Imagine Holidays Travel Agency in Toronto

Negative experience: I paid them $2900 for a middle east ticket, plus $1100 later due to regional issues for change of date which includes $300 non refundable charges by airCanada. They refunded me $2780 and claiming that the airline will pay the balance directly to me!!!!! I paid them by e-transfer and they claim first the airline will pay me directly minus $300, later new version, airline’s fare change is $1100, non refundable. How is this possible. All documents are available. If there is a mistake with AirCanada, so its the service provider’s duty to check with them not mine as passenger. Worldwide the same rules and regulations.
