Fantastic experience: Went for umrah with Eco Travel. Br Tamir, Sh Jamal Hammoud and Br Mohammad Kammouni took such good care of me and my elderly mom. The love, hospitality, knowledge and hard work they put in hosting us amazing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I was able to go on my first Umrah with EcoTravel. The service was phenomenal. Everything was taken care of for me —flights, hotel bookings (with all you can eat breakfasts), visas, and sightseeing itineraries were all planned ahead of time. I was able to focus on my worship without trying to find my way around. I truly had such a beautiful experience and learned so much through the guided tours that the sheiyookh on the trip with us gave us. I am waiting patiently for the next time I get to go to Umrah with them inshaAllah.

Fantastic experience: Tamir was super helpful in getting us our umrah visas and facilitating our trip. It was our first time doing umrah back in 2021 and he booked the very best hotels for us which was in close proximity to the haram. He had our best interests in mind especially as first timers. He was super considerate when booking our hotel at Dallah Taybah which was just a 1 minute walk from the women’s entrance and specifically said sister I’m booking this hotel for your convenience as there’s only 1 women’s entrance and it shouldn’t be difficult for us when visiting the masjid. We had some issues with our flights, this was back in covid, where we were missing a PCR test. He even got us a refund quickly from the airline rather than leaving us to handle it ourselves. Overall amazing experience with this company 1000% recommend.

Negative experience: Untruthful and lying travel agency, booked a reservation couple years back before COVID-19 pandemic happened in 2020, and to cancel my reservations due to the airline cancelling all their flights, etc. Was stated by the owner/operator of the agency Tamer Ali, that we were able to receive a credit for 1 year or a refund but with a $400 dollar cancellation fee per ticket, as stated from airline and not the agency (ECO-TRAVEL) . (Opted out to get a refund minus the $400 per ticket) After all this, I proceeded to go through my insurance through my credit card company (for the $800 lost from the so called CANCELATION FEE from the airline), and they required a invoice from ECO TRAVEL. So I proceed and emailed the agency to ask for a invoice/receipt after multi-emails and waiting, Tamer final sent me the invoice. AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE, IT STATED, CHANGE FEE OF $300 AND CANCELATION FEE OF $400 . Overall terrible experience with this travel agent and their office, will book my own flights myself from now on.

Negative experience: In Feb 2022 I stopped in their location on 127th st and asked about getting my Air Canada tickets transferred to an Ecoupon was told to email their reservations email account. Never did get a response from my email on Feb 6th. Was also never informed that my Air Canada credits because there were not in an ecoupon form actually expired at the end of March 2022. So due to very poor customer service now I am out that money.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Tamir at Eco Travel. We booked last minute in a red hot market and he was able to find something within our budget and dates that worked perfect for our family. This was the second time we used Eco Travel in the past few years, and both experiences were great. I would highly recommended anyone traveling abroad to at least inquire with the group before booking anywhere else. Thank u very much

Negative experience: They are good at manipulating and pretending to care. They were not serious about getting your refund if you cancel your reservation. They procrastinate, delay, and waste time. They pretend to be trying to help, but in reality, they do not care about you and are not professional, ethical, or trustworthy. They gave me headaches and problems for no reason.

Mr. Tamer, asked me a lot of questions before he planned my honeymoon so he can figure out the best for me. The plan was detailed enough and I didn't have to think about anything during my trip.
