Negative experience: I edited my review after the whole booking experience They don’t have 24H assistance service, i booked this flight for my wife and son, Their was layover in the flight and at the layover airline staff said that there no booking for my son, it was ticketing error, my wife was really stressed out about the missing flight, i tried calling many times to namak flight but no response, if ur dealing with international flight you should have 24*7 Hour availability, airline staff said they can’t do anything only agent who booked or initiated the ticket can make changes, i then called airline customer service they replied the same as airline here i couldn’t sleep for whole night and at layover airport my wife was walking kms and kms holding crying baby with dipper bag and carry bag for 5 hours, I don’t suggest anyone to nanak flights I’m sorry for sounding rude in my review but it’s my experience and frustration
