Positive experience: We recently used Robert Q to and from Toronto Pearson Airport. The drivers were prompt, courteous, helpful, pleasant, informative and excellent drivers. The only unpleasant experience we encountered was our layover at the Days Inn in London awaiting our transfer. The bathroom facilities were unsanitary and the lobby appeared to be a meeting place for social gatherings (several men were seated and talking) limiting seating during our wait. Not a comfortable setting for lone female travelers. Very intimidating.

Fantastic experience: Fast efficient and knowledgeable staff. Separate travel office, and a very good Currency Exchange....often better rates than at the bank. Bus/shuttles to YYZ and DTW. Seniors fares start at age 55! They also do home pickup and drop offs for a fee.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time, this company is simply overpricing trips and marketing it as a private travel service. When paying over $100 dollars for my ticket I found It was quite disappointing. Throughout the ride I had lack of legroom and found myself being squished between two strangers for the entire journey. The cramped space made the ride uncomfortable and challenging. The whole ride I was deeply regretting not booking a ride with Flex Bus. Considering the fact that it is over 80% cheaper, you have a large amount of leg room, you are able to pick your seats and it has a washroom on board. This company needs to step it up! I believe it's crucial for passengers to have a comfortable travel experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my trip. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure a more pleasant ride for all passengers in the future.

Fantastic experience: Robert Q Travel is well-known for its regular bus and charter services, especially in southwest Ontario. We required a turn-key round-trip shuttle from London to the airport in Detroit. We commend the organization for its dependable service, cozy coaches, and amiable drivers, despite the fact that it is more costly than other bus service providers. Our foreign travel was made simpler, more dependable, and more efficient by their shuttle services. As a family, we sincerely appreciate all of the arrangements they made for us. If we ever need a shuttle again, we'll use their services. Please continue to provide high-quality services since this will maintain the loyalty of your clients. Positive experience: Good: - Amazing drivers - Nice terminal / facility - Great Canada-based customer service Bad: - Uncomfortable rigid seats - Overpriced - Why am I tipping on a $100 shuttle ticket ? - No power outlets - No app or tracking website - No bathroom onboard You can take FlixBus for half the price, it’s way more comfortable, has wifi, bathrooms. I was very shocked how uncomfortable and rigid the seats were for the price.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had good experiences with this company. But this last time they went above my expectations. My flight arrived early and so I had to wait over two hours for my bus from Pearson but the company called me and let me go on an earlier bus. They even held the driver for a few minutes and he came to meet me at the escalator to help me with my luggage. This saved me so much time and I was able to get home earlier. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I've used Robert Q in 2019 and several times before to get me from Sarnia/London to my international flights into Toronto, and it's always been such good service. This time, in September 2024, it's not different. Tenika, at the Robert Q desk in Toronto today was amazing to start with. Our driver, Rick, at 530pm, was amazing as well. Providing exemplary customer service and getting us to London in good time, in a safe and efficient manner. Highly recommend Robert Q. Prices are a tad high, but we are in a changing world. Robert Q needs to start a rewards program for frequent travelers.

Negative experience: I stopped using these clowns because they are as far from on time service as a service business can get! I tried them again, for the very last time, and I now know you can count on them to be late no matter what! Their schedule is “when we get there we get there”! Putting a trainee driver on a rush hour run to the airport is the height of management incompetence! Why have a schedule at all if you do not follow it?

Fantastic experience: Stan was very helpful when planning the Airbus to Detroit. I had not known prior to booking my flight to Tampa but they only have 4 buses daily to Detroit so I will have a 4 hr wait at the airport. I chose Robert Q because I need someone to lift my large suitcase in & out of vehicle. I don't leave until November so will post further after my trip.

Fantastic experience: (2024/08/17) I took their Airbus from Pearson Airport to London last night. The service was efficient and the driver was really helpful, worth the money. They also provide an option to drop you at your home address, with an additional charge of course. Especially recommended if you have some heavy luggages.

Fantastic experience: Great station, clean and the assistants are friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating. The drivers are usually nice and drive much better than the airport shuttle where I’m from (Calif). Sometimes, like today, it’s just too darn cold in this shuttle, and he’s not wearing deodorant and his aroma permeates all corners of the shuttle, for all three hours plus I’ve never understood why they play the radio (not today, but sometimes). We just need to relax! But always safe drivers, super friendly and treat you almost like royalty.

