Negative experience: Dreadful After Sales Service: Avoid VMS Travel at All Costs I live in Australia, and recently planned a holiday to the Dominican Republic through VMS Travel in Markham, Toronto, based on a friend's (Toronto, Canada) recommendation. Unfortunately, what started as a promising booking turned into a nightmare due to their abysmal after-sales service. From the outset, Rajkumar, the travel agent I dealt with, seemed attentive and helpful. He reached out to me twice with holiday information, making the booking process seem smooth and efficient. However, once they had my hard-earned money, their commitment to customer service vanished into thin air. Despite multiple attempts to contact Rajkumar via phone calls and emails after making the booking, I received no response whatsoever. It was as if once they secured the payment, they had no interest in maintaining any level of communication or providing assistance. Having traveled extensively and dealt with numerous travel agents in the past, I can confidently say that VMS Travel's service is by far the worst I've encountered. Their blatant disregard for customers who are not based in Canada is appalling and completely unacceptable. If you value after-sales service and expect even a basic level of communication and support from your travel agent, I strongly advise you to steer clear of VMS Travel. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for your travel needs. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

Fantastic experience: We had booked our trip to Costa Rica all inclusive through VMS travel with Ankita. Fantastic experience: Arrived to our resort and found that the Resort was not up to par as per our expectations. Just when our group thought all had gone to waste, Krishna stepped in and reached out to every body available within Sunwings and Royalton Resorts and got us into a much more comfortable setting. I was getting updates at 3AM from Krishna, and by the next morning he had our entire group (13 People) switched into upgraded rooms. Fantastic experience: First time booking flight tickets through VMS travel, specially during Covid times alot of things has been changed. Srirajh was very helpful from booking tickets for 3 of my family members who were flying to sri lanka. With his help we were able to navigate through all the requirements from getting PCR test in Canada, visa, medical insurance and PCR test and hotel in Sri Lanka. He even made sure our specific request from seating, wheelchair and meal was taken care of and worked with us outside his regular hours to ensure the journey is safe and  successful. My mother in-law purchased her tickets elsewhere but after her flight was cancelled the other agency was not very helpful and was not responding. We were told by a family friend to contact Sri as they book tickets with him. My mother in-law contacted him from Singapore with the time difference he picked up the phone calls and was able to help her with a new ticket to come back to Toronto. He was checking up on her to make sure she got to the airport and cleared everything also checked up when she landed in Toronto. We appreciate the effort and help during this time. We like the service you provided for my mother in-law. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Krishna V. from VMS Travels even before he set up his own travel agency and I was always impressed by his sincerity and dedication to serving my needs. In fact, after I moved from ON to BC, I still shop around with VMS travels vs. a local travel agent in BC. Sometimes VMS have given me a better price than my local travel agent and sometimes they are not able to beat internet/online advertised price but they will tell you honestly what they can do for you. I recommend dealing with both Krishna and Venkat R. Indeed, Venkat is very customer focused and will go out of his way to help meet your needs and he gives very good advice and alternative options to suit your needs. Also they are very responsive to providing fare quotes in a timely manner and I normally ask them for quotes on specific routes or specific airlines and they always oblige me. In my experience to date with VMS Travels, they are polite, respectful and sincere in serving their clients. Give them a chance and you may be pleasantly surprised. Keep up the excellent work : Krishna, Venkat & VMS team!

Negative experience: Horrible Services. when you contact them for inquiries, They Think They are doing a favor to their customers. Over the years, I have given almost 50k or more worth business to VMS in total but I will never do business with this Travel agent again. They are more expensive than having to purchase the ticket directly from the airline. Venkat knows little about ticketing rules but makes up rules that doesn't exist as he thinks the customers don't know about ticketing and would buy any story the agent says. Venkat has always tried over charging on date change fees as they keep a cut for them (watch out for this!) ... Venkat says it is and when confronted he makes up stories and says it is not in different ways and tries to change his story and say that`s not what he said. Response to Response - Thank You for your reply and requesting to reach out to you, However I will not be doing any business with your agency in the future and don`t see any reason to reach out to your office. Thank you again!!

Negative experience: These guys are incompetent . Won't answer calls . Either always on lunch for 2hrs. Don't seem to understand needs . Seems like they don't do any active search just wait for a deal really. Really disappointed with their service . Wouldn't advise anyone to use this agency
