Fantastic experience: Stayed at Kimberly Ridge Thanksgiving weekend. It was absolutely amazing and very and restful. The accommodations were very clean and quiet. The huge private hot tub was just what we needed. The accommodation had ample supplies and spacious too. We enjoyed the boardgames with our teen and our Dog enjoyed the walks around the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at 37 Sullivan stone. We had read previous bad reviews about no window in a forth bedroom (which now has a window with a beautiful view), and blinds in the lower level futon room (which has since been added as well). We enjoyed the convenience of being the closest unit to the hill. It was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The hot tub had an updated light cover which made it easier for the kids to open and close. We really enjoyed this clean spacious unit and will be back with our group of friends again.

Fantastic experience: This is was our family’s sixth time staying with the Kimberley Lodging Company, and like every year before; it didn’t disappoint! The condo is cozy, clean and extremely well maintained, our family absolutely loves it out there. Being able to soak in a balcony hot tub after a full day of skiing is a special treat, and the views are absolutely spectacular. We’ll definitely be headed out again in 2023!

Positive experience: We really enjoyed our stay - would stay again - they had some deck reno's going on so we couldn't excess the deck or use the barbecue other wise I would have given it a 5 star rating. The only problem we encountered was the ice maker on the fridge was noisy. One thing I would like to point out is if you are elderly this unit has 2 levels with the kitchen living room on the 2nd level & their are stairs going down & there pretty steep

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing groups of 20-64 golfers down for the past 17 years and we have used Kimberley Lodging Company, as they are so organized and make everything so easy for us. The places are always so clean and have absolutely everything you need for your stay. I also bring my family down for a week stay and it is always the same, I recommend this for anyone who wants a stress free company to deal with. Treena and Anita are so easy to deal with , especially with all the changes that go on with our group.

Negative experience: After years of renting from KLC with spacious 3 story townhouses, we rented a unit this summer which was advertised as the same thing and got a tiny 900sq ft condo for the same price. Timberstone unit had AC that didn’t work, half the windows had missing screens, master shower barely drained, missing batteries in remotes, no extra garbage bags, the list goes on. I got no response from KLC after bringing up my issues. Will look elsewhere next year.

Positive experience: Condos worked very well for the group or 8. Had trouble getting the AC to work in one unit but other than that, they were great!

Fantastic experience: I often overflow my Simply Kimberley (kimberley.com) groups into Kimberley Lodging Co. managed properties at the ski hill in Kimberley, BC. KLC condos are always found in great shape with clean hot tubs and diligent cleaning. I'd highly recommend booking with Kimberley Lodging Co.

Fantastic experience: Early season golf trip. We stayed at 153 Stemwinder Drive. It was an amazing home away from home. Everything you need is in the well stocked kitchen, all furnishings were of a high standard. BBQ, Hot tub, fire pit, patio area front and back were great and added to our experience. The property was close to the trail system for running and close to the Alpine Village for winter sports. As mentioned we were in Kimberley for golf. The folks at Kimberley Lodging organized our golf experience making it a simple get to the course and play experience. I would highly recommend the company and this particular property.

Fantastic experience: It is a lovely, clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful log home in the mountains. Very cozy and everything we needed was available. Close to walking trails, and many golf courses. I would certainly stay here again.