Negative experience: Writing this while I sit in a delayed bus waiting without anyone speaking to me and explaining why we are delayed. I decided to use this service because I would be coming off a long flight and would be too tired to drive to my next destination. As luck would have it I missed my connection because of their lack of regard and respect for my time. If someone is late to the bus I should not be made to wait. If this was airline once the door is shut it's shut. Poor service and lack of basic skills managing people's time.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The vehicles are comfortable and the drivers are very courteous. We missed our 730pm reservation in Toronto due to flight delay on way home but they got us on the 930 pm to get us back to London. Will definitely use again in the future! Thank you!

Negative experience: I travelled on May 6, 2024, with Robert Q from Pearson International Airport to Windsor, ON, on the 5:00 pm shuttle. Our initial driver was awesome and he had a great personality and was funny and talkative. The change of driver in London, however, was just the opposite!! He had no personality and barely said a word!! I asked him if he could drop me off a few miles before my stop (which was no distance out of his way) and he overshot my stop by some 2 miles. HE WOULDN'T EVEN GO BACK, WHICH FORCED ME TO CARRY MY HEAVY LUGGAGE AND WALK THAT 2 ADDITIONAL MILES TO MY HOME!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HIS PART!!

Negative experience: Robert q bus departure times vary quite considerably from their posted times. My 11:30pm bus left at 12:10am. It is difficult to plan things when scheduled departure times are not reasonably accurate.

Negative experience: We booked a ride from Tilbury to Toronto airport, at 1 am they called and said they were late and wouldn't make the London transfer bus leaving us stranded so we had to drive to London and meet the bus, only received a credit, I'll never booked them again

Positive experience: Just okay..if the bus is full and you are fidgety like me, you'd feel very cramped and uncomfortable, there are much cheaper and more comfortable options available to get you between London and Toronto airport

Fantastic experience: We had the best driver from Robert Q who went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were stuck in the US, wanting to just get home to Canada after our vacation. We had problem after problem and delays with our flight and we just were tired and wanted to get home. We could not find any transportation who could take us across the boarder, but he heard the situation we were in and worked out transportation for us. We made it home safe and in time to have some sleep and get to work the next morning. Not sure if I can give his name, but he knows. My sincerest appreciation to you. Thank you, Ed and Deb

Fantastic experience: Robert Q Travel and Airbus provides ground transportation for strategic and important locations within southern Ontario. They have been in this operation and have finessed their operations pretty well. They have excellent drivers and customer support team, which means they also have a great team behind the scenes. I recommend their service if you need such during your search for ground transportation within Ontario.

Positive experience: Edit: Updated review. An agent reached out to me which I did not expect. She provided me with an explanation and did try to get to the bottom of what happened and ensured that it shouldn't have happened. She even offered a credit which is nice. The fact that the agent tried and had it escalated is the kind of gesture I appreciated because it shows that they do care for their clients. We got a confirmation call that we would be picked up for our trip at 4:30am sharp. Half an hour later still no show up. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was snowing and after 45 minutes we called to see if it was on our way. If we hadn't called, they would have never came. They ended up calling a checker and taxi to get to the Robert Q Terminal, two vehicles that came separately which was really inconvenient for us cause the drivers were not willing to wait which I understand from their perspective. Had they came at the same time we wouldn't mind. I tried calling to see if we could at least receive a credit cause we shouldn't be the ones responsible for ensuring our ride. We already paid for the service. The response I received from the agent was "It's not the company's fault its the checker driver's for not notifying us" and he scoffed. Did they think I placed the reservation through a Taxi service or Checker Limousine? I placed it on Robert Q site so not only is that unprofessional and rude, but irresponsible as a business as well. If I'm placing a reservation through you, you should ensure all your clients are given for the service they paid. Especially the ones that pay more to have them picked up at their home. Some of the comments below are right, they really will leave you stranded without a refund or credit. I can 100% guarantee that if I didn't call, we would have missed our bus because the agent had literally no idea until they found out through us.

