Negative experience: Horrible experience with the chat agent. Was looking to change the room type from 2 doubles to a King as it wasn't available to book at the time. After making the reservation, the King was available and I called Voyages Bergeron and they told me that they can't do anything for me and that I needed to call Sunwing. I wasted my time and called Sunwing only for them to tell me that I need to speak with the travel agency. I don't understand why I needed to call Sunwing when I booked with Voyage Bergeron!! Really poor service and agent was giving attitude! I wouldn't recommend this travel agency at all for booking vacations!
