Fantastic experience: First time travel with Al habib travel Allahamdulilah great experience with shahbaz brother very great personality and fullfill his promise from starting till end shahzad brother was in touch with us jaza kallah

Negative experience: I took my passport photo, very very poor quality, they don't have any knowledge, about photography. My application was rejected because of poor quality photo, very cheap price but not up to the standard I'm not recommended for the passport photo.

Fantastic experience: Alhabib travel group was exceptional at planning and organizing every aspect of the Feb 2025 Umrah trip. The leaders Shahzad and Samina made us feel like a big family and attended to every question and need. They gave us insight into rawda visits, shopping and food recommendations, and ziyarat tours. Imam Ahmad Rahman was super kind and approachable and he provided very valuable and step by step guide for Umrah, ihram, sunnah guidance and even showed the men how to properly wear the ihram. This was our first time travelling with a group and it was well worth the experience. We had a group of over 60 people and they managed it all effortlessly. I would highly recommend them and would definitely travel again in the future InshaAllah.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I did our Hajj with AlHabib group in June. Alhamdullilah it was a very pleasurable and fulfilling experience. Our hotels in Madinah and Makkah were excellent. Most of the transportation was included. The contract provided upfront was very detailed and the actual experience was compliant with the agreement (in some cases, better). Where there were unexpected minor issues, they were raised promptly to appropriate authorities and resolved. Shahzad Bhai was with the group at all times and did his best to keep the group together. Molana Moaz was amazing - he was very thorough in his religious explanations and very patient with all the questions the group had throughout the journey. The communication on the WhatsApp group was prompt and complete. Overall, Alhamdullilah, it was an excellent experience and I absolutely recommend AlHabib group for anyone considering this important journey. I'm sure their service would get even better with time.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah I have blessed Hajj 2024 with Alhabib travel. Overall experience was very good. Whatever was promised by our host (Shahzad bhai) we have received. He has arranged lot of extra things which was not promised when we have baught hajj package. I have never seen any better group planner for hajj and umrah package than Alhabib travel. Fantastic experience: I wanted to go umrah with my entire family, 10 of us. Alhabib team helped us book the entire trip from flight to hotel and team was available at every point. I called them multiple times after booking was finalized and they patiently answered all the question. This was my first umrah and in sha’Allah i will use their service in future as well.

Fantastic experience: Brought my kids to take their passport photos at Al Habib travel a few weeks ago. Even though, ethnically, we may be different from most customers here - we still felt very much welcomed as soon as we walked in. My son had hair covering his forehead & a representative there (believed to be the owner) kindly reminded us to fix his hair before taking the photo, and he even offered a (new) bottle of water to help with that. Just received the passports today. No problems with the photos at all! I appreciate the fantastic service they provided. Much lower price & better service compared to W*****. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get passport photos taken!

