Fantastic experience: Ravioli with chicken was so good. Actually, everything was so tasty

Fantastic experience: Cole was such a cool host and he helped me out with the g wheel it was sick!

Fantastic experience: Brad was an amazing server! He ensured our apres was fun and well taken cared for! Very knowledgeable about the menu and a very personable guy! Would definitely come again and request his service :)

Positive experience: We stayed at the patio cause it was a nice day and the view was breathtaking. The server was friendly. The food I ordered was ribs and a carrot soup. The ribs was really dry and tough. It was under seasoned. The soup was a little bland and it would be better if it was thicker..it tasted a little water down and also it's overpriced.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyable spot in whistler, nice location. Although I’d prefer as a solo bar hoper a bit more of a chatty bartender. Which results in higher sales because I’d stay longer lol!! Overall still a good spot!

Negative experience: Staff is friendly...but menu only had 3 entrees and 2 of them were burgers...also don't sit on the patio during summer..mist spraying all over you and your meal.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed sitting out by the fire over Christmas -28c days. Friendly staff. Quick service and good selection. was nice as no one else sat outside, but could see how would be very busy on a warmer day.

Negative experience: Worst staff. Been here for the past 4 months and know they still have my info. Wont let me in with pictures of my passport. Worst bar staff. Gibbons staff don’t know how how to accomodate locals (bills manager especially)

Positive experience: V nice waitress. Good good. Hostess is snotty.

Negative experience: This group owns a number of Food and Beverage outlets including several experience based businesses. We had booked several of their experience and found them to not prepared for emergencies. Our group with 4 kids were stuck at one of their outlets for more than 4 hrs because they didn’t have chains for any of the shuttle buses. A basis requirement in Canadian wilderness. We also booking at one of the establishment and they decided to not open it last min. Furthermore when we spoke to their customer service agents, they were not all accommodating. I won’t recommended them at all and would encourage folks to check their emergency preparedness before embarking on anything with them.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience! Holly, Brett and Mia were very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend for anyone looking for something different.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I loved blacks . A nice boy named Tim came by to ask how we were enjoying our wine . Liam the server great !

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with a charge, was upset, but the GM went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Perspective completely changed - the difference between good + bad customer service is everything.. Original complaint below, which was resolved by the GM. "Got charged $55 for a round of soda waters. Complained and the GM offer to comp me a round of soda waters next time I came to Whistler..."

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to rewind after a full day of skiing. Amazingly fast service. Cass has really taken great care of her guests. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Bad service. Coke had hair in it and it was not replaced, asked for salt and pepper and server did not serve us, while delivering food server dropped cutlery and she said she would bring another one and even that was not replaced, had to wait for water. Over all bad experience

Fantastic experience: We had an unfortunate situation during a bachelorette weekend and the Gibbons team really took care of us. Cannot praise their team enough.

Negative experience: Gross pizza that could have come from a freezer. Subpar burger with an onion ring on a gf bun. Sportsball on the 20 tvs. Gross. Would go anywhere else I’ve been in the village first.

Negative experience: The hosts for bar hop were great. Daria and Scott? (The people I remember?) absolutely amazing for good energy. Our group were hyped for a big night out. But honestly, I hate to say this the vodka drinks, apparently vodka from deep cove. The absolute worst vodka I’ve ever tasted, get any drink other than vodka was a better option

Positive experience: Food tastes decent but service is extremely slow. Be ready to wait ~25-30 minutes even when it’s not super busy.

Positive experience: First time visiting this place. Welcoming by servers and nice atmosphere but the poutine is like you are just eating salt from the source. My first time that I didn’t really enjoy having poutine with my beer. Sorry guys this was really too much.

Positive experience: We had breakfast there the avocado toast is not really good however other options where not bad.

Negative experience: If you love waiting over an hour for food, and getting generic updates when asking for an ETA for our orders, then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Group of local and international ladies hosted a bachelorette party at Longhorn, Stonesedge and Moe Joes and had the BEST time! Our server at Longhorn was so friendly and attentive, the Stonesedge team went above and beyond with helping to put up some decorations and dancing at Moes was the best end to the Whistler evening. Shout out to Tim for all his help throughout the evening and making it a memorable night for all!

Negative experience: Thursday evening 12- 29-21 we swung in to have a nightcap When we entered we were discouraged to even be there in the first place as we were told it was very cold, we waited 15 minutes for someone to even recognize we were sitting outside as we were told it was the only place to sit and we were the only ones out there! I got up and went and asked the host if we were “supposed to serve ourselves“ however we were very comfortable around the fires. That was a plus and the deck should have been full as there were people all around whistler really got the feeling they wanted to close early! Bad service, Hot chocolate with schnapps was not served hot as requested. I asked for a sniffer of Jamison I got a small shot and when I say small I mean what the…!! We both felt it was a slap in the face.