Positive experience: A unique and cozy experience staying in a log cabin that has all the modern comforts and amenities. The cabin is well laid out and fully stocked. It included all utensils, bowls, plates, platters, containers and had enough wine glasses for a small army. The one suggestions is to have all the kitchen cupboards decluttered, pared down a bit and organized to make it easier to find things. The bathrooms included plenty of towels and wash cloths and soap bars. The cabin is clean, well maintained and comfortable for guests. We felt settled soon after arriving. There are essentially 6 bedrooms - we had a group of 10 people in our family stay comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms - which is great for our large group. 2 living rooms with TV. access to netflix, cable, wifi. There is a foosball table in the basement for some fun entertainment - although it was missing some screws/handles - that might be something that could get repaired. The cabin has a Hot Tub in the back yard, it was under repair during our stay, so we were unable to use it. And less of an issue during the hot summer versus if it was the winter skis season. The cabin has a BBQ on the back deck - which made our grillers happy. Unfortunately, with our first use we discovered it was in desperate need of cleaning. Our grillers spent almost 2 hours cleaning it out. I would recommend to the owner to arrange an annual cleaning of the BBQ by the property manager. Also to do some regular dusting to the cabin logs - the dust is visible on the top surface of the logs. The cabin has a playground and basketball courts nearby. Very close to the ski hill. There are walking and biking paths/roads near by. It is a few minute drive from the town. Kimberley has numerous golf courses, hiking trails, biking trails, and lakes/beaches within driving range. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and if/when we return to the area - this accommodation would be a top consideration. Another fun consideration is to ask the owner to ask guests to guess the number of bears pictured or featured in the cabin. 4.5 out of 5 ⭐️

Positive experience: Location is epic very close to ski hill and also close to downtown. House can accommodate a big family was comfortable. Please note there is no air conditioning but basement bedrooms were cool.

Positive experience: Condo was very dated. Sofas are really sink in soft. Room temperature is not consistent in the unit. Felt like we were all going thru menopause with all the hot/cold. Adequate supplies in the kitchen. DEFINITELY not a ski in/ski out. More like a walk in/out or a Drive In/Out unit. Curious as to why there is sooo many mini speakers throughout the unit⁉️⁉️⁉️

Great value for a three bedroom unit! Kimberley is a delightful place to visit. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to return soon!

Fantastic experience: We had a three bedroom, loft condo with two decks. One facing the ski hill and the other facing a forest. The back deck had a secluded, private hot tub, which was spectacular. Overall, the condo is huge, spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved our stay!!

Positive experience: Very nice clean and spacious, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. Its very short walk to the hill which was nice with having small kids. The only thing I could say would be a improvement would be better water pressure in the shower and warmer water in the hot tub, but not a deal breaker.

Fantastic experience: Our week in Kimberley was excellent from start to finish. The weather was very cooperative. The community was very friendly and while some business were closed during this shoulder season the outdoors and walking trails we enjoyed daily. The Condo was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped so my wife and I enjoyed relaxing , cooking and quiet times with a book. The facility hot tub/pool was like our own private spa. We will be back I am sure!

Positive experience: Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at Purcell Condo. Kitchen was well equipped barbaque on the deck. Comfortable living and dining area. Ski in and out was great as was the hot tub. Perfect place to stay.

Negative experience: My group has booked with this company for the last 10 years and mostly having great service and attention. In fact I made a point of letting the agent, Treena, know how much I enjoyed dealing with her and went as far as to email the manager about it in the past. This last summer however we were very disappointed with this company, primarily with the Manager Kieran, who, along with his staff decided not to refund our money due to cancelling our trip. We have been loyal with this firm and we needed to cancel due to a serious illness of a member of our group. This was explained explicitly to the company and instead of just charging the cancellation fee we were told that we would not be getting any money back. We were told that is was due to the amount of work the agent had to put in with us with changes to our day of arrival. Our expectations would be that the booking agent would work with us with our circumstances to ensure a pleasant experience. Having a member having a serious cancer related issue that prevented us from doing our annual trip was not expected and it would have been nice to be treated with some compassion in this regard. We will not be using this firm again for our future trips to the area. Edited*** as per the reply from the Manager.....(not surprising) just goes to show the manner of professionalism. Fantastic experience: Great condo and location! Condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hottub was a big plus after a day of fishing on the river in 40 degree weather.

