Fantastic experience: We recently received great service at CAA. We had previously used CAA and Aimee the travel representative for our vacations but on this occasion we met up with Christine who helped us purchased CAA my pace car insurance, which is based on the kilometres you drive excellent for seniors and retirees much cheaper than insurance anywhere else. Christine explained everything very clearly obviously a professional and it was a pleasure to deal with her. We recommend CAA Orangeville and Christine to all seniors and retirees. Fantastic experience: Excellent layout and very knowledgeable staff

Fantastic experience: Today — my car broke down on the side of the highway outside of Shelburne, and I wasn’t in the best mood. But then Brandon showed up to tow my vehicle, and everything changed. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and efficient, loading my car onto the flatbed like a true pro. I was genuinely impressed. We had a long ride to Owen Sound, where we met my wife at the mechanic’s, and during the whole trip, Brandon kept up great conversation that honestly turned my whole mood around. He’s a good guy, and I really appreciated the positive attitude and professionalism. Thanks, Brandon — you’re the man!

Negative experience: Nobody answers the phone at the store , it only goes to voice-mail

Positive experience: Pleasant, knowledgeable staff.

Negative experience: I went there to get an international Drivers-licence. It turned out I actually would not have needed one. CSR should actually know which country requires one and which not instead of just giving you one and charge you $54 dollars. After all they offer everything for travelling.

Fantastic experience: Went in for passport pictures. Julie was quick and efficient. We are not CAA members. Julie explained the CAA everyday membership, that does not include towing, but it includes all other travel benefits, discounts etc. for only $30 a year. Did not know that was available. Glad we went in.

I needed maps as well, and within 10 mins Julie had it done. *** Julie went above & beyond by putting a hard copy of the online Triptic I required into the pkg. Again, SUPER customer service. Positive experience: Always friendly staff and great service. Unfortunately unable to meet service requirements. Went for passport photo services to relocate internationally. I needed a JPEG high resolution photo emailed to me with the appropriate specs. However, was informed this CAA location does not provide digital copies of passport photos; even offered to pay an additional fee and was rejected. Extremely disappointed as Gold member, would think CAA realized it’s 2023. Choose an alternative location or provider for your passport service needs.

Negative experience: I made a call to inquire about international drivers permit but the lady that answer the phone keeps said hello and hang up. I call back multiple times and no answer. From that I would say they have poor service.

Fantastic experience: I could not get any help phoning or emailing South Central CAA - online wait times were horrendous and no response to emails. So I phoned directly to the Orangeville CAA branch. The response was quick and within a short conversation, I had maps I needed for a couple of upcoming trips mailed to my home in Guelph. Thank you!
