Fantastic experience: Excellent service with smooth checkin and checkout experience; rooms were clean and very comfy! We enjoyed our stay. It’s located right on the main road with plenty of shopping nearby and near the Falls / the border.

Negative experience: In winter do not choose this hotel. Heating is very noisy and insulation is very bad. Rooms are cold. PS:I cant remember the room number. It was second floor at the corner. Water heating system was off in the room. Check my name as GONUL

Fantastic experience: I stay here often for work and have never been disappointed. The owners take a lot of pride in their property and it shows. Although decor is slightly dated, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Best of all, very reasonably priced. The property is on a great location right off the QEW Highway and next door to 12 mile creek. Nice views at sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

Positive experience: Okay, I understand that the motel wasn't supposed to be the Hilton. Yes, the rooms were very, very clean, but unfortunately, there was a musty smell (possibly caused by people smoking just outside??) apparent on entering the room. My partner and I found the mattress to be very hard. The "breakfast" is nothing more than pre- packaged muffins, Rice Crispy squares, juice. Decent coffee maker in the room. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in way early. It's close to the highway and several restaurants. Wish I could rate it a little higher, but the musty smell??....Suppose we could have asked for another room, but it was only for one night, and we were out all day, and most of the evening. It was okay in a pinch, but I wish I had paid a little more and stayed elsewhere. I believed the high reviews. Sorry folks.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the Capri Inn. The staff are extremely friendly and very prompt responding to email inquiries etc. The room was very clean and you can see they take great pride in maintaining the rooms and property. There is a lovely view of the river from some of the rooms and we were lucky to have a river view. It's the first time staying at a hotel that we really felt it was very clean and well managed. The bed was very comfortable and they provided additional pillows in clear plastic bags and have a tray for your shoes as well. Overall very pleased and stay here for sure! :)

The staff was absolutely AMAZING – always helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered a charming view. There are also a few spots nearby if you're looking for a quick bite. This was my first time staying at an inn, and if I ever return to St. Catharines, Capri Inn will definitely be my go-to choice.

Fantastic experience: Very clean inn. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Julia always has a smile on her face and is very helpful and efficient. There are picnic tables and benches outside if you want to eat. Free parking and close to the highway. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: What a great little motel - staff are wonderful, rooms and grounds are sparkling clean and parking is easy. I stayed there while I was attending classes in St. Catherine's and so happy I found this place. The big plus is that your room is cleaned daily and that is not always the case at all the hotels and motels. I would definitely return. The Capri Inn deserves a great rating. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: The front desk young man was very nice. And made our stay wonderful! The lady at the front Sunday morning was kind and courteous. The room , shower was clean. Love the bathroom. Simple and clean and the shower was flowing nicely! I would definitely come back. The only problem was the parking, not enough space and too close to the highway

Fantastic experience: Stayed her for a week during the Canadian Henleys - usually I try to avoid hotels that have outside doors, but the rates during the week at other stays were outrageous! They were doing roadwork right outside the inn, so I was worried, but it didn't hamper our travel plans at all, and we were 6 minutes from Henley Island. The A/C was super cold, and while the outside of the building may not have been super flashy - once in the room it was just as good as a Marriott or Hilton. The front desk (small, separate office) was always staffed when needed, and were a pleasure to work with when needing to change our reservation, even speaking with Expedia to allow me to cancel one night of our stay when plans changed. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again. Some things to note - there is no breakfast, but there are a bunch of places super close with amazing breakfast - who wants to eat hotel food anyway? Try "Stacked" if you get a chance. There is no microwave in the rooms - if I was only here for a day or two - no worries, but when you amass leftovers from eating out - it would be nice to be able to heat them up without walking to the common microwave near the office area. Ice machine was working which was nice - the Marriott we stayed at last week didn't have a working ice machine. No laundry - but a coin laundromat a mile away. Even tho you are super close to the QEW - no outside road sounds at all - and my room had amazing water views. If you are in the area, and you don't need a 5 star hotel with all the bling - save some money and stay here!!

