Excellent service from Mathieu Brodeur as we experienced a payment issue with the taxi agency and he handled everything despite it being his days off (Saturday & Sunday). He made sure upon our return that we were satisfied with our stay. The beach was beautiful, truly incomparable to that of the Sian Ka’an resort, which is pathetic!

The museum was also too crowded, which made the experience less enjoyable! Despite everything, a superb journey and an exceptional guide!

Positive experience: The view from our room on the 6th floor was memorable just like in the photos. The hotel shows signs of wear but renovations are underway and the new rooms are 5*. The staff is very kind and always available to meet our requests. We changed rooms without any problem. We were located directly facing the sea (not on the other side of a boulevard) and we could see people strolling on the very long promenade in front of the hotel while having our morning coffee. The only minor drawback is the vendors who occupy part of the promenade to display their goods. They don't bother us, but there are several. My wife and I recommend the establishment.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach, good service, good food. The Catalonia, Cancun is an hour from the airport. The administration doesn't accept US dollars. You need to bring small bills in US dollars for tips. Additionally, the Catalonia charges a fee of 50 CAD per person for the use of the well-maintained and luxurious facilities. Overall, an excellent stay!

Negative experience: The sea was constantly murky and full of algae. No waves to jump in. The food was excellent and access to the à la carte restaurants without reservation was easy. The rooms were outdated. 3 stars at best.

Fantastic experience: Before I was introduced to Voyages Action, our Everest Base Camp / Nepal trip started off as a nightmare !!! We thought that by using the Expedia, we would save money... Not 5 minutes after we had booked did we receive an email saying that one of our flights was no longer valid. So we had a portion of the flight booked but the last leg was cancelled because Expedia could no longer get us the listed price. To make matters worse... when we complained and wanted to cancel they wanted to charges us cancellation fees when the entire ordeal was their fault. When we were introduced to Voyages Action, 1) we spoke to REAL LIVE people who were patient and generous with their time and confirmed all our bookings once and for all. They were always present for any questions we had. I will never again book such a trip with Expedia or similar web services. Going through an agency is definitely the way to go for peace of mind and you don't pay any more than what you see on the web sites. Bravo et merci !

Negative experience: We bought a 2nd trip this year. We had to cancel due to illness. I didn't receive any help and felt like I was bothering them because I wanted at least a refund for my seats. We are extremely disappointed with this agency. They are there to collect payments, but if you have a problem, you will be left to fend for yourself.

Positive experience: Trip to Pullman in November 2023. Gorgeous beach, the Cubans are always so friendly. A little disappointment due to the closing of the outdoor buffet where we could have lunch and dinner. The other disappointment was related to the fact that there were no musicians in the lobby at aperitif time. The feeling of being safe in a paradise-like environment with warm people outweighs the disappointments.

Negative experience: Your payment process was really difficult. We are in 2023. You should offer a way to pay online. Instead, after sending us the invoice via email, you ask us to call to pay, but you never answer your phone. We leave messages on the voicemail, but no one calls us back. We write an email/follow up to let you know that we would like to pay before our departure to be sure there are no issues upon arrival at the destination, and your email informs us that you are on vacation in Costa Rica!! I found your organization completely inefficient.

Negative experience: Worst travel agency, we are currently stuck in Italy, yesterday the agency confirmed that we were on the flight, upon arriving at the airport we are not on the flight, the agency has not responded to our emails since yesterday!! No seats available on flights to return. Moreover, initially Air France lost our bikes and the agency told us to file a complaint, they can do nothing!!!! What is the point of an agency?!!! We will continue to make our own reservations like before!!!!

Positive experience: Beautiful hotel. Beach as beautiful as Cuba. Since there are many waves, the water is not always clear (sand and seaweed). 3 good à la carte restaurants (Italian, fine cuisine, and steakhouse). The other 2 (Mexican and Japanese) had overcooked food and were greasy. No need for reservations, first come first served, Bermuda shorts and sweaters accepted without issue. Excellent buffet with a very large variety of choices. Courteous and fast service. Good show in the evening. Recommended without any issues.

Fantastic experience: When dealing with Voyage action, I always feel supported during my booking process and while traveling! This was one of the most beautiful trips of my life! The Turks and Caicos Islands (specifically in Providenciales at the Alexandra Resort) are magnificent!! Negative experience: Honestly, I am really disappointed with the service received. I had a phone appointment with a consultant... first of all, I expect her to be cheerful and enthusiastic because initially in my mind she sells dreams, but no, she is rather dull and I feel her rushed even though our appointment was scheduled. I explain to her what kind of trip I am looking for and she tells me that she will send me proposals by email, perfect for me. Anyway, when I open everything, I realize that she did not listen to what I was telling her because the options are far from matching our preferences. Anyway, I write to her to let her know, and it's radio silence on her side. I give 2 stars just because she respected the appointment time because for everything else, it's a no.
