Fantastic experience: Magnificent chalet and very well equipped!

Positive experience: The location was great, very calm and the communication with the agents was good, but the experience could have been better, especially considering all the strict requirements and rules you have to sign for. A few reasons: - The dishes, coffee machine and the bbq were dirty - A few equipments had issues: - The spa lid was broken, it got stuck between the spa and the walls and it required all of us to be inside the spa to pull it out because it was heavy . The bar that is supposed to help put it was broken so we had to force it during 15 minutes in the cold, it got me coughin... - The thermostat in one of the rooms was broken, it flashed all night and the room was cold - The electric fireplace could not be turned on with the remote, and no controls on the fireplace to turn it off. - I was supposed to get the 1000$ deposit back after a week, it's been 2 weeks and nothing. 26b15ae2-dbac-49bb-8ce7-130e0fd0650c

Fantastic experience: Wow, we visited the Pod experience chalet in the beautiful Adstock region, it is a magnificent warm and modern chalet. The owner is very attentive and available, and you will lack nothing. The kitchen is well equipped for a family stay, it is very easy to cook there. The living room has a lot of entertainment, board games, books, DVDs and the arcade is very cool! The bedrooms are beautiful and cozy with nice bedding. The bathroom contains everything you need. The spa is at a perfect distance for the winter season (not too far from the door). The fireplace is very well set up and the Adirondack chairs are comfortable. The place is magical when it snows, wow. I would happily return with my family to this chalet without hesitation ❤️

Positive experience: Beautiful chalet for our family gathering. Everything was good for us to cook and the facilities were very nice. It's worth considering having very good winter tires. The hill can be quite difficult to climb otherwise. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Negative experience: We booked a chalet for November 16th, and we had a few complications. The spa was missing 8 inches of water, and the description stated that there was a BBQ, which was not the case. When we communicated with We Chalet, they wanted to deduct $22 before some fees I don't know about, which resulted in a $19 refund. We also had to communicate with them again to retrieve a $500 security deposit after a week because their automated system hadn't done it. Very bad experience, way too many additional fees for a chalet that initially cost $150 per night and ended up costing us $300.

Fantastic experience: Quiet area, near beautiful agritourism villages and activities like cycling, hiking, wine routes,... Nice view from the patio, dining room, kitchen. A small downside is the proximity of the neighboring chalets and the windows of the rooms facing the neighbors' backyards too closely.

Fantastic experience: We all loved the chalet and the location. It's certain that it's not perfect, but we would go back or we will go back. The only downside is the sofas in the living room which are, let's say, not really comfortable. But we enjoyed the outdoors with its fire pit area. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces are very good sizes. The owner is the immediate neighbor and was very nice during the arrival of one of us. After that, we didn't see anyone except for ducks, an osprey, a great blue heron, etc.. I would recommend the place without hesitation!

Positive experience: Superb experience (4 days) at Chalet Nymphea, by the water in Eastman. The chalet is certainly rustic, but very clean and functional, spacious for 4 guests. Everything was functional upon our arrival, and our host Pascal was available to provide information. And what can we say about the sunrises on the dock and the evening BBQs. A small downside is the noise from the highway, which is quite present, as others have mentioned, but it remains a detail considering the overall experience. In short, I would recommend it without hesitation.

Negative experience: Very very disappointed, I booked a house with them, which said on the site it had a spa. The photos were very nice/view/location. Ultimately, the house was divided into two sections, and we had to share the spa.... This was not mentioned on the site. Several disappointments in the house, broken accessories, poorly renovated, a bed frame cracked (so we couldn't use that room) and the worst, mouse droppings. Really really really disappointed, I then notified my host, who did not respond to me... So after the direct site. They did not help me in this misadventure... I took several photos upon my arrival and it didn't help at all. I sincerely do not recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made 2 rentals on this site in 2 years. Last year, I rented a chalet for 2 weeks during the holiday season for $8000. It was canceled 2 days later because the price was wrong. I had to wait 10 days to get my money back on my credit card. WeChalet only gave me a link with chalets to rent for the weeks I wanted. The day before yesterday, I rented a chalet for a few days. Again, the next day the rental is canceled because the price is wrong, I still have a good amount to unlock on my credit card. I managed to talk to someone from customer service after sending emails because there is no phone number. Agent Rina just filled me with lies. She started by saying that the dates were not available, which was not true. That automatically the listing is put on pause to make sure everything is correct with the dates and prices of the listing, which was false as well. I ended up hanging up, telling them that I would not do business with a company that lies to its clients. She even had the nerve to call me back 5 minutes later to tell me she just checked, and the listing is on pause… after changing it, obviously. I'm done with WeChalet.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful experience at the l'Orford chalet! Nice and large grounds perfect for an egg hunt, stay with 180-degree windows, great view of the sunset. Close to the mountain, just 8 minutes from the Orford ski station, a big plus. Very good communication from Herbegia and flexibility in arrival and departure times. We enjoyed the Pacman and the spa. The only drawback is that the two bedrooms in the basement lack a bit of light... We liked our stay and will return.

Fantastic experience: The location of this chalet is ideal! Close to the Estrie trails and the Brasserie du Lac Bromont. Everything is clean and easy to use. The beds are comfortable but there is no bedding or towels, which adds baggage and can be problematic depending on the visitors' origin. We were able to check in earlier than stated, which is fabulous.
