Fantastic experience: Fast and friendly service. I went into the agency looking for a quote to cruise around the Caribbean with celebrity Cruise line. I was offered snacks and drinks and was sat down with a lovely lady to discuss my departure dates and prices. I ended up going home to discuss it with my husband and we looked around at other agencies to get a better price but werent able to find a price as good as Azure Cruise. I went to book with them a couple weeks later and they were able to give me the same price. Seamless travel experience the whole time with no hiccups and this made my job easy especially when I was travelling with 3 kids.

Negative experience: If I could rate this travel agency, I would definitely give them zero stars. My wife and I participated in AzureCruise in 2018, joining their Dubai-Rome cruise tour. On the Celerity cruise ship, the agency's owner strongly urged us to make a booking for the next Celerity cruise. Since we had no budget for any travel next year, we did not participate. I wonder if AzureCruise has discounts from the cruise company. We couldn't escape the owner’s hard sell and persuasion. We paid a $200 deposit because the owner assured us we could change dates anytime. If we couldn’t go next year, we could change it to the following year without any fees. Believing her word, we lost that $200 to date. We realized AzureCruise offered no guarantees. When we first booked, there was no cruise plan, so in 2019, we asked AzureCruise to change the cruise itinerary. Originally an Alaskan cruise, it was changed to a Japan to Hong Kong cruise, and we also booked a room on the cruise. Later, due to business in Hong Kong this year, we requested AzureCruise again to change the cruise date, hoping to change it to the 2020 schedule. The owner said there was no problem, but if we wanted to change it again, we would need to pay an additional $100. I did not oppose this, thinking the itinerary for next year should be fine. However, the owner said we could change freely without extra charges, leaving me somewhat dissatisfied. When I asked the owner again to confirm the cruise date, he said I would need to add $100. Afterward, I inquired with the cruise company, which clarified they would not charge additional fees. It seemed my travel agency was charging extra. When I discussed this with the owner of AzureCruise, he said the fee was charged by another agency. I reminded him that when we first made the booking, his wife guaranteed us we could change anytime without extra fees. But now they wanted to charge an additional $100! We initially booked hoping to help AzureCruise get a discount from the cruise company, which provided us no benefit. Now they disregarded ethics by adding more charges. AzureCruise truly lacks any professionalism. It’s just $100. I decided to cancel the cruise tour and would rather lose that $200 deposit than participate with AzureCruise. I highly do not recommend this travel agency.