Fantastic experience: I used Robert Q few times last year for transit to the Toronto airport. The service is great. My both flights were late and Robert Q was able to accommodate changes for me. Desk service and drivers are friendly and helpful. Seats on the bus are not very spacious but ride is smooth. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My second trip with Robert Q. Excellent, professional service on both occasions. There was traffic backed up along 401 on our way to Pearson. The driver was in touch with his office via radio and they guided him along an alternate route which wasn't as busy. They managed the situation very professionally. The staff is also extremely courteous and takes care of the loading and unloading of bags with a genuine smile. The smooth travel experience is well worth the price.

Positive experience: I have always experienced excellent service from Robert Q. My only complaint is the lack of airbuses. Whenever I fly out of Detroit, I have to take a 3:20 am bus from a truck stop or arrive home late in the night. As an elderly single person, I do not like the times for arrivals and departures from Chatham.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to drop off family that was heading to Detroit. I was quite impressed and didn't realize how organized and efficient this service was. It certainly worth considering when traveling out of Toronto or Detroit.

Negative experience: Not small pet friendly. They can travel in cabin on the plane, why not in the airbus. Your travel times should be 24 hr. Waiting 6 hrs in YYZ thru the night is brutal.

Negative experience: I will not recommend using Robert Q bus to reach airport for international flights. I used it for London to Toronto airport. They do not inform you at the time of booking/payment about de-routes to additional cities to pick more passengers. Their customer services informed me to take a taxi next time. Negative experience: The person at the counter of Toronto airport was mean the person charged 20 dollars for 1kg extra even though my luggages were 24 and 15 kg. I asked why " this is not my father's company" was that person's answer. It was fine to charge for extra luggage but those words were so mean for a person who landed for first time in Canada. I could had transferred my extra 1 kg to my 15 kg luggage but these words didn't seem nice to me.

Fantastic experience: Great service as always. Clean bus. Great, friendly driver. He even pointed out a few cool landmarks on the ride like a little tour, which was unexpected and interesting. I booked for London-Toronto international, and then back to London after my trip was over. The man on the phone was very helpful with planning the timing of my trip so that I wouldn't be late. When I landed back in Canada I went straight to the desk and they were able to squeeze me onto an earlier bus than I had originally booked so I got to go home earlier, which was fabulous. Very happy with this service and I always recommend to anyone who is traveling.

Positive experience: They are very efficient, but we were delayed due to persons being picked up at the Days Inn with extra luggage, which took the driver a good 15 min to try and accommodate and was very worried about not being able to fit it all in. It is very concerning when people do not read the recommendations and the Robert Q regulations. I hope that Robert Q exercised their rights to charge the customer for not following the allowed baggage. I am very pleased to have the Robert Q service and will use it in future.

Negative experience: I had scheduled to travel with RobertQ from Toronto Pearson to London with my wife, and we were after a 14-hour flight. The check-in officer at the RobertQ airport office (Terminal 1) had a really bad attitude. There was an unavoidable change in our destination address that we got to know when we arrived at the Pearson airport so we communicated it with her 1.5 hours before the bus's departure. She acted really annoyed about it and it was really frustrating to see that. We asked if we could pay for the address change as we had heavy baggage ( with us that we could not carry on our own to the new place (which was about 2kms apart from the previous address). (I had read that the RobertQ change policy is that we have to notify any change before the departure so I do not think that we had an error on our side.) She charged an additional amount but gave no receipt nor updated email either. Later, we did not know that there was a taxi arranged from our RobertQ HQ, London to get to our final destination (we were dropped off at the London HQ). We had to load the baggage on our own to the taxi and unload them - and we were not even in a mood to argue. Overall it was really tiresome and not a smooth experience at all. Overall service did not seem to be worth the $ 200+ we paid, considering the experience. I should mention that the drivers helped load the baggage at the airport and unload them at the HQ.

Negative experience: Not the service I was expecting. Chaos upon 30 minutes delay of the bus. Bus driver is collecting randomly the numbers from passengers. People are rushing to drop their bags blocking entrance for others with their big chariots to the Big Charter Bus. Yes, a charter bus not the cut small RobertQ bus you might be thinking about and the service for which you pay over 80$ a person. Upon arrival in London no announcement, some people knew that that is where they are getting off, other are confused trying to exit only to realize that this is not the stop so aging chaos between those who are exiting and those who are trying to regain their seat. The RobertQ serves on August 16th expected to leave Person airport at 19:30 looked very much improvised. RobertQ driver in his RobertQ logo T-shirt, seating in a passenger seat was the only reminder of the service for which I pay a lot of money.

