Fantastic experience: Had a flight cancelled 10 days before departure, stopped by Sunny Shores and Sami was super helpful in rebooking me on another return flight I highly recommend using them to book travel ✈️

Negative experience: Booked with this agency as a fellow Albanian having trust in our people and it was a MAJOR mistake so please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. It took 2.5 years and getting TICO involved to get our refund. The owner lied to us that we would be credited back our money and after contacting him MULTIPLE times, through text, calls, office visits he would either be unresponsive or say he would look into the matter and not do so. He even lied to TICO saying he had contacted Air Canada regarding our credit but never did. He simply took our money and thought he would get away with it. If you read another review below, it looks like he has done the same thing to others in the past and I am sure there are other victims as well that never got their money back.

Negative experience: Be careful!!! I had the worst experience here. I contacted directly with the owner of this travelling agency and booked a ticket to Albania. My flight got cancelled and he told me that it would take 1-2 months for a refund. When 2 months and a half passed by I texted him about the refund and he kept ignoring my messages, left them all on read. I sent emails as well but no answer. I asked another friend to contact him and the owner answered my friend's texts, but sill ignored mine. Made it obvious that he did not want to send me a refund. A couple of days went by and he told my friend he would send me a refund on Monday. He did not. So i asked my friend to send him another text, and he finally refunded me. However, he did not send me a full refund. I sent him another email asking for a full refund but he ignored that too. This person is a scammer!! Book your ticket online yourself and save the trouble!

My son had some "issues" with Alitalia airline and Aida was there to help and she did a fantastic job very helpful and fast response. I definitely will go back and book my every other vacation!