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for one night. Price was very reasonable considering it was a holiday. I was greeted by the nicest lady Julia. She let us check in early which was great. She was kind enough to give us a room on the ground level which was greatly appreciated as I have difficulty with stairs. Our room had a great view of the river. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. The whole place is lit up at night so we felt very safe. It’s conveniently located just off the QEW. You can tell they really care about going above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My stay was splendid! The rooms are nice and cozy, and I LOVE the bathrooms. There is so much space to work with if you're rooming with more than one person, and the tub size is phenomenal! The family that runs this place clearly knows what they're doing ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: We stayed the weekend here for my son's basketball tournamentsl. Couldn't be happier with everything, the place was super clean and quiet. We must have had the best room with view overlooking the water. This was minutes away drive to the Niagara outlet if you going shopping. Restaurants are close by and grocery stores as well. Everything is so convenient at this location especially being right off the highway. Couldn't be happier with our choice. I highly recommend this place. We would be back here if we had games again. Fantastic experience: Hospitality plus! Amazing friendly service. Comfortable beds, large rooms & WIFI. Clean rooms, bedding and linens. Well organized and amply stocked. Fresh juices and pastries in the morning. Picnic tables and benches located on a beautifully maintained lawn. Across the street is Chuck's Roadhouse and many other amenities. Would definitely stay here again and will be referring others to stay at Capri Inn.

Fantastic experience: Had to stay in St.Catherines due to an emergency. The first night stayed at a big name chain hotel which pride itself on being an upper level 4-5 star hotel. The second night I stayed at the Capri for half the price of the big chain. The Capri was not only a better value, it was a better room. Bed was more comfortable. The room was nicely renovated and the grounds and location were great. I would definitely recommend this nice family run business.

Fantastic experience: Newly renovated, laminate flooring is just freshly installed. I make frequent trips to Niagara, and this is my go-to. Best bang for your dollar, in a no-frills motel. The management cares, they are constantly spending money on up-keep, and upgrading. This motel has been around for decades, truly a hidden gem. Get your best price by calling directly, and not through other sites. Management takes concerns or questions seriously, just reach out. Friendly staff always smile and waving when we arrive, it's nice to have the home away from home. Security cameras everywhere, it's nice to have that peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: I have stayed at the Capri Inn three times and enjoyed it each and everytime. Its affordable, clean, and always quiet. I was lucky to stay in one of the lake view rooms and the view is gorgeous!! Its an older building with retro decor, but well maintained and super clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, provide coffee, tea, and housekeeping services. Great location to explore St. Catherines or any of the Niagara area from.

Fantastic experience: It has been a while since we stayed at a motel, but this was the only place that had a reasonable rate for NYE. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Great alternative for the more expensive accommodations that are around NOTL.

(Mon-friday check out typically) the staff are the best, Julia at the front desk always makes sure I have a place even when they are very busy. The rooms and exterior have been updated since I first started staying and as always the housekeeping is great, no complaints. My preferred place to stay in St.Catharines. Great spot

Fantastic experience: On a trip to Niagara Falls, my family and I decided to stay at Capri Inn based on the positive reviews online. As soon as we entered the office, we were welcomed by the happy and smiling staff. She was able to accommodate our family with 2 side by side rooms at a great price! The rooms were spacious and clean. Any staff member we met was always friendly and kind. My 3 year old daughter LOVED the koi pond! We could see it from our room! Will definitely stay there again! Fantastic experience: Stayed at the Capri Inn on a Friday night so we could be in St Catharines for our granddaughters dance competition and grandsons hockey tournament. Found the Capri on a Google search and it was highly rated. The Capri has older decor but clean and close to everything. The front desk staff was great and we will book here again.

Fantastic experience: Spent last night there, the room was absolutely amazing! Looks like everything thing in it was brand new! It was spotless! The coffee maker made enough for 2 large cups, also had tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival the young man checking is in greeted me by name, (what! do you offer psychic readings I asked). He laughed and asked me how my hike was. I couldn't believe that he had actually written down when I made the reservation weeks before that my friend and I were hiking the Bruce Trail for 2 days. He stated he put us in an end room to make sure it was quiet and we had a view of the water. The room was perfect, clean, comfy beds, (we hiked 23 km that day), great water pressure in the shower, mini fridge for the left over pizza and coffee for the morning. Woke up the next morning refreshed and went to pick up muffins and juice in the refreshment room. My friend and I would come back here each time we hiked but unfortunately the Bruce Trail end 900 km from there. Hope this review gives you the confidence that booking The Capri Inn is a great choice.

Fantastic experience: Friendly to talk to go out of there way to help. Juice and mffins in the morning They do need fresh brewed coffe at front desk. Not just the stuff you get in your room. At least there is a McDonalds just a few payses away with good coffee. Would highly recomend staying here. VERY VERY CLEAN.

Fantastic experience: Great rooms in regards to cleanliness and noise isolation due to concrete partition walls. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the service desk to the cleaning crew. Location is great and in walking distance to great food options. Provided breakfast consists of orange/apple juice and muffins/cookies (individually wrapped) and an ice machine on site was quite useful.