Negative experience: Bus driver Don made an inappropriate comment about my friends while taking the bus from the Toronto Pearson Airport. My friends were having trouble with the seatbelts and Don was yelling that it was on the left. He then said “It might be that in India the seatbelts are on the right, but here it’s on the left”. I interjected and told him that it was racist to assume that they are from India, and that they actually grew up in Ontario. I explained that even if they were from India, that comment was rude. Don tried to argue with me and did not understand why it was inappropriate to say. This is very concerning to me considering he must drive many diverse people to and from the airport every day.

Fantastic experience: Excellent shuttle service. Was on time and the Rob the driver was super nice. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. Took a trip from London to Detroit airport, made a couple of stops in Chatham and Windsor on the way. Overall, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Can I say this is the best way to get to and from the airport My outstanding review is for my trip home My plane was due to land at 9pm and my bus at 11:30pm My plane got delayed in Montreal for 2 hours leaving a very tight window to catch the bud. I called the customer service line and they kept me at ease all the time. With arriving in Toronto I only had 30 mins to get luggage and run for bus. Luggage lost, only 10 mins to run and run I did to just get to exit to see bud leave. Picked up phone and a calm, friendly and caring employee named Kelly calmed me down and had bud come back to get me All I can say is WAY TO GO. Outstanding customer service will always use you

Fantastic experience: We opted for Robert Q from London to Toronto airport. We took the 8 AM shuttle. It picked up (additional passengers) from Days in on Wellington Rd and a hotel in Woodstock. The bus we were on was pleasant, clean and spacious. Driver was professional and friendly. Pro tip you can pickup coffee from Tim Hortons which is adjacent to their Wharncliffe Rd location.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I paid a bit extra to be picked up from home because I wanted to be sure to be on time. I went out for lunch expecting the Checkers driver to be there 45 min early and when I got home, he was already there, 15 min earlier. He was nice and we had a nice conversation to the Robert Q station. From there the check in was very smooth. The gentleman there was calm and let me know what would happen. After a brief wait, my luggage was put on the bus and I fell asleep it was such a nice ride. It was a very warm day, so sure appreciated the air conditioning on the bus. Although I didn't bring a drink, there was little spot to put your drink and I could also plug in my phone.

Positive experience: Pretty affordable method to get to and from Pearson airport, but dear God this shuttle bus needs new suspension. It feels like you’re getting slammed around if it drives over anything thicker than two loonies stacked on top of each other

Fantastic experience: My son recently travelled to New York and booked through Sue at Robert Q's. Was a great trip but flight coming home got cancelled. They were stuck at the airport not knowing how to get home. I contacted Sue who they booked with and she was simply amazing helping to organize their way home. She even called me at work the next day to ensure they got home safe. This place will now always have our travel business and I have been spreading the word to everyone at work and everyone I talk to. Thanks so much Sue for all your help during a stressful time.

Negative experience: Way too expensive lower the prices it used to be affordable not anymore. Earliest time from Toronto airport is 8 AM that is ridiculous. Please lower the prices and have more buses at earlier hours leaving from Toronto airport.

Fantastic experience: Our plane got in too late from Paris to PEARSON AIRPORT so we would have to take the 11:30 pm bus to get to Windsor. It was full so we had to wait until 8am the next morning. I called and spoke to Alex in London. She was able to get us on this one but we had to wait in London overnight. That was better for us than aToronto wait. The best thing happened because Alex found a bus going there and after a small delay they had seats for 3 people. You could never know how this helped us out tremendously. My friend was not feeling well. I cannot thank you enough for figuring out a way to get us home. THANK YOU TO ALEX IN LONDON. ROBERT Q’s name will be spread around here for sure .

Negative experience: Another late drive back due to waiting for a passenger. Everyone was on and loaded a couple mins after departure time. Driver said one more passenger to come and they’d wait 15 mins for them. 25 minutes later, we finally departed. After travelling a long day, most people just want to get home. Being delayed almost 30 mins is unreasonable. What’s the saying, I’ll wait 10 minutes for anyone, and 11 minutes for no one. Maybe Robert Q should follow that policy. Furthermore, driver was texting and driving too so felt unsafe on this ride.
