Negative experience: If you are going to this location in brampton for vacation inquiries, please avoid this sales Rep "Paul Pelley". Booked a package from him, and he advised that everything would be sent to your email by the end of the day or tomorrow. Waited 2 days. Received nothing in email nor in the spam folder. Called Paul 3 4 times at different times and even emailed him. But no response from his end at all. Called 1800 number and got connected to Hamilton location, and they helped me with my travel package and e-visa information. Really dispointed with his service.

She found the perfect resort( Sunscape Punta Cana) that fit our budget and accommodated our large group of 10. Fantastic experience: Booked a Black Friday deal to through them on a WestJet vacation package. Saved a bit of money, and also got some great service! Menuka coordinated booking two separate parties, helped us navigate the logistics of bringing young children, and provided some useful guidance about how to get the most out of our trip.

Negative experience: Terrible “customer service”. I’m not sure they know the meaning of the word! In a world where your job is becoming obsolete you’d think that you’d try your best to provide competent service but alas, Neetu will not even return my voicemail.

Fantastic experience: Booked a vacation package with another SelloffVacations agent and my name had to be corrected. My follow-up call was redirected to Neetu and even though it was past closing hours, she stayed to help make the adjustment with Westjet on the other line so that I didn't have to stress all night/weekend to get it fixed.

Negative experience: I would recommend not to use Sunwing at any cost.Even If they are offering you a free vacation? Please dont go or else you will end losing your stuff from your baggage. I finished my vacation yesterday and upon checking my luggage i found out my perfume, wife’s perfume, all the jewelry, all the accessories were stolen. Even a belt. Also, Flight journey ended after almost 10 hours. One of the worst, disgusting flight i have ever experienced. Will continue writing public review about sunwing and whoever is planning with sunwing i will make sure they wont.

Negative experience: I dont know how you would classify this as customer service in the first place, Besides making several calls just to acquire booked tickets months in advance just to be paired with the most unprofessional “agent” who could care less about her career choice she has made in her life. NEETU CAUR is one person who should be avoided at all costs and by any means she has put on this facade that she is going to do her “best” to make sure we have everything accordingly, apparently her best is avoiding phone calls and giving the run around 4 days before the trip takes place so she can do the same to others it seems so if you are paired with this agent know she is not credible whatsoever I suggest getting another agent who actually puts in the effort into their career instead of preaching more than practicing.

Negative experience: No help at all...they have no information on flights..prices..destinations...but no problem taking your booking and money then cancelling a month later and giving you a voucher

Negative experience: We booked a vacation for August 30 for 3 weeks and a family of 5. We have price match guarantee and while checking prices to see if it has gone down, for the last week the date we are to keave is showing not available. I never received an email that our trip has been canceled so I decided to call...and it turns out it has been canceled. No one contacted us to let us know....and the 2 closest dates available have been cheaper by 500 dollars and now they are even more than what we paid for. Very poor customer service and seems like price gowching rather than price drop guarantee. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Menuka is the best travel agent that I've ever met. Ive been using her for years! She has a great knowledge of the travel destinations as well as the hotels. She always gets me a good deal and works with my budget. She always sends me a variety of options to choose from.. I extended my last trip and she reminded me about extending my travel insurance which I totally forgot about. She goes above and beyond for her clients. If she ever left Sunwing, I would leave too. Although, my family and I wasn't able to go on a trip we booked with sunwing, Menuka helped us to get the refund. Negative experience: BOOK YOUR VACATION ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! I booked back in July, spoke to the agent again asking about price drop guarantee, they said I do not have it. Get my tickets now that its too late to do anything and low and behold, IT SAYS I HAVE PRICE DROP GUARANTEE. Called the agent and she put me on hold for 15 minutes while "calling sunwing" to tell me the price drop didnt happen (even though I know it did) and then again that i was not eligible and they put price drop guarantee on every ticket and will only email if your eligible. As you can tell that is NOT BELIEVABLE but clearly she will do anything to get out of the fact that she screwed us out of $250. Our agent was Menuka Pei. Edit; I was called by the regional manager Eva who was awesome and is working with me to do an investigation. Will update once that's done.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to sell off vacations at the Brampton location for the past 7 years. They have always been very courteous, and helped us picked the right location. We just booked for Cuba again this upcoming December with Neetu. She was very energetic in providing detailed information to the places we were interested in going to.

Fantastic experience: I can't stress enough how grateful I am to Menuka at the Brampton office, I had an unexpected change of plans with my trip, and was worried about how I could make it work , both time and cost wise. But she put my issues to bed, and not only took care of all the details, also helped me with dealing with my insurance to get my claim.
