Negative experience: Travel Agent friend or well know person Mr Masood . He booked ticket for my mother on my behalf . Then I decided to cancel the ticket and asked for refund , these agents so rude and unresponsive. No help on refund seems fraudulent.

Fantastic experience: We took an Umrah package late last year. The end-end experience was simply amazing!! From bookings to check ins to the hotel to arranging transportation, everything was great and Husnain remained in touch with us through out. Zero complaints!! One suggestion though - for the transportation in SA, when travelling with older parents, it is hard for them to take big steps, a stepping stool to get in and out of the vans would be extremely beneficial.

I was travelling with family, from the States, Canada and Pakistan, and he was able to coordinate all of our schedules to get us there together, and with the best accommodations. The hotels were amazing and the location was right next to the masjid. He also provided us with airport transportation amongst other things. Thanks to Kashif, every part of our trip ran smoothly and we had an excellent experience during Umrah. Fantastic experience: Best travel agency in GTA. Booked one of my most important trip to Disney Orlando with my whole family. Very impressive. Service provided by Husnain was awesome. I wish we can give more than 5 stars. One week Disney trip flights / hotel was around $2K. They even advised us the Park Hopper plus option along with Genie plus which he recommended us. Without Genie plus we would have been waiting on atleast 2+ hrs on each rides. These guys are my go to guys now for all my travel needs.
