Positive experience: We made hotel and flight reservations and did not have a CAA card, we had to pay $75 per person for service fees. If we had been informed, we would have taken the membership card and could have benefited from CAA advantages and not have to pay service fees. I don't think I will use their services for my travels in the future.

Fantastic experience: The place to go if you need International Driver permits for renting cars in Europe or in other Asian countries. They have a lot of travel accessories at very good quality. They are a little more expensive than Amazon but you get what you pay. They are very nice and helpful. If you are CAA member you have various rebates.

Negative experience: I was at the store yesterday and I asked for travel insurance if I can get it right now, it was around 10am. There was no clients at the store , the representative said you have to take an appointment , and then she said  I have 2 appointments today.  I asked  does appointments take long?  She said yes!. I was shocked to see she refused to serve me while  no one was there and almost laughed  that she takes  2 appointments for the whole day  . This kind of people work in a place that they don't deserve. And caused you loose  money.  I went to the bank next door  they did it for  me in 10 minutes. How shameful for CAA to hire a discriminatory representative who can't work in public with different people. It's a shame

Positive experience: SAAQ is located inside the CAA location. Efficient at counter but overloadedbwith clients standing on the sidewalk waiting to get in. Small busy parking lot so quite congested at times. Car dealers and those with appointment made online are priority, so if you can grab an appointment instead of just showing up you'll get through much faster. Would not return to this location.

Fantastic experience: Madame Errami, from the CAA in Gatineau, proved to be an effective, knowledgeable and friendly travel advisor who managed to find us an interesting last-minute cruise from Vancouver to Alaska, remotely. She supported us well in the virtual process (we were in Vancouver) and in resolving small organizational issues. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: I spoke to a person on the phone to ask about the size of the luggage allowed for Air Canada. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences. She was disdainful and condescending in her tone. It’s certain that I will not buy a suitcase from you. She did not answer my question, saying that I should look it up on the Internet myself. There was a reason why I wanted to speak to someone, which is that I could not find the information online. Nonetheless, she did not listen to me and did not make the effort to find the information; this is unacceptable for a store where you sell suitcases.

Negative experience: System not very efficient. You wait in line to give your name and then wait in line again to pay. Why not pay right away? Phew...

Positive experience: It's a good service, but I had given the wrong street and I called back to say that I had made a mistake with the address. She told me yes yes, the change was made, and then she tells me that the change was not made. I had to run two streets to go pick it up at the first address that I had mistaken. There was also a delay; I waited about an hour longer. But despite everything, it's a good service, it really helps.
