Negative experience: No.1 thief in the City . I got refund from Airline directly in my credit card then they took 355 dollars from my credit card . Don’t trust them They don’t care about customer I have a proof to show They took my money don’t buy any ticket

Negative experience: Not worth to deal with them. Front desk is very unprofessional. They would say wait for few moments and then you have a good luck to when they unhold the phone. Suggestion to Jays: Either increase your front desk staff or close the business.
