We (8 people) travelled together but the connecting flights kept cahnging and there was no clue how to manage all that with kids. But Maan travels helped us so much by rebooking the flights and answering phone calls even at night. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. My flight from Delhi to Edmonton was cancelled at last minute due to Dubai airport flooding and all other flights were full. Harmail took the charge himself and with the help of assoicate staff Arooj and Alisha, I got rebooking for the next day which was impossible otherwise. A big shout to team Mann!!

Negative experience: I honestly wouldn’t recommend going here for any travel agent needs! I was suspicious going in but still went after seeing a few good reviews. Once I got there their service was not good, very quiet and awkward, they also switched me to different agents during the process. The woman who helped me was very rude, would keep laughing and smirking as if something was funny and she’d look at the other workers which made me very suspicious. So I dug deeper in reviews and found many that said they scam you and don’t give your ticket and if you call to ask, they make you pay more then the original quoted price! They quoted me “good prices” but after reading these reviews I decided to leave, later on found CHEAPER prices for the same hotel on my own. So no point in going here!! Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: The worse travel agent I have ever experienced in my life. These guys follow a great trick to scam customers. They gave me a ticket price of 1451 I was booking an air ticket from them after wasting almost my 30 mins on the call and taking all the information of the credit card I did not receive my ticket and when I called back that I did not receive my ticket they ask me to pay they asked me that the price is increased and now I have to pay more $1650 for the same ticket. This is the worst service I have ever received for booking ticket to India from canada. I am going through the reviews and I see there are people experiencing same issue

Negative experience: Booked through agency couple months ago, then few weeks before my flight they now say that my name was inputted correctly that they couldn't fix it. Both agency and airline wouldn't help . Now I have to pay a whole new ticket again because neither knows how to do their job. Expedia point 5 and Travel Agency point -5. Rather deal with Expedia than Human.
