Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with David's! We are a multigenerational family and wanted to have space for everyone to spread out. We were able to rent DVC points using David's for a 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen and living room for the same price as a moderate resort at Disney typically is. It was a smooth process both reserving the room and checking in. Any time I had a question, I would use the live chat feature on David's website and I had someone able to help me within a few minutes. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. I don't think we can ever go back to buying a studio room from Disney again! We will definitely be using David's again for our future Disney trips!

Fantastic experience: David's Vacation Club made our trip so convenient and affordable. Old Key West Resort is quiet and peaceful with lovely landscaping. We stayed in a spacious one bedroom with a split bathroom and laundry. The resort is a peaceful respite in the midst of busy theme parks and shopping areas. Thanks David !

Fantastic experience: First time DVC renter, but it won’t be our last! Just returned from our first Disney vacation stay using David’s, and I am happy we decided to give them a chance. We chose to book a confirmed reservation, and the process was so smooth from booking to check out. I love that the price you see is the price you pay - no hidden fees! They also answered all of my questions and added several room requests to our reservation prior to our arrival. Our resort, the Beach Club, was AMAZING with lots of dining options on site and at the nearby Boardwalk. It was a short three minute walk from our room to Epcot and easy access to Hollywood Studios via the skyliner or ferry boat. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book with David’s again!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saratoga Springs Resort in Walt Disney World, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The members at David's DVC were all helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, peaceful walking paths, and a relaxing atmosphere—a perfect escape after a busy park day. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly cast members, who went out of their way to make the experience magical. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Saratoga Springs to anyone looking for a spacious, serene, and welcoming Disney resort. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Incredible room with incredible view. Being on 4th floor, we watched Magic Kingdom fireworks and EDPCOT fireworks from room porch. Great view of spaceship earth ball with changing colors at night. We have been to Disney World every year for about the last 30 years or so and this was the best room we have ever been in.

Positive experience: Love the Boardwalk and it's location. The villa was very nice and we had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the toilet and it took a while to get it fixed, but really the only reason it is not getting five stars is because the elevator was over 200 steps from our hotel room. When you've been walking all day, the jog from the elevator to our room was a bit of a downer. Besides that, we loved the Boardwalk.

Fantastic experience: DVC rental actually works. This was our first time experience with DVC renting and it just blew us away that it's pretty seamless with the whole Disney experience. Fantastic experience: Used David's Disney Vacation Club Rentals to arrange 2 bedroom villas at two locations (Animal Kingdom Kidani village and Riviera Resort). They were the perfect rooms for this trip which included my wife and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and grandson. The folks at David's answer questions and helped us through the process (this was our first time using anything like this). We received the confirmation emails from Disney making checking in and checking a breeze. We will definitely use David's again.

Fantastic experience: Used David's for the first time and it was such an easy and seamless process (and I'm coming from the UK so wasn't sure I'd that would add complications but it was super smooth). I reveived the booking reference ahead of time which I linked to MDE and was able to check in etc as normal. I stayed at Boardwalk and it was really pretty with a large bedroom and very convenient for Epcot/ Hollywood as well as visiting the other resorts in the area. I would happily recommend this service and would use again in the future.

Positive experience: Added dining plan to stay only to not have it at check in. It got sorted out but wasn't as easy as just booking a room with Disney. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Just recently I sent in a request to rent my points with specific criteria. I was expecting to wait for a while before they could find a match. It was about an hour later when I heard from them with a perfect match. They make renting your points as easy as possible and are quick with payment. I highly recommend David's.

Fantastic experience: We booked Aulani for March 2020 using David's DVC - needless to say, it did not work out for us. David's was very kind and understanding, and ultimately issued us a full credit to be used within 3 years, but when that didn't happen, until it was just used. We finally used most of it for Animal Kingdom Lodge, and it was well worth it. We are actually ready to book it again through them. The process was completely hassle free. I was amazed at how seamless it all was. We will be using them again in the near future!

Fantastic experience: We just got home from our first Disney World family vacation and we had such a great experience. My husband and I have rented DVC points from this website previously for our honeymoon, and so when we decided to take our daughter to Disney World, we knew exactly what website to check out first to book a Disney resort, and that was David’s DVC. We stayed at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa (second time staying here) and our room was very nice, updated, and clean. The deluxe suite was a perfect size even if we had 2 kiddos with us, and it was also big enough that we did not feel crammed inside. We appreciate that the David’s DVC Rental website is so user friendly and the customer service team is excellent if you ever have a question! I would highly recommend and will look to use them for accommodations in the future if we want to stay on Disney property. After all, when you rent DVC points, you are staying in a DVC resort for a cheaper cost per night, and that’s an absolute win to us!

