Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect during this trip, the guide Pierre Dubord is a 5⭐️ by himself who has a lot of respect, knowledge, and politeness, the driver Stéphane is also a 5⭐️. However, the lunches at the Marriott in Burlington are not great. I am convinced that Tours Amérique will improve this aspect of the trip. But it was a wonderful trip, 23C on November 2nd in Boston WoW!

Negative experience: 3-day trip to Salem and Boston. Bus not comfortable, no space. Heating not functional, only very strong air conditioning. 7 buses arriving at the hotel at the same time, had to wait before entering. Same situation for the activities, schedule had 7 buses of 54 people in the same place at the same time. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: It was our first bus trip. Boston and the castles, really a beautiful destination and we recommend it. We would have taken more. We loved it so much that we booked for another destination next spring. Just a little word about the bus. We paid for the V.I.P. seats, so we got the seats behind the driver. Very nice view but no legroom caused by a permanent tablet. Let's say that the trip to Boston as well as the return was rather long (due to lack of space)... This is a point to correct.

Fantastic experience: The trip to the Îles de la Madeleine was a very beautiful experience, as we were able to get to know this almost complete archipelago, with magnificent places and superb beaches. Moreover, what we liked and that complemented this trip beautifully were the encounters with the local people. Tour Amérique and L'auberge la Salicorne, where we stayed, orchestrated everything well; no minute was wasted and the meals offered to us were worthy of a class restaurant. All to say that you leave the islands with your heart and thoughts imbued with the soul of the madelinots and madeliniennes. Thank you to Nancy, our guide, to our driver, and to Josée and her team who took care of us since our arrival at the islands.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful trip! Comfortable bus and excellent driver. Friendly guide, gives a lot of information and answers travelers' questions. I stayed in Manhattan, beautiful hotel, with a magnificent view and well located, not too far from Time Square. I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

Positive experience: Superb trip to Boston, fast-paced but very interesting. Too bad it was raining in Newport, we had great food at Speakeasy and Tresca, Raymond Bourque's restaurant. Warning: big portion! Thank you to our super guide Denis, a history enthusiast (see photo in action), polite, always smiling, and funny, really an educational experience for enthusiasts. We laughed a lot on the bus, and the group was dynamic. I highly recommend!!

Positive experience: We just returned from a great trip to Boston and the castles, which are actually very beautiful mansions. The bus ride was a bit exhausting as the space was a bit restricted. The services provided by Danielle (guide) and Jean Guy (driver) were impeccable; we saw a lot in a short time. A small downside was the last day in Cambridge, where we would have liked to have more time to visit the natural history museum, and the small evening harbor cruise lacked animation. Boston is a very beautiful and safe city where people are very relaxed and cool. I really liked it; I will book another trip with Tours Amérique.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our 'Escape to New York' trip with Tours Amérique. The guides were dynamic and passionate, always on the lookout for 'accessible' places since I was in a wheelchair. Excellent driver, we felt safe. We stayed at Times Square, a well-located hotel very near Central Park and quiet even though we were in the heart of New York.

Positive experience: I just returned from a 4-day trip to New York on a free plan. I loved sleeping in Manhattan. The only downside is that the guide Denis wanted to make only 2 stops for 5-10 minutes on the way back, so the return was painful. Apart from that detail, I had a very nice trip. I highly recommend it!

Positive experience: After taking several trips with Tours Amérique, we are not disappointed. We just returned from Memphis-Nashville and our guide, Line, was great. The bus was nice and clean. The hotels, nothing negative to say. Good restaurant suggestions from our guide.

Fantastic experience: We were on our first organized trip ever and we loved our experience with Tours Amérique. We took the BOSTON: FROM ISLAND TO CITY trip and our guide, Julie Lemieux, knew the city of Boston very well. Her explanations were clear and filled with little anecdotes that were funnier than the last. The day at Martha's Vineyard by boat was also very enjoyable. Julie was very respectful and paid special attention to the two people who were traveling alone, making sure they were always present during the various movements. The planned itinerary was followed to the letter. Our driver, Vincent, was also very pleasant company. The bus was luxurious and super comfortable, and we stayed at the Marriott Burlington, which was very clean and impeccable as well. In short, it was our first organized trip with Tours Amérique, but certainly not the last.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I took a trip to Toronto/Niagara and I am really happy to have chosen Tour Amérique for this wonderful weekend. The driver was really kind and careful. We had Éric Lamy as our guide and he was truly interesting in his content. He gave us great suggestions for activities and restaurants for our free time. He managed the small ticket issues perfectly so we didn't lose any time! We only have positive things to say. Everything was perfect! The chosen hotel was really high-end and it was a wonderful stay! The activities were really cool!

Fantastic experience: We took an organized trip to Boston. I would give it a 4.5 for certain reasons. The 2 reasons for this loss are that we paid for better bus seats. We got the first seats at the back of the guide. The problem is that seats 3-4 have some kind of wall in front and there is no room to put your feet. Fortunately, we were not slightly obese or had physical problems because this trip would have been very long. We changed seats with our children to make the trip bearable. The second point that needs improvement is the audio devices for listening to the guide. Everyone had fully charged batteries, and if the fifty people were following the guide and we were 2 by 2 on the sidewalk, halfway through the line, we could no longer hear the guide properly. Now, for the positive points, there are several. We visited many places and we really liked it. Our guide Tristan was very knowledgeable about several subjects. The entire organization of the trip was perfect and everything seemed planned down to the second. The hotels where we stopped were very clean and comfortable. We received very good restaurant recommendations from our guide. Our driver Stéphane led us smoothly to all the places indicated by the guide. Thank you Tristan and Stéphane for this amazing weekend. Note for Tristan. The first day of walking was poorly balanced. We would have liked to walk less in the intense heat. In conclusion, I strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with Tour Amérique, even on a self-guided getaway, the guide Jean-François guided us and gave us good advice which allowed us to have a better trip. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was very experienced in the great city of New York. We got a lot of details about the city, the activities, its history, and how to navigate it.