Fantastic experience: The Stemwinder loghouse is a fabulous property, near skiing, golf and downtown. Perfect for a large group or family. Communications was excellent, always prompt and informative. The service was especially good. They accommodated an early check in, rushed to buy us a new iron (to avert the disaster of wrinkled clothes and wedding photos) and went out of their way to safely store our luggage for a few hours following checkout. We had 5 couples and we all were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend. Thank You Kieran and the Kimberley Lodging Team!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in units 501 & 503 of the Rocky Mountain Condos. This is a beautiful recently renovated 1 bedroom apt and adjoining hotel suite. All of the updates are top notch and the mountain views are outstanding. As well it is probably one of the cleanest rental units we have stayed in. The property itself is very well maintained overall. The pool area and hot tub are also very clean and appealing. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Good location, clean condo with lots of space, walking distance to the main chairlift and a beautiful outlook to trees from the hot tub at the back. Little bit noisy when people use the exterior stairs and from people walking about in the Condo above, but nothing that really bothered us at all. Would definitely come back.

We had loud inconsiderate neighbours in the adjacent building partying well after 11:00, but I called and Shelly dealt with them personally which was very much appreciated. She even returned my voicemail message in the morning to let me know. I would be happy to book Kimberley Lodging again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a 2 bdrm plus large loft condo and it fit 2 families! We enjoyed the layout, hot tub and the service. Close to the ski hill, just a quick walk away that even my 5 year old could do without any complaining. :-) Would definitely stay there again.

Positive experience: Wonderful Christmas holiday holiday house for three generations. House flexibly accommodated all the fun and festivities of the season. The setting was like a storybook and walking to the ski hill and the town made us all feel as if we had landed in wonderland!

Limited supply of bowls and cutlery Not enough garbage bags. TV had very limited channel selection. TV in master bedroom did not work at all. No thermostat to control room temp??

Fantastic experience: First impressions were fantastic, check-in was easy and simple, everything was ready as promised. Once we made our way to the condo we were shocked at the size of it! 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and full kitchen, my kids were so excited! It had everything to make a wonderful stay possible including great wifi and large TV and Dvd player. The unit was extremely clean and there was even a hot tub and large deck to enjoy on a lovely late summer evening. The location is stellar, just a very short walk to two local restaurants and in winter to the main ski chairlift. I would not hesitate in reccomending the Kimberley Lodging Company to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Have stayed with Kimberley Lodging accommodation for in excess of 10 years during the summer and have been treated above average during that time staff have been friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: We are a group of 8 senior men who go on an annual golf trip. This year we travelled to the East Kootenays and were pleased to have found the perfect location for our stay. Through the Kimberley Lodging Co. we booked a large home at 144 Stemwinder Drive. The home featured a total of 10 beds and ample full size bathrooms for our comfort. A large, well stocked kitchen with 2 ovens was perfect for our meal preparations. The outside deck located adjacent to the kitchen was a great place to congregate for our afternoon and evening “happy hours”. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a strenuous day on the links. Kieran and his staff at Kimberley Lodging were very accommodating. They were available at all times to answer any questions we might have. Overall, this was one of our best trips ever due to the great home we were able to rent. Our group has now made arrangements to book once again for next year. Oh, I didn’t mention this yet. There are at least seven excellent golf courses within a half hour drive of the house. Carl

Fantastic experience: This is our 16th year staying in this place and it was awesome as always. The new hottub and pool are very very good improvements.

Positive experience: Our place was nice and clean, but it would have been nice to have more than one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. It was also very nice to have a BBQ right on our deck. The pick up area for our keys and further information is well located for after hour arrivals.

Fantastic experience: Clean rooms with great amenities. We were a group of 12 people stayed in the lodge for 2 nights. Enjoyed the views as the location was awesome.

Negative experience: The "4th" bedroom is built in the garage with no window and no ventilation. With moderately warm weather, that room was stifling hot to the extent, one of our group slept down in the lower level most days. The only usable closet space was in the hallway. This despite a closet in the room. The tiny set of drawers in the room could barely handle socks and underwear. I cannot imagine how 2 people could share this room with bunk beds in it. The lower level futon was fairly comfortable although the blazing street light and early sun made sleeping more difficult than it should be. An inexpensive set of blinds or window covering should be installed if this is intended to be a sleep area. Another inconvenience to the BR in the garage is having to go downstairs to use the restroom at night. There is a bathroom in that upper level but to access it through the master bedroom at night, walking by someone sleeping should not be expected at this price level. The condo has a newer TV with cable allowing us to watch the hockey and basketball and working hot tubs (which hasn't been the case in some accommodations we have rented) and good wireless. Just get yourself a 3 BR unit because this simply doesn't cut the grade as a 4 BR.

