These Prices match the best available online deals but you get the advantage of dealing through an awesome travel agent. Many benefits to using the agent over online and the cost was identical. Negative experience: Don't deal with vijay he was misleading and told me if a cancel 2 month prior to the trip it would be a full refund. So im canceling my trip 4 months in advance and they only will give you a voucher. So ridiculous, I will never book with these ripoff salespeople ever again. Worse experience I've ever had been apart of.

Negative experience: Vijay asked what day would be best to call to follow up, we confirmed Thursday would be best. We have yet to hear from him. Negative experience: Selloff? Lol. More like Ripoff. I saw the price on Google compared to their price and they wanted to charge me the price per person. It would net them insane 2x profit. Disgusting. No wonder travel agency isn't what it used to be.

Fantastic experience: We had a hiccup with the resort we were booked to go to. It was closing during our stay. Our rep Tammy went above and beyond to get the situation rectified and we were moved to another resort of our choosing!! Highly recommend Tammy Moore!

Negative experience: The guy that looked after us was not very helpful. He didnt let us know about the shortage of paper and beer. It was like he just wanted to get his day over. No help at all.

Negative experience: I only gave a 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. We had 3 couples go in the Chatham office to book a trip through Amy Poredos. When we went to book the first couple our 500$ went through fine. When Amy went to book the second couple she told us the resort is now full. Prior to booking this Amy assured us if this were to happen during booking we would be refunded immediately. Since we all wanted to be on the same trip she said don't worry we will give you the money back and find a different resort. Fast forward a few weeks and we still got charged 500$ deposit for a trip we are not going on, no booking# or invoice was provided, we only found out from looking at our credit card statement. When we disputed this charge with sell off Amy basically said sorry you're out of luck you didn't buy travel insurance we can't give you money back. This is why we went to a travel agent to make the process run smooth and it's everything but that. Anyone going to sell off vacation stay clear of Amy when booking your trip. She was lost the entire process and we are now out an additional 500$ on top of our 3500$ trip.

Fantastic experience: Booked a vacation to Dominican Republic with Vijay Menda and he gave us very prompt service and advise and always on time. Answered all my questions prior to the trip. Very pleasant to deal and with and everything worked clockwise. Highly recommend dealing with them an sell off vacations for your next all inclusive holiday.

Negative experience: 6 of us booked a trip to Cuba for October 20 to October 28,We booked with the Chatham office. 3 times the agent tried to book the 6 trips for us because the system was not saving the information, She finally gave up and called Sunwing to book threw them. One of our people wanted to buy insurance, he was from out of town and that she needed to call him because there was a time frame to purchase it. That was on Friday. Monday I went back into the office to remind her and she said she would call him when he was done work. Two days went by and on Wednesday I called the agent, to ask her to call again, she finally called and he got his insurance. The next day she called him back and said that her boss said the insurance he had bought had to be cancelled because there was a time frame for getting it, which we told her that the week before. He was charged more money for the insurance he got. This should not have happened if she had called him when we had asked her, he should have not been charged more money, for not being called within the time frame. Never again will we book threw Sell off Vacations in Chatham. Poor customer service

Negative experience: spent over an hour on hold trying to correct a mistake we found when booking. The agent was great once i got in touch however still not corrected 2 days later. I have currently been on for well over 90 minutes !! Ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: The SellOff location in Chatham is the best. The ladies are all very personable, work extremely fast, and are very thorough in the little details. Tammy worked hard for me on my last trip abroad during the pandemic, sending me emails with updates, travel advisories, government travel updates, etc. I have booked with 3 different travel agencies in Chatham, but I continue to come back to SellOff. Beautiful location and lovely hotel. The food was good, the rooms were beautiful. This hotel is not on the beach but really only a short walk to it. Positive experience: Booked my trip online and paid in full on my credit card that I used for ever. I recieved an email that said it was paid. A few days later I get another email that the fraud department was going to cancel our trip in a couple of days due to my phone number didn't jive.no call was given but was asked to give more info on myself. We met Cheryl for the first time just over 7 yrs ago, when she assisted us with booking our honeymoon in Cuba. We have been travelling ever since and we only deal with Cheryl. Fantastic experience: When me and my girlfriends planned our trip to Nashville a few years ago, sell off vacations in Chatham was nothing but helpful and pretty much planned our whole trip for us, including where we would visit some days and items such as the pedal tavern which we toured around on. Our trip would have been no where as successful without using sell off vacations for our plane trip, leisure and hotel stays.

Fantastic experience: I cannot imagine ever booking a trip without first consulting Cheryl. Even when I think I have found the best price available, she often finds a better one or has suggestions for low-cost upgrades or freebies. Our Disney trip is a prime example of how well she co-ordinated our group of 10, even getting us all the free dining plan through a Canadian incentive that I knew nothing about. I usually book 1 or 2 trips per year with Cheryl, have relied on her for at least 15 years, & would never go anywhere else!

Since we have been booking with them all these years, they know the best resorts to match our needs and we always end up with the best trip. During this one week the group travels its our wedding anniversary. Cheryl has emailed the resort every year and requested something special in our room. She really takes care of us!
