales rather than customer services. You won’t be in market for long with this attitude. We were taking tickets from kazz since 2013 but this is the last one.

Negative experience: Their behavior after purchasing the ticket is non tolerable. If for any reason you need to chage the date they will charge you almost three time whatever the class available is.

Negative experience: I am sharing my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with KK travel. I believe it is my responsibility to bring to your attention the unprofessional and unethical behavior that I encountered, which has left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. To provide some context, I booked a trip through KK travel agency, and during the booking process, I was offered a discount for early payment. Trusting the agency's reputation, I promptly made the payment, expecting a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, what followed was a series of unfortunate events that have left me appalled. Firstly, despite making the payment for the discounted rate, I have discovered that the actual cost of the trip was significantly much lower than what I paid. It is evident that KK travel deliberately misled me into believing that I was receiving a special discount, when in reality, I was being highly overcharged. This behavior is not only unethical but also amounts to scamming innocent customers like myself. Furthermore, the unprofessional conduct displayed by KK travel boss Kazz Khan during my attempts to address this issue is beyond comprehension. Instead of listening to my concerns and taking appropriate action, I was met with dismissive and very rude behavior. The lack of empathy and respect demonstrated by Kazz Khan is not only unacceptable but also a clear reflection of KK travel disregard for customer satisfaction. I want to emphasize that this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has tarnished my trust in KK travel. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and professionalism when dealing with a travel agent, and it is disheartening to see these values neglected by this scam agency. I suggest everyone, not to spoil your money at this fraud company.

Negative experience: I recently had the displeasure of using this travel agency for my trip and I must say it was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had with a travel agent. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. It took forever to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the staff seemed uninformed and uninterested in helping. The itinerary they provided was a disaster. The flights they booked had ridiculously long layovers, and the connections were poorly timed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I specifically mentioned my preferences, but it seemed like they completely ignored them. It was clear that they did not do proper research or take the time to understand my preferences before making the reservation. When I tried to address these issues with the travel agent, they were unapologetic and unresponsive. It felt like once they had my money, they didn't care about delivering a quality service. Their lack of accountability and professionalism was truly disappointing. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using KK travels.
