Negative experience: Never ever book with this travel agency. We booked a family took two mexico on december 23, 2024 and the same exact vacation now is almost $1300 cheaper. So I phone about the price drop guarantee that they say they have. They tell me that that promotion ended on december 22, 2024. One day before we booked and they will not honor it.I canceled and booked directly through westjet for thirteen hundred dollars less, and we'll never use this company again

Negative experience: Beware ! They will assure you stuff is apart of your purchase and send you written proof but then when it comes time for your trip, turns out it’s not included and they will not rectify it. That travel agent gets fired but yet you’ll spend countless hours talking to multiple people and they don’t fix the issue. Leaving you out of more money. Not to mention, having to deal with one of the people in your trip not being on the manifest for the flight and having to call several times to fix this. Definitely a very uneasy and unpleasant experience!!

Fantastic experience: Amanpreet Singh was very knowledgeable and made our booking to Dubai very enjoyable and smooth. He listened carefully to our desires and presented great options to choose from. He was also very timely in his responses and quotes. Great customer service skills. We recommend him highly!

Negative experience: Please refrain from buying any vacation packages from this place. My friend and I bought Las Vegas vacation package for Christmas time. WestJet cancelled flights and issued refunds on same day but we are still waiting for the refund, it been 2 months. They have worst customer service no one bothers to reply to you back or follow up. I left them voice messages, emails but no replies. Please SAVE YOURSELF from these SCAMMERS.

Fantastic experience: Was having some issues trying to book with the website so I came down to talk to Kristy and she was a Rockstar getting my trip booked and explaining all the issues I was running into. Way better to come down and have someone help you get things sorted out this is how I'll be doing it going forward.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. We had to cancel one of the packages we booked and upgrade to a better one and they were very nice and accommodating.

Negative experience: Absolutely WORST company to book vacation with. They have zero customer service. They lie, sell you things then go MIA. We bought family vacation packages with friends only for sunwing and sell off vacations to change it on us and mess up days of hotel and flights in process of re booking (mismatch). They lied that hotel messed up and won’t get back to them. Supervisors and client loyalty promised us call back and to fix it! 3 weeks later, countless hours on wait, 5 voicemails, and 10 emails later no one ever responded so we called the hotel and directly figured out with them a week before our trip. Ended up paying more and now chasing these clowns down for our loss. Something tells me we are getting no where. This company is full if liars and crooks. Stay away! Will never book with these guys or sun-wing who owns them. Will be taking legal action and reporting them to consumer protection agency. Would give negative stars if i could. HORRIBLE.

Negative experience: Basically the worst travel agency imaginable. After two years of trying, I'm giving up on my flight credit from a Covid-cancelled trip. If you need to speak to an agent on the phone, be prepared to wait at least an hour (I'm writing this review while on hold, about 1 hour 10 min so far). Agents are rude (likely burnt out and underpaid, so it's not at all their fault) and give you the runaround. So far I've been told they can't find my invoice number or reference number, that the airline is responsible for issuing credits and refunds (the airline, of course, says it's SellOff's responsibility), or that I was never issued a credit in the first place. I've lost hope, all I can do now is warn others and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time and money.

Negative experience: Getting the run around, tring to get a refund due to my flight not taking off. boss is always on holidays, unable to talk. 120day process for refund and then getting no where after the 120days is up. I have sent out chain emails to try and get somewhere and still nothing. Worst customer sercive i have ever experienced. Highly Suggest not booking With Sell OFF Vacations

Negative experience: Unfortunately January February 2021 being the resort initially booked in Montego Bay during the pandemic was not clean in Jamaica ,the staff hustled money from my lady friend and second resort just had food poisoning and we cancelled in fear of the same West Jet Vacations refused to give us a credit back though the hotel in Mo Bay refunded us one nights stay after many months -Breathless Secrets Montego Bay nice folks wrong time to travel as protocols and services limited and brach staff lifeguard blurred by desperation and acting unprofessionally Happening all over the Caribbean . People getting ripped of for money by staff who as desperate and are then fired FreezyG Sell off Vacations terrible My advice : Book your own flight and stay as tried this booking because of the Pandemic needing representation snd trusted safety We’re out 15000 Canadian and had a terrible trip at times