Positive experience: Team was responsive and the website is pretty user friendly. I waited in a queue after requesting my reservation for about 8 weeks. Only got two updates to let me know room was no longer available and to pick a different option. I eventually cancelled the request. Decided to try DVC rental store, and they were able to secure the initial reservation I wanted within one day. I understand its sometimes difficult to match renters points with guest requests, but I wish there was a little more communication within that long period of time to try and troubleshoot why the reservation wasn't being booked.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Saratoga Springs in a one bedroom suite. Room was wonderful with queen size Murphy bed in living room and king size in bedroom. We had the handicapped roll in shower which also had a toilet and sink. Was also a separate sink and tub in separate room. Check in was easy and went straight to our room. This is our third time using David's and will continue to use them for future trips!

Fantastic experience: This is my third time using David’s DVC. I stayed at Disney’s Treehouse Villa. I purchased these through David’s DVC earlier this year. Their process is simple - put a deposit to make a bid for a hotel. Within 24 hours you find out if you get it. If you do then you pay the rest of the cost. If your choice isn’t available, you get the deposit back. Once I purchased, I got a confirmation number which I entered into my Disney App and it showed in my Disney account and I could go through the Disney Online check in. Really great process and I will do another one in the next few months!

The only thing I didn’t like, but at the same I did like, was paying in full at the time of the reservation was a requirement. I would rather have had the option. In the end though, that allowed to save more cash for my trip. However, the option would have been nice to pay off the reservation in time. But overall, we would use this company again.

Fantastic experience: After having to cancel our trip in October due to the hurricane, we were left with 47 points that were going to expire in April we did not know what to do. We reached out to David’s and with a week of putting them up they were rented and I’ve already had the money deposited in my account. This was our 3rd time using their services, and each time has been easy, way more affordable than purchasing direct, and every question or request we have had has always been fulfilled. Someday soon we plan on becoming DVC members, but for now David's makes all of our vacations to Disney magical for us!

Fantastic experience: We just returned from WDW following a split stay at SSR in a preferred studio and Bay Lake Towers in a lake view studio through David’s. We had been DVC’ers but sold when we retired. We had rented out our points through David’s years ago and the experience was great. So when we wished to rent of course came here. The experience was easy and flawless on both ends. Everything explained up front. Reservations quickly confirmed. All questions answered. Renting and checking in was a breeze. We already have a Spring trip planned with David’s DVC Rentals. Could not recommend them more highly! Very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: Lost over $3000 with them during Covid and didn't get back a penny. NOT ONE PENNY. It was supposed to be my family's first trip to Disney then Covid hit. They tried to re-rent so we could get some money back but no one wanted to travel or go to Disney when tons were getting it, dying with it and there was no vaccine even yet. We never got to go nor did we get to do anything else for several years other than small trips close by in order to try to recoup what was lost. I am writing now because we finally got to where we can possibly go again and thought maybe they would do something to off set the staggering cost to go there. Anything at all and they said NO and that I should have gotten insurance like people get insurance for Hurricanes. I told them hurricanes are expected in Florida not worldwide pandemics. I added that normally from what I saw with insurance, it only worked if someone was sick and you couldn't go not because of a pandemic. Anyways crap company. I should have written this long ago but was trying to be nice and give them a chance to do the right thing but nope. I would NEVER use this company.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with David’s for quite a few years and have enjoyed many trips. However, on my most recent trip it was really brought home to me the savings that we enjoy by using Davids Vacation Club. We transferred from Swan to Saratoga on October 5th just as the resort was in preparation for the impending hurricane. Later in the week the announcement that MCO would be closing Wednesday and at that time no indication of a re-opening date, we made the decision to perhaps extend our vacation a few days. We spoke to the front desk at Saratoga, as Disney was offering 40% off rooms for anybody affected by the hurricane. The cost of the room for two nights at 40% discount was very close to what Davids’s cost had been for the 5 nights. Thank you to all the team members at David’s, long may you prosper. Positive experience: Oct 17-27 we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House. Initial impression is great! Spacious lobby, friendly staff. Basically ends there. Hotel is getting dated in some areas, worn/fraying carpet, no rooms with double beds so my poor kid had to sleep on pull out couch that was HORRIBLE. This may be the same for anyone using DVC but we got 2 sets of towels for 3 people with one room cleaning at day 4 and a towel pickup at day 8. Other than a daily stop in for garbage, that is it. They were very responsive to my frequent requests for towels but this is ridiculous I even had to ask for even enough for our room for one night! Food court is meh. Pool is nothing special. We will not be staying here again. Cannot understand why it is deluxe, must just be because you can find places to see animals. Not worth the extra money. David's was easy to work with. Wish they had a cancellation process that covered our Jan 24 booking as we had a family matter come up where we would have wanted to cancel or postpone vacation but had no options other than lose our money.

