Negative experience: Very bad experience with discount travel, I never received the refund, even though I had selected my dates well and confirmed the dates, the reservation was made for another date. Fortunately, I had paid for a flexibility option to cancel without fees; they charged me a fee of $100 to cancel. In short, first and last experience with them. This just cost me $450. Worst experience of my life; NEVER AGAIN!

We always recommend contacting one of our agents to make the reservation in order to benefit from personalized support and avoid this type of situation. Regarding cancellation fees, each tour operator has its own cancellation policies, which are independent of our agency. At Voyages à Rabais, a fee of $100 per reservation is applied for any changes or cancellations. This information is clearly indicated during the online payment process. We want to emphasize that we do not add opening fees, which sets us apart from many other agencies. Negative experience: I would give below 0. Be careful when you pay. The displayed price and the price you will pay are not the same. We had an increase of more than $400/adult at the checkout. The agency didn’t even notify us. And the manager doesn’t wait for a solution with them. Really not honest.

Fantastic experience: Actually was weary of trying this new place for my trip … I used to deal with Dumoulin Transat, they messed up my last trip the previous year pretty well …. No time wasted, and they even have promotions that can make the price go lower than what red tag has as a price …. Negative experience: I'm disappointed with the service I received 72 hours before my departure. Vincent was aggressive, only focused on reciting rules without trying to find solutions. He didn't let me speak and abruptly ended the call. Improvement is needed in handling customer concerns with more empathy and a willingness to find solutions.

Negative experience: Extremely dissatisfied with Voyages à Rabais Brossard. The vacation package I purchased ended up costing more than the market price. Their customer service was awful—slow, difficult communication, and a complete lack of responsiveness. Would not recommend at all :( Be prepared to spend hours on the line waiting for an agent to answer just to finalize a package which you could buy online in a few seconds! Their online system tricks you into thinking the purchasing is complete, but then they require you to call them to finalize your reservation, leading to endless hours spent just to complete your purchase!

Negative experience: It was a terrible experience. The pricing was the same as on sunwing.ca, but I had to call many times and wait on the phone for nearly an hour each time for the payment to be processed, etc. Finally, I was charged an extra $100 for cancellation from their own "Policy", which I doubt I would have received if I had ordered straight from Sunwing.