Fantastic experience: My inability to use the online booking properly allowed me to discover a pleasant agent from Tour Amérique, JOHANNE. With great professionalism, she answered all my questions and completed my booking with a palpable good mood that deserves to be highlighted (This agent... an asset for Tour Amérique).

Positive experience: Very available staff before, during, and after the service. Good choice of guides and driver. The places visited were interesting. The hotels selected for our stay in Acadia were perfect! One downside..., even though our bus was a 2024, the comfort was not appropriate for 4 nights / 5 days.

Positive experience: My trip in Acadia was very pleasant, the guide and the hotels were excellent! I really liked the itinerary as well as the activities. If you are someone who does not like to be rushed, this trip may not be for you as the itinerary can sometimes be very tight on time, which is a bit normal if you want to see as much as possible.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful 4-day trip to New York on a freedom plan with a stay directly in Manhattan. Our guide, Jonathan, was really energetic, smiling, and gave very good advice. He provided us with several ideas for activities and good restaurants that weren't too expensive. Our driver, Aaron, was fantastic. It's not easy to drive in the streets of Manhattan, yet he maneuvered like a pro! On our next trip to New York, I will definitely ask to have the same guide :) Thank you for this great stay. As for other points, our bus was comfortable with luggage space above the seats. The Hilton New York Midtown hotel was very nice and well located.

Fantastic experience: First experience in an organized trip and we were not disappointed. The guide Dan Laforest is the best! And the driver Luc too, excellent and super nice. Varied outings and the schedule was adjusted with the rain on Saturday, so we visited the One World Trade Center, took a cruise, and enjoyed Central Park in beautiful sunshine. The guide is super knowledgeable about the city and it shows that he loves New York. The hotel in NJ was very decent and clean. Definitely would do it again with the same duo for Washington.

Positive experience: New York 4 days in magic!! Positive points: Exceptional driver Roger Incredible guide Sandy!! She listens to her clients and I even got a song for my birthday!! Many very interesting visits and a lot of advice from the guide on what to visit :) Negative points: Horrible hotel!! Dirty sheets, cleaning service doesn't come to change towels or puts dirty towels back on the pole!! Bathroom poorly arranged: toilet beneath the counter 2 inches from the sink View of a tree and a parking lot with an abandoned building! Bus: leather seat not very comfy (tight for big people) to sleep and there are no footrests (small person 4'9 who has to keep legs raised or dangling for 12 hours!! Otherwise we loved our trip and we will do it again next year.

Fantastic experience: Very good stay, we were able to see a lot of places in Nova Scotia. The guide Véronique and the driver Yves were both excellent. The distances were long but that reflects the vastness of Canada. I will keep very beautiful and good memories of this trip.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to our guide Sandie and our driver Roger for their good services and advice. Everything went wonderfully for us. We had never traveled outside Canada and it greatly helped us to have chosen an organized group for our first trip abroad. We took the 4-day / 3-night freedom package in New York and stayed in New Jersey. We had the choice to follow the group despite our freedom package, which was greatly appreciated to see the main tourist attractions and then have free time to see/do what we wanted. Fantastic experience: First experience with Tours Amérique but surely not the last! I just returned from a trip to the Finger Lakes; this trip was truly very enjoyable. The activities are varied and the timing well balanced. Nature walks in beautiful parks, museum visits, tastings at vineyards, everything was really great. Excellent suggestions from the guide (very friendly and professional) for restaurants and activities. A trip I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great guided tour in New York, lots of information and good places to eat good meals without breaking the bank. Even though it's a guided tour, we also have free time and access to tickets to see Broadway shows or attractions at a better price. Absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: We took the Liberté package for New York on May 24. Left Laval at 4:30am! After customs, our bus stopped working! It took almost 5 hours for the towing and for another bus to arrive. Instead of arriving in NY at 1:00pm, we got there at 6:00pm. On the way back, we had just left NY at 3:30pm when a tire blew, another 5 hours of waiting because, in addition, our spare tire had a flat. Arrived in Laval at 4:00am. The bus was not in good condition and we are waiting for a response for a claim and we are still waiting. No for Tours Amérique.

Negative experience: I rate it 1 star due to the bus; it was in a state to be discarded. Unpleasant smell inside, very dirty and non-functional seats (some no longer reclined, so always laid down position), engine with knocking and squeaking. All in all, the inconvenience of the bus makes us forget the beauty of the city and its attractions.

Positive experience: Superb destination. Guide Sacha is a great driver 10/10 well organized good value for money. However, the bus!! The bus was a 2024 model but the seats were as hard as rocks and there was very very very little space to move once seated. (I have worn knees) The only negative point of the trip but when you go 900 km it’s a major one. Enough to look elsewhere next time. Bell Horizon bus and the plus option do not take that it gives nothing.