Fantastic experience: Our family of four had a fantastic Easter stay at Kimberley Ridge. The three bedroom unit more than exceeded our expectations and we have nothing but good things to say about everything. The size, the layout, the fireplace, laundry, and, not to forget, the incredible hot tub on the deck. Oh, walking to the hill to start the ski day and walking back after the last run was a wonderful bonus (hint...skiing over to the children's t-bar and skiing down from there gets you a bit closer). Would recommend to any family looking to escape to a home away from home in Kimberley.

Fantastic experience: Timberstone is a great facility. The private hot tub is a nice touch. Lots of room for families.

Positive experience: Fantastic location, plenty of room, good TV channels, slow internet, abundance of spring ski snow on the hill, beds were comfortable, fireplace was nice, kitchen was well equipped, condo was remodeled and very nice. BBQ was clean and worked well but needed to be lit manually because igniters don't work. Excellent hot tub and games room, view was fantastic. Very nice property management and cleaning staff. Cleaning was a bad experience, one bed had a used T shirt left in between the sheets, the range hood fan had grease running out of the screen onto the stove for our 8 day stay, found dust balls and left over items under the dresser and desk. Cleaners came immediately after we called to replace sheets and dropped off extra bathroom materials. Quite noisy in the evenings due to other visitors kids running down halls and loud conversations in hallway, to be expected during spring break. The tunnel to the hot tub/pool has a strong mouldy/musty smell but appears to be in repair. We would stay there again but would ask for condo cleaners to be thorough in our unit before our arrival. Have fun!!!

Fantastic experience: I've visited Kimberley yearly for the past 10 years and consistently used the services of the Kimberly Lodging Company. Kieran, Shelley and all the staff are quick to respond to any request, very friendly and are the definition of hospitality. The accommodation is well managed and provides all the amenities we require. A great location and a good deal!

Fantastic experience: As a Kimberley condo owner I will not comment on the property other than to say that it is kept clean and well maintained by Kimberley Lodging Co. (KLC). The KLC check-in and checkout process is quick and available 24 hours per day as is support services if required. We have been visiting Kimberley for the last 7 years and are very happy with improvements in tourist activities and services made by the town. The Kimberley Alpine Resort is an undiscovered jewel; great Purcell powder, no lift lines, all below the treeline so great in poor weather conditions, plus often only sharing runs with a couple of other people. Not to mention powder stashs can be found days afterward. We love it, it is only getting better, and highly recommend coming to Kimberley.

Fantastic experience: We had a great weekend of skiing here. We stayed at Kimberley Ridge. Our unit was clean, much larger than expected, and easy access to the hill. We plan to stay here again next year.

Negative experience: We stayed at the Purcell Condos, although it was cozy, the furniture was pretty old and there was a distinctive smell about the place. The shower curtains were old and yellow. Hair dryer in our room was not attached to the wall, so it was difficult to use. The knobs in the bathtub/shower were loose, beds were worn down in the middle, very old and used. We rented out the 8-person bedroom (2 rooms connected together). It was nice and spacious. Also, I was not too pleased having to bag my own garbage, throw towels in the tub, esp with an check out time of 11am. We were in a rush that morning and I think it would be easier if we didn't have to do that. We were not messy at all and everything was in order. Purcell was quiet, had a spacious common room to hang out in and there is an outdoor hot tub you can access (only bad thing is trying to get back in because the door locks you out). Overall, the room was spacious but was very old, from bathrooms, beds to furniture. For the price, I didn't think it was really worth it each night. It worked for space though, and allowed us (8) all to stay in one place.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful cabin, lots of room on a wonderful family ski hill. We had such a great trip and the owner was very accommodating. The cabin needs a little TLC regarding some plumbing issues but truly is a gorgeous home.
