Fantastic experience: Richard Corewyn, was absolutely fantastic for helping us plan a Rail trip in Europe for May 2025. We had used him in the past for an Alaskan cruise and that process was quick and easy. For the rail trip we gave him some guidelines for cities we would like to visit and he presented us with a 11 day plan including private transfers to and from airports, 1st class rail, 4 star hotels and some excursions in each place, all for a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Ric (Richard) to book our hotels for an upcoming Europe trip covering 9 different cities across 4 countries, and the experience was fantastic. Our plans changed multiple times—at least 6 times!—with cities being removed, new ones added, and several hotel bookings needing to be rearranged or canceled. She was with us from the very first meeting and stayed with us until sailing. As a family of five with a young child we had many questions and concerns. When our kids were little and we traveled as a family, Joanne worked tirelessly to ensure we had the very best experience away from home and now that the kids are grown and all live in various places in North America, she offers the same efforts to help us all see each other or explore travel experiences on our own. At times, we have needed her to coordinate multiple flights for multiple people coming and going at different times, researching options and helping us choose what works best. I honestly do not know how she manages it. In addition, she is there if something goes wrong and having that support throughout the entire experience is invaluable. Negative experience: Had a very negative experience with Yukako. If I could give less stars I would. There was a huge lack of initiative, attention to detail, and communication. Having worked with several other travel agents previously was really surprised by the lack of professionalism and effort put into the booking. Would not return to book again with this agent or company.

We were cruise 'newbies' and needed a guiding hand...Silvija was welcoming, experienced, professional and very prompt with all our questions. She found us a last minute Alaska cruise with great price&perks that more than lived up to our expectations. Then Silvija was able to help with our Globus Tour of Scotland and our hotel choices for England...so it's not just a cruiseship center here. Being a frequent flyer with Air Canada brings many advantages. These guys booked a really expensive return business trip for me to Hong Kong which would have go a long way to keeping my status with Air Canada. According to Air Canada, they cheeped out and booked it on a tour ticket which meant I got none of the points or benefits I was due. If you're a frequent flyer, this means a lot. I have been chasing them for months - the owner has never made an effort to talk or appolpgize. I had spent a lot of money with them in the first 5 months of this year. NEVER AGAIN!!! You can get much better results yourself on the internet. Don't believe a thing they say.

Negative experience: Absolute worst company ever, pregnant woman, went to shoppers before visiting the store and they got my car towed. pathetic