Fantastic experience: We weren’t able to make it to Florida due to the massive hurricane — David’s ensured that we could use the credit we paid at a later time. They are incredible to work with and they are the only option for us when it comes to staying at a Disney park.

Fantastic experience: I was a little wary to start with as I thought it was a scam, but after further investigation found that this is perfectly legitimate and I have just returned from my 1 week stay at Aulani. You are classed a "DVC renter", and although you don't receive all of the benefits of full DVC membership, you do get the free self-parking which is $50 per night (7 nights - $350 saved!!) If you really want to go to Aulani without joining DVC, this is best way to do it. David's Disney Vacation Club Rentals make it easy to book and once match with someone selling their points, they manage the whole transaction. You can then log in to the website and link your reservation to your account. It was very simple. They called me back a couple of times when I got disconnected or had questions. All in, an easy 5 stars. Don't think about it, just book that holiday/vacation now.

Negative experience: Beware - we are repeat customers with David's. We booked a stay for part of last week with David's. Just before we left, we booked out and put a deposit down for another trip in January 2025. While we were on our vacation this past week, David's wanted our full payment. We were out of pocket as were were vacationing and all agreed to stay off devices as much as possible except for using the My Disney Experience App. Got back late last night to check email and they gave my reservation to someone else AND will not refund my deposit. Poor Customer Service- not the Disney Way - that is is for sure! We are over 3 1/2 months out, they could not wait 7 days for my payment? I have been a loyal customer in the past. Thumbs down. While our stay with Disney was amazing, the experience with David's was until we returned.

Fantastic experience: David's was a breeze start to finish! When my initial request was unavailable, they laid out all of the available comparable options for me. Additionally, I missed one deadline due to some family business I had to take care of, and they followed up and helped work through it rather than simply canceling and forcing me to restart the process (which is what I feel a lot of other companies would have done). While I had some actual day-of check in issues at Saratoga Springs, all of my interactions with David's - selecting a resort, booking, paying - were all excellent. Great Service.

The amount of money we saved going through David's to stay at our dream resort means we will be rebooking again with David’s again!

Fantastic experience: This was our 1st time using David's after many many Disney vacations and I wish I knew about this many years ago. David's was so easy to work with it was as simple as filling out the request online and then making the payment. No other communication was needed but I know David's was there if I needed it. With David's it was 2k less then moderate resort we originally had booked, and we saved over 4k for our DVC resort had we booked direct with Disney. We spent 11 nights at Saratoga Springs Resort and absolutely loved it! Looking forward to booking again!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful trip thanks to David’s! We resort hopped and it was easy and fun. Great way to experience more of what is offered. We stayed for 10 days and three resorts. We were able to stay at the Boardwalk, Saratoga Springs and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Without David’s we would not have been able to do this. The resorts will transfer your luggage for you so you can go straight to the parks and enjoy. Thanks David’s Disney Vacation Club Rentals!!!

Fantastic experience: David's responded very quickly to all our questions and got us the room we wanted within a day of our request. Upon arrival the room we received was exactly what we had requested, a dedicated two bedroom villa at Beach Club. The room was perfect for our family of five and the whole experience with David's was great. This will definitely be the only way we book for our future trips and we will be using David's again.

Fantastic experience: I rented points for a five night stay at the Boardwalk in a studio villa. This was by far the best experience with renting points or even with Disney itself. The check in was seamless, the location of the villa was perfect, and the overall vacation went so smoothly. My parents were staying with me and they had a fantastic trip thanks to David's Rentals.