Fantastic experience: I want to preface by saying this was my first time visiting the holy land, as a person born and raised in Canada. I had a lot of doubts and questions on how to properly perform the duties of Umrah for me and my family. From the moment I was in contact with brother Habib, the tour was very easy to understand. Brother Habib was always ready to answer any questions, and help me understand how to get closer with Allah. Brother Habib was ALWAYS available to us, from the time we took off in the plane to the time we landed, he was PERSONALLY and PHYSICALLY always there and present to help and guide us through any passage. Once we arrived in Medina, Brother Habib and his team started by telling and explaining to us the duties and rights which we need to follow during our time in the holy lands. This included duas, surahs, and hadiths which we needed to follow and understand. Brother Habib was there with us when we signed into the hotel, and helped EVERYONE (I WITNESSED THIS!) helped EVERYONE and accommodated EVERYONE in the group to help us receive the best rooms possible. From the general managers, to the executive chefs all the way down to the guards, brother Habib was well acquainted with them for over 25 years, some more older than even I! At one point, I wanted fresh Ajwa dates for my mother back home, brother Habib and his team right away accommodated my request and he personally lead us to the greatest Ajwa store, for the best price, at the best location, for the best amount. He personally made sure we would not be ripped off! He personally brought us with him and made sure we were cared for and not taken advantage of. I then wanted to perform an umrah myself, brother Habib and his team personally explained and made sure I understood how to perform it, even guiding me to the correct Miqat, as per sunnah. Brother Habib then personally took me to the best taxi stand so that I would not be ripped off. This was the tour I wanted, as a first time pilgrim, I wanted to make sure I was confident to perform the pilgrimage with all information and the best correct way possible. Brother Habib and his team took us to all the important sites, made sure we stopped and saw the important historically significant points of interest around Medina and Mecca. The holy land had a lot of information and history, coupled with the Quran and Hadith, this trip was very informative, and much needed as we saw what our beloved prophet saw for each point of struggle, happiness, and sadness. Throughout the tour brother Habib and his team were very kind, accommodating and accepting of everyone's wishes and needs, even going above and beyond ALWAYS to help everyone achieve their dreams. My dream was to climb the mountains which our beloved prophet climbed, as it was not in the tour list, brother Habib connected me with another member who was a seasoned veteran in the holy land to guide me and help me. They made sure my dream came true! THIS TOUR HAS TO BE DONE, and I wish everyone to go through Al-Habib as they will personally cater a tour for EACH AND EVERYONE! Thank you brother Habib and the team for helping me achieve my dream and connecting with Allah more spiritually and reviving my islamic spirit Inshallah HAJJ will be done very soon!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with the services and guidelines provided by Al Habib Umrah and Hajj Services during our recent visit to Madina, Makkah and Ziarat to different historically significant places such as Masjid-e-Quba, Masjid-e-Qiblatain, Jable Uhad, Janat-ul-Baqi, Badar battlefield in Madina and Mina, Muzdalfa, Arafat, Jabal Thawr Cave Thawr and Jabal Noor Cave Hira. In addition to that, they arranged a special trip to Taif from where we were able to make an intention and pray salat to perform a second Umrah. In Madina and Makkah, they made arrangements for hotel accommodations in 5-star hotels which are about 5 to 7 minutes walk to Masjid al-Nawabi and Kabba (Harram Sharif). Both hotels are very conveniently located and their services were excellent as well. The Al Habib team led by Mr.Shahzad Habib, his respected father and Molana Moaz Abdul Rehman was very friendly, knowledgeable, organized, cooperative, and they took care of us with their best efforts. Molana’s speeches about different Islamic historical events in English on the bus were based on facts which enriched our knowledge about Islamic history and his religious guidance throughout the trip was excellent. I have a strong belief that kids and young generations will be motivated to learn more about Islam. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free and they followed the schedule which they provided us in the Umrah Seminar at Markham Community Centre . We found their all activities aligned with their company’s mission statement and customer centric and were truly reflected on their sincere efforts. They did their level best to satisfy us (all group members irrespective of different ages, backgrounds and cultures). We all had a very enjoyable time and got something more than beyond our expectations. We miss all our group members who were very friendly, cooperative, caring and respectful to each other as well. Fantastic experience: Umrah pre-school: my friend recommended al Habib umrah package, I was in process of taking umrah package from other company but I am glad I went with al Habib. Whatever they promised they delivered more than that. Everything was taken care of very well. In Makkah hotel was next to Haram , hotel gates opened in Haram, you can not get closer than that. In Madinah hotel was 2 minutes walk . Breakfast was really good and offered a lot of options for everyone. I will definitely recommend al Habib umrah package to any one who wants hassle free service.

Fantastic experience: Al habib travels did an amazing job, professional and planned, shahzad bhai went out of his way to go to the hotels ahead of us in order to make sure we got our hotels without waiting long wait times. Especially after long travel having the hotels ready is a nice thing to have. Alhumdulillah, once we got to the hotels both in Madina and Makkah our rooms we’re ready. Not only that, al habib travels did amazing job with adding extra umrah from taif which is nice so you can do another umrah from miqat. Amazing choices of hotels as well, Al aqeeq in madinah is very close to haram and close to food stores and on the sisters side of haram so very easy for sisters to go pray in haram. And hotel in Makkah also very close to haram. Overall experience was very good alhumdulillah, looking forward to coming with al habib again inshAllah

Positive experience: My family and I travelled with Al-Habib group (first time ever going in a group) in December 2022 which was an interesting experience. It is no doubt that Mr. Shahzad (our group leader) had a lot to manage, it is not easy dealing with and taking care of 50+ individuals but I think there were times where there was some miscommunication that could have been avoided but he did his best in leading our group nonetheless. Our experiences both in Madina and Makka were great and that is thanks to Mr. Shahzad! The only suggestions I have for this agency for future Umrah group travel is to send a checklist to the families/people travelling especially for the first time as there were some things you really can’t prep for if you don’t know what to expect like extra safety pins to tie the ihram, scissors to cut hair for ladies etc. But overall, it was a good experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting really great families during this trip. There was a lot of cooperation between the group members which also really enhanced the experience.

