Fantastic experience: I have had so much fun taking bus tours. The office staff is so friendly and so are the drivers and tour directors. I would highly recommend this company. I feel like part of the family in the office and on the buses.

Fantastic experience: Travelling across Canada via Motor Coach offers you the best vantage point to view the beauty of the Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and the East Coast: the Maritimes! It is worth every penny! I highly recommend it. Canada is so beautiful and it has so much to offer. The hotels were top notch and the prepaid meals were excellent. The trip was very organized and our Tour Director Eric knew exactly where to stop for breaks. He is a very knowledgeable, passionate person who genuinely loves his job. If we needed anything, he was just a phone call away. The step on guides were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about their cities. Our driver Bill was amazing as well. He always presented his hand to help us down when getting off of the bus. He's an excellent driver and a very socialible person. They both did an amazing job. We met some really nice people on our trip as well. We had such a wonderful experience with memories of a lifetime that we are booked to go on the Arizona Desert and Canyons Tour.

Negative experience: Booked a trip to Maritimes for September 2024. Due to health problems, on my Doctors advice, I had to cancel my trip at this time. I contacted Nagel to see if I could transfer my deposit to a trip at a later date. I was told, by a lady named Nancy, NO REFUNDS, I told her I didn't want a refund just to re book at a later date, I was again told "No Refunds" again, again I asked if I could rebook at a later date and was told I would have to forfeit my deposit. This person, Nancy, is probably the rudest person I have ever delt with, in the hospitality industry. I can't believe they would lose a $7000+ trip for the sake of a $250 deposit. I will never deal with Nagel Tours again and I recommend no one else does.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from the Palm Springs Tour. Coach touring is a great way to see the country while leaving the trip planning and driving to someone else. Coach was comfortable and the tour was well planned. Tour leader and driver did an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Palm Springs tour was a great experience. Of course we had super weather 80 degrees and a great pool. I was impressed by the amount of research done by the guides as to find the best places to stop for coffee, for lunches and hotels. Everywhere we stopped the establishments were expecting us and service was given in a friendly manner. The attractions were well planned and clearly outlined so we knew what to expect . Great Guide and Driver, very friendly and always willing to assist or answer questions. Would travel again with Nagel Tours

Fantastic experience: Great tour to Palm Springs. First time travelling on a Nagel tour, with my grandma. Met some wonder people. Our stay at each hotel was unique and made for some great memories. I will forever cherish the connection and friends made. Our driver and tour director were helpful, kind, funny and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend you take a trip with Nagel.

Negative experience: A Terrible Tour - Never Again! We went on the Nashville, Branson and Smoky Mtn Tour in October, 2018. The new bus was painfully uncomfortable on the legs and back and provided no amenities (no tray, no arm rests between seats, no cup holder and no wifi.) and it broke down in Fargo. ND. Some of the hotels were old and run down. We did not get a welcome reception, we were told not to go for two of our free breakfasts (as the tour director wanted to leave early), and we were forced onto a shuttle (in Pigeon Forge) built for 30 when there were 50 of us (The coach had been promised for that day). There was no entertainment (i.e. no games) unless you count childish films like My Little Pony and two Anne of Green Gables films and hearing the Yakov Smirnoff comedy routine twice . One couple was left behind in Swift Current when the bus left early one morning, some eating places were dirty and disgusting (likewise the bathrooms), and our luggage was lost for three hours in Clarksville (due to the fact that they didn;'t know which rooms we were given keys to. The bus driver had to search for us in the local restaurants to ask us which rooms we were in.).We arrived in Deadwood at 8:15 a.m. and were there until 9:30 a.m..The problem was no shops were open, nor any eating establishments until 10:00. Only one or two casinos. It was freezing cold and dark and we were told to have a good time and buy lots of souvenirs. What a joke! We were never allowed to stay on the bus if we were not feeling well or were in pain, during a stop.We were advised that everyone had to get off. The hosted farewell dinner included burnt ham and watered down roast beef. The company only provided the cheapy tickets at Graceland and Loretta Lynn's ranch. There were more problems but due to limited space, I can't go into them here. Overall, we felt that it was a waste of our money. We were disappointed especially as Nagel had been a good company ten years ago when we went with them before...but no longer. It was a really bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Working with Nagel Tours and it is a great experience to work. Staff is 110% Nice. Very active very polite and helpful. Tour Director Rita is such a sweetheart and Donna is Sweet heart too. I love to work with them. Nagel Tours Guest are great too. Tabinda (Trailsman Motel Baddeck)