Fantastic experience: We booked our recent trip to Aruba (Dec 2020) through Elena Miller from SellOff Vacations. She made everything so easy for us. It was like working with our own personal travel agent. At a time right now when travelling is so difficult, she helped us walked through everything step by step. I had plenty of questions and some were just small questions for clarification, and every time I called her she either answered right away or returned my phone call within hours. Once the trip was booked I noticed that my husband was seated in a different row then me and my small child. When I called her about this she called Air Canada directly and was able to have this changed promptly and sent over my new travel docs that same day. We do a lot of travelling and I will only book through Elena going forward. She is pleasant and professional but adds that personal touch that you can’t get with other online travel companies. Positive experience: Went to barcelo colonial in mayan riveria. Hotel was one of five together very expansive, had its own mall and adventure park as well as free dolphin shows. went with extended family we all had a great time. only downfall was the rocks hidden in the ocean, had to be careful. watch the restaurant booking also as they mixed up countless dinner reservations. All in all would go back great place.

Fantastic experience: I called Sell off and spoke to 2 agents that told me if I wanted to change my outbound flight date to Asia, business class was the only seat available at over 8000 dollars for the date I wished to change to. I did not believe it. I called Eva air and they told me there were numerous seats still available at economy for the change I wanted to make and to call SellOffVacations back. Called Selloff back and dealt with Elena Miller. She took the time and effort needed to make the change I desired. Elena was straightforward and on point. The booking process changed overtime, from office meetings to online, telephone and e-mail communication, making it a bit more impersonal. However, I can say that even communicating by phone and online, there are people who go the extra mile to accommodate your requests in a very professional manner, in a record time, and going as far as sharing even their cellular phone number to meet your eventual needs. Negative experience: The memories Flamenco resort has a beautiful beach & very friendly staff. The rooms were dated, dirty & moldy and we only had hot water 2x in the week.The bars often had no ice & no fruity drinks. The food was disgusting! We ate french fries every single day for lunch. The only meal that was just ok was breakfast. The swimming pools were dirty! This resort was rated at a 4.5, it's a lie. Don't be fooled like i was. It is really a 1 start if that much. Very disappointed & i will not trust selloffvacations rating system in the future. In the past 5 years i have booked all of my vacations through costco travel. They were always accurately rated.

We were a big group of people going to Mexico and Yogita was able to arrange same flights, times and even rooms in the same buildings for us. Before my trip she kept in touch with me and made sure I have all my travel documents. Above all of these, she gave us a very good discount and made this a memorable trip for us. Fantastic experience: Elena Miller was very friendly and very informative. I wasn't too happy with the resort since it was not what i expected. She did mention it wasn't too much of a family resort but i went ahead and decided to try it anyways but that wasn't her fault. She was able to process everything and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with how she handled my booking especially last minute. I would definitely refer and purchase again from selloffvacations.

Fantastic experience: The Azul Ixtapa Grand was a delight again. Over 3 or 4 visits, we have maintained respect for their friendly professionalism and amenities. Our favourite staff member, Anel, has moved from a la carte reservations to wedding coordinator, but she still greeted us happily and made sure to touch base before we left. In addition to this hotel, we have stayed at the sister hotel, Azul Resort several times as well, but prefer more of the Grand's a la cartes plus adult pool. We enjoyed the the included bike tour, kayak tour and sailing lesson. There are many other activities including a Sunwing dinner show and party, but we preferred to relax around the adult pool. Our SellOff Vacations agent, Elena Miller competently achieved our requests regarding accommodation. The Sunwing rep at the Resort, Arturo, was friendly and helpful, although thankfully we didn't need any special support. The only serious drawback to this Sunwing vacation is the grueling flight, from Vancouver, to Calgary, and finally to Zihuatenejo/Ixtapa. The return flight goes to Calgary first, then Vancouver. The Calgary stop adds much more than an hour to the flight. Over the years we have always needed to de-ice, once we were asked to stay out of the aisles (after 5 hours!) so the crew could change over, and this time we ran out of water on the return flight. No hand washing, dry flushing and no coffee. The area is perfect. The beach is a bit rough, but many local sights are within a short walking distance and the weather has always been perfect. Hopefully Sunwing has a change of heart about their flight.
