Fantastic experience: The first time I went to a travel agency, it was good. The CEO Farad was very friendly, nice and provided good service. Also gave a nice complimentary service , just remember to call for yhe itinerary at least a few days to a week after booking. But had a good time, the first time I went to Punta Cana. Also its good to do research about area and hotels to get a hint for easier booking.

Negative experience: Please be careful with these snakes. They charged me double the price for accommodation. They said to book with them to save money and then I found out I paid double what I would have paid if I just paid on arrival. So if you want double the value for your money I suggest you go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: The experience with Farhad was great. He was easy going, he explained everything from flight to resort in detail. I was concerned with paying everything up front but he allowed us to put down a deposit to secure the trip. We paid the balance at a later date which made the trip more affordable to us. Negative experience: Currently, I'm in a difficult situation. We had planned a memorial service for my deceased mother in Jamaica. I had family traveled from the United States to attend this dedication for my mommy. We arrived at the airport with a family of ten, we were the once’s there. We were informed at the check-in that West Jet does not operate on Mondays from Toronto To Kingston. Despite this, our agent had scheduled our flight for Monday, July 01, 2024. I reached out to the agent days before the flights, who was very dismissive and told me that the flight was still on, then hung up. We've incurred significant expenses on the hotel, and the family of ten is trying to recover the costs of the flights. Most importantly, I am deeply saddened by the fact that I will not be able attending my mommy remembrance.

He went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to book a one way ticket for my daughter to come home as a minor. There was a misunderstanding with the time of the flight, and he missed his flight. Usually when this happens your ticket is no longer valid. The staff are well trained and professional on dealing with customers, yes they are a bit old but their experience comes to show when handling flights during covid. I needed a ticket to attend my grandmother's funeral in Guyana and I was also short on money at the time, and they helped me fund for the flight and took care of everything for me right away.
