Fantastic experience: We have been on several cruises over the last 25 years. Kim, our agent, has been by far the best we have dealt with. She is efficient, knowledgeable, finds the best deals for our dollar, but most of all is there when things go sideways. When we were unable to cruise back from Alaska due to covid, she made sure Holland America took care of us and made arrangements for us to get back when able to travel. She was worth every nickel of the $150 fee charged to handle our cruise. The time, effort and attention to details the staff take to make sure your vacation is all you expect it to be is well worth that charge. We highly recommend Kim to anyone wanting to book a cruise.

Fantastic experience: I really love to cruise and Kim, my travel agent has really made it possible for me to keep cruising as she goes beyond to help me save money and get the best deal possible which means more cruising. She has helped my disabled friend and I to get us the best cabin for our needs. She was there through the covid cancels and really helped sort that mess out. Fantastic experience: Jason makes booking a cruise an stress-free pleasurable experience due to his vast knowledge of many different cruise lines and itineraries and the fact he takes the time to get to know his clients and understand their preferences. It's been my experience that he goes the extra mile to make sure we get good value for dollar and an amazingly unique experience. Plus he's extremely patient.

Negative experience: $150 research fee to start off..what a joke!! Editing to add as a reply to the owner: Yes you did explain to do research on my own, which is fine, but the tone that was used was not professional. I didnt ask to look at all the cruises, I said either LA or Vancouver as embarking point. Other agents were happy to do that, and Thanks to you, I got a great deal with Expedia cruises.

Negative experience: Jason, the president was our travel agent... Oh my goodness this guy is a real piece of work. My wife warned me when we met him prior to our booking. We decided to go ahead dispite her concerns... man what a mistake. This guy is known throughout the travel industry in Edmonton as a ... lets say major problem to both customers and other agents. dont book through this agency. Jason took over this agency from his parents who were good travel agents... to bad he is the spoiled brat that takes over the business. Sorry too his mom and dad. No Stars......... they made me pick one to post.

Jason provided helpful recommendations when we booked a future Panama Canal cruise and he kept making adjustments, on our request, to our upcoming June cruise. Fantastic experience: First my elderly, but spirited Mother was using Jason for booking cruises. with wonderfully attentive care and consideration. Since then, my husband and I have followed suit, booking numerous+ cruises. He and his knowledgeable staff are always available for questions, before, and even during! a cruise. We always have the best deals available to us at Cruise Vacations Inc. and we have complete faith in Jason’s extensive industry knowledge. He and the staff are phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Tami, the cruise consultant, was terrific. She worked so very hard to get us the best Cruise possible and assisted with everything we needed. She also sent emails to check up on us, to see if we needed anything else and to wish us a good trip. I would highly recommend Tami and Cruise vacations out of Edmonton.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have booked a number of cruises through Cruise Vacations Inc. and Jason. We have been very pleased with the service we have received and the prices are always very good. On one of out cruises I became ill and had to leave the cruise after six or so days. When I contacted Cruise Vacations they immediately did all they could to help. They booked a hotel room in Honolulu close to the airport and arranged a flight home the next morning at a good price and were very helpful in assisting me to recover the remainder of the money for the cruise through my cancellation insurance. We were more than pleased with their service.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Tami Lingrell at Cruise Vacations in Edmonton since I started cruising and I wouldn’t dream of booking with anyone else. She Is so professional and proficient. She takes care of everything and explains and makes things so easy for us to understand. As well, she knows what we like and makes certain we get what we want. She is a credit to Cruise Vacations! I was a travel consultant before I retired so I feel that I know what makes a good travel consultant and Tami definitely fills all qualifications!

Fantastic experience: Have booked with Cruise Vacations for the last 13 years. Both short and longer cruises with 3 or 4 different cruise lines. We now deal with Jason for cruises on a yearly basis and because of our past experience will continue to use Cruise Vacations. We enjoy the Ensemble partnership with Cruise Vacations.

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency. We spoke with Jason ONCE when he took our money, then he would never return our phone calls. Two other women in the office took up the slack for him at times, but service is not his strong suit. Even when the cruise line added a port to the trip, I found out on my own through the internet about a month and a half after the fact. The cruise line wouldn’t speak to me directly because I had booked the cruise through a travel agent. We took a 28 day cruise with Holland America and then three nights in Shanghai. The hotel in Shanghai he had booked for about 20 of us seniors (all with varying degrees of mobility) was down a back alley and had more than 20 stairs just to get into the lobby. The rooms were very old (not quaint) and all the mattresses were concave from age. I sent him an email the day we checked in and have not heard a word from him, which is typical, in my experience. There were many other issues, but at this point, I am simply going to say, don’t use this agency and defintely not Jason.

Fantastic experience: Cruise Vacations in Edmonton Alberta has provided incredible service each and every time we have booked with them. We have just recently booked a Viking River Cruise through them. Ashley Westermann (Cruise Consultant) and Jason (President) deliver only the best professional service to their clients. The pricing for the cruises they have are second to none and they have given extra bonuses that no other travel agent can match. We have always received quick responses to our inquiries and concerns.