Positive experience: We went to Umrah with Alhabib Travels! Tickets and visa process was smooth! We had a orientation before leaving for Umrah! The best part of the whole process! It was very helpful and maulana Maaz answered all our queries. They gave us a PPT to go through and also books to learn more about Umrah Medina - We landed in Medina and had to wait for an hour or so before the bus picked us up. It was a luxury bus. We were told we will get 5 star hotels in Makkah as well as in Medina. The hotel that was booked was 3 star hotel. We sat there for around 2-3 hours but did not get any room. We were told we have to move to another hotel - Artal International. The most pathetic hotel one can be in. Although its 5 mins for Masjid, its the worst hotel. (Please look up the review of the hotel as I should not mention the problems with the hotel here) Makkah - In Makkah we got to stay in Swissotel which is a 5 star hotel as promised. The Makkah stay was wonderful! No complaints at all! Last day at airport, we were given free lunches and that was the most delicious Biryaani I ever had! Commutes were hassle free! Ziraayats were wonderful! Maulana was always there to answer any questions we had! Shahzad Bhai did his best to make everyone comfortable!! He tried to be on top of things! Was only disappointed with the stay in Medina as we did not get something that was promised. However, since its busy time of the year may be thats the reason we had to face issues! They really tried to solve it for us and we could see the efforts. Other than that, it was alhamdullilaah very good and I would recommend everyone to choose Alhabib travels when planning for Umrah!

Fantastic experience: Al Habib Travels did a wonderful job on coordinating our Umrah. Both Makkah and Medina were great stays. We also were able to visit ziyaarat in both Holy cities.Despite it being very busy Mr. Shahzad and his crew did an amazing job in looking after us. Also had the privilege of meeting wonderful people in the group as well. Look forward to more trips to the Holy land with Al Habib In shaa Allah.

Negative experience: We had a horrible experience traveling for Umrah with Al Habib Travel from December 22, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. If I could give negative stars, I would. They literally lied every step of the way. Starting at Pearson Airport, they had no representative who was traveling with the group. Their group booking placed my family all over the plane, which I have not experienced traveling with other travel agencies like Falcon or Dar El Salam. When asked about this, Shahzad said it was the airline’s fault and that he couldn’t do anything. The role of a travel agency is to ensure comfort of its clients, Al Habib Travel was far from professional. We flew Cairo to Madinah and were promised Jummah at Masjid Al Nabawai, but upon our arrival in Madinah we were told to go pray at the airport Mosque. We then waited for 2 hours before we boarded the bus because our check-in time for the hotel was 4pm. We arrived at the hotel which was supposedly a 5-star hotel (it was actually -1 star best). Dirty sheets, smelly room, broken washroom fixtures. We were a family of 5 that paid for five people and they gave us a room for 4 and said just to accommodate. After much pushing back from my parents they moved us to a different -1star hotel, which had 5 beds but 2 bath towels. We kept asking that we needed more towels, but didn't receive any, 48 hours in, we just gave up and got our own room for the next two days that ended up costing us another 1000 USD. The disorganization of Al Habib continued when we arrived in Makkah. Prior to booking, we made it very clear that we will travel via train due to an injury that one of our family members has, therefore we will arrive in Makkah prior to the group, and would like to check-in right way and then head for our Umrah. We were promised that someone will be there to receive us but low and behold this individual is not in sight, and kept lying that he was there just minutes ago. It took us 3 hours to check-in because the booking was not in our name. Shahzad again blames the hotel because of course nothing is his fault. Again the room is for four people and not for five. We try to contact Shahzad and he is not responsive. We again had to upgrade the room to accommodate all of our family which cost another 1400 USD. Anytime anyone complained in the group chat they made it admin only and deleted the messages that weren't to their liking. There was also misogynistic and chauvinist behavior from Shahzad and his dad towards any female that was speaking up. If you have educated wife's or daughters/sisters with a mind of their own, I again recommend not to go with them as they will make them feel horrible for speaking up against their constant lies. Their prices are not even competitive. We only went with them because we thought going with a smaller group could be a much more wholesome experience….it was not. Do not consider them for any travel and save yourself the hassle of interacting with this extremely unprofessional man.

Fantastic experience: First time I visited with my whole family to Umra through Alhabib travels. Shahzad Bhai personally took care of everything and always did his best to provide best services. The labels he gave made collecting bags and Zam Zam water very easy. He was very kind and treated everyone like family, treating us to meals and helping us throughout the stay. Mashallah with Al Habib travels my family experience was excellent. December month was very crowded in Medina and Mecca because of that all hotels were fully booked but Shahzad bhai did everything to get rooms for everyone. My 2 teenage sons also had a good time learning about the Deen from moulana maaz.

Fantastic experience: Aslamo-e-Alikum, It was a such a great experience travelling with Alhabib Travels and Tours to Holy places on the earth. Though it was my first time travelling with Brother Shahzad Habib and Haji Habib sahib, I couldn't feel myself left alone and taken care and guided by them on each and every steps. The promise they made before departure was more than high what I got in forms of services. Transportation from Airport to Hotels and 5 stars accommodation in Clock Tower was amazing. I couldn't be able to perform my Umrah if I went alone and get all these high level of services. All our group members were like a big family. Very cooperative and affectionate behavior of Brother Shahzad and Haji Sahib towards all group members. Very economical and reasonable package pricing that everyone can afford. My next travel with Alhabib Travels will be for Hajj Inshallah and I am depositing the initial amount for this obligatory Abadat at my earliest.
