Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Wander Travel Advisers Inc or their agents. This is my first and only booking with Lorena Suarez and America Prieto-Salinas. My wife and I were looking for a 5 star hotel for us to celebrate our 55th marriage anniversary. I asked her to compare 3 other hotels in this area and she insisted and assured us that the Krystal Grand Cancun met all our criteria and discarded the 3 other options. Unfortunately, we put our trust in Wander Travel and their recommending the Krystal Grand Cancun. In the end they did not deliver the quality hotel that was promised. We believe we were lied to by this agent since she has ties with this hotel that gave her the greatest commission compared to the others. This place was very old and run down, poorly managed and we mainly saw local tourist with very few international guests. This is not what we were looking for as the quality of service and amenities was sub standard. We do not Recommend these agents or this travel Agency to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Ausflug sehr gut von Montreal mit dem Bus Richtung NigRa Falls. Bus klasse. Reiseführer Mondoeur Jack sehr gut , nett. , wissend, Geduldige. Der Busfahrer ist sehr gut gefahren. Jeder sollte diesen Ausflug gemacht haben, Einer meiner Traume sind die Niagara Fälle gewesen. .

Fantastic experience: Just got back from 3-day tour to Toronto, 1000 Islands, and Niagara Falls. Our super tour guide, Luke is super efficient and on time. Everything was so organized, the only downside was the hotel, there isn't any body soap and shampoo provided, all the bottles are empty. And also make sure to read which ones are included in the price or not, because there are a lot of adds on interm of the price. But I will definitely recommend this tour service to my family and friends.

Positive experience: 3 days toronto; Our tour leader (Luke) was a very nice and patient advisor. He respected and did care the needs of each passenger and kept them sure and confortable which made our trip secure, easy and happy. The only serious issue was the hotel; the hotel room was not provided with bath supplies, coffee, tea and even water for all room residents. We should ask for every thing while we were very tired and sleepy. I would like to thank our bus driver for his careful driving and nice character.

Negative experience: I asked for information, they told me that for Saturday but they didn't even answer me. They have to improve their website, there is no information, the information and trips they have are outdated, there is no way to obtain travel information or the dynamics they have.

Fantastic experience: Mr.Yang the guide to our trip was pretty good at his job. He was really kind and extremely friendly. He was always thinking about the other and ask them if everyone is okay. He sings also it was funny . Also a calm person with good opinions. Also if you don't see in the dark for the bus or for the people with who you travel ,you will always see a red sweater and then a card on (Yang) then you know we're to go. He have story's to tell and thing you can ask him. He make us laugh allot and makes little dance move .Funny guy. At the end I really like the trip with him and my friend he was really helpful. Speaking of language's he can speak French pretty good . English of course and some Italian. Like dam. Nothing to worry about when he's around he will keep us all safe . Anyways thanks for the help . Fantastic experience: Mr. Yang Xu treats his guests Fairly, friendly, good singers, and perfectly. He is keen to make the tour organized and very punctual. The tour program is scheduled well and was on time. We didn't miss anything during the tour program. He is very humorous. We met him for the first time as a co-tour guide/ guest guide and now for the first time as our very own tour guide. P. S. There's a problem with the BUS. NO AIRCON AND NO WIFI.

Fantastic experience: I've known Lorena for a few years now and I must say that since day 1 she's been great!! Very friendly and very professional. I've been in Canada for more than 7 years and all my family is in Mexico. I've traveled a lot back and forth and Lorena has always gotten the best deals, the best flight options, and recently due to the pandemic we struggled with restrictions and others but Lorena kept me up-to-date, always with a good attitude and quick response.. She's simply the best!!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Lorena Suarez-Balkowski and her team for their professionalism, care and support. I was out of the country when the new require documentation came effective to enter Canada. She was the first one to contact us to let us know. I have to make some changes to my flight and she did it right on time and finding me the best fare option at the moment. She always goes far and beyond in her customer service. The experience of entering Canada was not much different other than to show your test results, download the ArriveCan app. There is no more paper to complete, the kiosks were upgraded and now you are able to answer all regular questions about goods bringing in plus the Covid ones. You need to quarantine and make sure you have a room and bathroom not shared with the rest of the household. Once here, the government and the Ministry of Health have been checking on us everyday. You also need to check in daily with the app.

Positive experience: en General, Lorena nos brindo un buen servicio, siempre respondiendo nuestras preguntas, estando al pendiente de nosotros a nuestra salida y llegada de regreso. nos puso en contacto con un agente de migracion que nos ayudo a aclarar nuestras dudas y estar mas seguros de viajar. por otra parte, solo un punto que me gustaria remarcar, es el de checar bien los permisos migratorios o visas de los clientes y en base a eso expedir o no un boleto de avion. yo y mi novio tuvimos que pagar 140 cad extra cada uno para hacer el cambio de ultima hora del vuelo porque la visa expiraba en 9 dias, y ellos no checaron eso antes de reservar nuestro vuelo.

Positive experience: in General, was great service from Lorena, she is always available and answering the passenger questions, but i think they missed the point of double checking my visa expiration before booking for me a flight, i had to pay 140 cad more dollars over my flight ticket to change my flight when migration agents ordered me at the moment when i arrived to my destination.

Fantastic experience: Best travel advisers in GTA! I always buy my plane tickets with them for me and my family as we know we are protected. Once, the airline cancelled my flight for no reason leaving me stranded in a city where I couldn't stay and Lorena paid from her pocket for my new flight so I could get out of there while she fought with the original airline for the refund.

Negative experience: THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My family had an awful experience with Wander Travel and their advisors. We were yelled at and argued with after we paid. (They were very nice before collecting our money) We were told the travel company would be getting our visas. One week before the departure date they called and said they couldn’t get our visas and we had to go to the embassy and pay extra for ‘rushed visas’ if we wanted a chance to travel. They constantly were changing what hotels we would be in and didn’t know which company would be handling the flights. After all was said and done, they unwillingly refunded two of our four trips leaving us out thousands of dollars. From the two trips that they did refund they also subtracted deposits and other fees so we received a refund of less than a third of what we paid in total. I highly recommend to stay far away from this travel agency if you want peace of mind while traveling. They are scammers and will say anything to get your money.

Negative experience: This is the absolute worst travel company I have ever dealt with. Before I made my purchase they were full of promises. So far I have received the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life and I've had people yell at me. With the trip hanging in the balance I have absolutely no confidence that I will be able to go solely based on the inability of the travel company to produce on their promises for group visas. They have informed me there are no refunds after telling me there are refunds if they can't deliver. At this point we have invested over $6,000 and received nothing but very poor service and blame.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Wander Travel takes ownership of any issues, if there are any problems with the airline they will call and follow up with them until the issue is resolved! It happened with my last reservation with Interjet.... Lorena was on the phone with them for over 3 hours and was providing updates thru texts, finally the issue was resolved same day and even got assigned seats for all the legs of my flights...
