Fantastic experience: Love Travel VIP helpful and quick to assist us with all put travel needs.

Negative experience: I was initially going to give them five stars based on my experience before the sun wing debacle occurred. It's no secret that Sunwing ruined thousands of people's vacations and I understand that this has nothing to do with this travel agency. My complaint is the fact that Janine did absolutely nothing while we were stuck in Cancun trying to figure out what was going on with our flights as we were left in the lobby and airport for hours! I even reached out to her afterwards for some possible compensation through Sunwing, she took my information and some screenshots and emails and that was the last I heard from her, this was In November 2022.

Negative experience: Hi I have call this place accidentally to book my air tickets to Sri Lanka. So a gentleman has answered and told me they do not do air tickets only for cruse tickets. So I don’t know there business or any other information. Please take this ad a mistake Thanks

Fantastic experience: Just finished booking our 5th trip through Travel VIP. Usually we book through them on line, but this time we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. All we knew was we wanted to go to Mexico. Kris sat with us, asked what we would like to do and see and when we wanted to go. Then he went to work! We counted on his vast travel experience to show us resorts that would be of interest to us and he did just that. He found us a great deal at a great resort with convenient direct flights. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received, and will continue to use Travel VIP for our future travel needs.

Fantastic experience: We have booked two trips with Travel Vip and both went without a hitch. 4 years ago we gave our budget and wishlist and they found the perfect place for us. Riu Emerald Bay. It was a beautiful place when we went then and was still amazing when we went again this year! Its the only way we want to travel now! Communication was very clear and prompt. Fantastic experience: Worked with Kris before covid and unfortunately had to cancel the trip, 3 years later we booked our honeymoon with travel vip! Kris was patient going through many options with us, and when it came it booking it took literally 10 minutes! We had an amazing time, especially getting advice from Kris on rooms at the resort to book and all the nitty gritty details. Kris was also persistent calling multiple times till we secured our covid refund from sunwing all in all could not have asked for better service!

Fantastic experience: Travel VIP provided us with exceptional service. We just got back from our vacation on Christmas day and everything was exactly as described and actually exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the hideaway by Royalton Montego Bay Adults only and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere that was very laid back. Chris from Travel VIP made it really easy to choose this resort as he had stayed here personally and we do not regret this decision. Travel VIP will definitely be our go to travel agent for years to come. A+++

Negative experience: Terrible Customer Service! I enquired about travels and received rude service with one-word answers.

Negative experience: Reached out to get pricing for flights to Europe, promptly replied but did not put any effort into finding affordable pricing as requested - I had found flights for 1700$ and he only provided one option for over 2200$, even tho we mentioned we were flexible on dates and other details.

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly service. Made for booking our holiday quick and easy. Would give them 5 stars but we haven't gone on the holiday yet. We have returned!!! from a fantastic 5+ star holiday. VIP Travel had looked after everything. Smooth travel from airport check in to clearing customs when we returned home. Was a beutiful resort, great selection of various dining choices and menu's. Lots to do on the resort and really nice to be a little ways off of the beaten trail. Was a great recommendation and decent price for 1st class treatment and surroundings. We have just finished booking another holiday with VIP to a different location with more outstanding assistance from Kris and Janine. Very helpful with making any changes I have requested. Definitely 5 ⭐

Fantastic experience: I've been using Kris at Travel VIP for the past 3 years now when my family travels. This year we found a deal we thought was fair at a newer resort in Jamaica. After talking to him over the phone he explained he's had nothing but problems when people book with them over for various reasons. He recommended the Royalton White Sands, a resort he has stayed at recently that is in the same area we wanted , with friendlier staff, great food and a beautiful beach that we could get lounger chairs at 10am. Its always good yo use an agent for the best insight and we will always use Travel VIP.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were uncertain about booking at an all inclusive, we had never stayed at one before because we like to be out with the locals when we vacation and were afraid of being stuck on a resort island. Melissa recommend us staying at her personal favorite the Royal Decameron in Bucerías and it was the perfect fit. Being so close to town we were able to walk in to town whenever we liked all while still having the all inclusive amenities, the best of both worlds. Melissa gave us many great recommendations for places to eat and activities to do and she checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well with the trip. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip to Mexico.

Fantastic experience: Update: Melissa went above and beyond for us today as clients. We had some issues with our westjet vacation to Cuba. She fought for us and what we deserved to pay, we very much appreciate her and the lengths she went to. My husband and I are relieved and now excited for our trip, we have Melissa to thank for that! We will keep booking with Melissa and Travel VIP, there is nothing that beats having confidence that you are looked after. I have used Travel VIP to book a vacation to Mexico last fall and everything was great. We had an issue with our names being wrong on our tickets, a Westjet error and Melissa took care of it for us right away! Melissa is a fantastic agent and I will keep booking with her. She is attentive, available and patient. I feel safe and confident when booking with her and travel vip. I have recommended her to friends and family and currently in the middle of booking our next trip with her. Excellent customer service all around.

They are easy to book with, just a few steps and find the destination and date, they got you booked. The prices of the packages we have been on, is spot on.
