Negative experience: When we arrived at the airport in the Dominican Republic, there was no one waiting for us, no one knew about DR Transfers, we wasted 2 hours asking everyone at the airport about DR.Transfer, a disaster, it's a reseller, hire the carrier directly.
If you had printed and read your travel document, you wouldn't have had any problems. You asked taxi drivers or other companies that are part of the competition; it's logical that they don't know who Drtransfers is! If they had told you where the Drtransfers desk was, you wouldn't have taken and paid for another taxi.. Alberto

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, punctual and attentive to solve problems. On the day of my arrival, it was night and raining, but the driver acted with the utmost responsibility. Fantastic experience: Excellent service. We were four people, and our flight was delayed by about 20 minutes. We had booked the Minibus service, but since our flight was delayed, the Minibus had already left and they provided us with a Van for the four of us. On the return, they informed us that we would need to be at the Hotel Lobby at 14:55 and the Vehicle was there to pick us up at 14:55.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience. Upon arriving in Punta Cana, nobody knew about the company DRTANSFERS nor were they waiting for me. They told me to check if I had received an email with the name of another company (because apparently they subcontract) but I hadn't received anything and nobody was taking responsibility for the transfer. I tried calling and discovered that DRTRANSFERS DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER!!! It seemed very unprofessional. I wasted a lot of time and felt scammed. I do not recommend them and I would not hire them again.
Hello Ines. It is normal for these things to happen when traveling without the necessary documents, there you have the instructions for arrival. At the time of payment, there is a note that says to check the spam folder as the email may get trapped there.
