Negative experience: Everyone, Please don't book a ticket with nuway travels, Agency is good, But their staff members are totally unprofessional. No one expects bad behavior and ignorance. I made a lot of bookings from them and still they don't bother about who is on the call and who is not. There is a SIMRAN , She did not call back on time, Don't know what is wrong with her. Seems like once money is paid then she never bothers to answer the call one time, no matter how many times i call, she never calls back on time. And at the end of the day, when there is no call from her side when I call for her then people say she is not available. She did not bother to send the tickets even after money was paid. I don't know what is wrong with nuway. I do not want to do this but I think it is mandatory to do so. I hope she learns a lesson on how to treat people who are trusting them for the bookings and sending their Money at a time immediately.

Hello Rajveer, We are surprised to read the reviews mentioned by you with one star. As you fully aware about the schedule change by airline not by the agency before your borther's family's travel start from Canada and we have already provided you all proofs in written as you fully aware that your brother multiple times visited on British Airways website to update his contact information he also checked online with 24hrs of his departure from Toronto and at the time of checking both ways travel was fully displayed at the time of online checked in and he never call to travel agency if he had any question or query. So the time and date was fully displayed at the time of online check-in on British airways website before their travel start from Toronto and after that British Airways never change their schedule. And very surprising thing was his brother he was re-checked online on British Airways website with in 24hrs of his return flight which is Delhi to Toronto and this information was also told to us by Mr. Rajveer on his visit to our office after his missed the flight by his brother and family accordingly we had also provided complete set of documentation via email to Mr. Rajveer as he was threaten to us over the phone that either give us a free change on next flight if not they will file a complaint in Tico. Accordingly we provided all proofs in written documentation which was recorded in his brother's ticket and also provided by British Airways. Once the passenger did the online checked in as a agency we didn't understand where is the agency's fault. After providing the complete documentation his brother's family realize the facts and they called us and purchased the new return tickets happily and as a agency's responsibility we have already applied to British Airways about his brother's old tickets if he can get any amount of refund and as soon as we have it will be sent to client. Once again we appreciate for client's review but need to be on genuine grounds and accordingly we are doing sincere efforts on daily basis to provide more better customer services

Negative experience: My parents got tickets booked from them with 3 stops for 65+ and my mom passed away got refund for her but nobody informed that airlines also refund for family member too, when i found out about that then after doing all the hassle with Mr. Parvinder who has 15yrs experience said he will submit case, which I asked him please do send me details too that what did you mentioned, but claim got rejected. When i asked him the reason he never told me because it’s their internal thing......I m the client and he cannot tell the client it didn't sounds right to me...which means he never send it otherwise i would have followed up with airlines. I also called airlines to follow up on that they said we booked ticket thru travel agency and they will have the answers. Mr. Parvinder & Ms. Mandeep tells one story that there was one person died and we got his money cheque 3 times his family never come in to pick up there money $2900. please tell me who wouldn't go to get it unless there are millionaire...Now anyone tell me who should be the one to answer me.....long story short I had very bad experience with them dealing that i would never reffered anyone. I wouldn't give any stars but to post review i have to…….if your staff will give me wrong information who will not get mad and has if you were so nice to me on phone and Mr. parvinder told me that you got that guy refund cheque 3rd time they hasn’t come in to pick up…… Nu way travel and tour owner’s reply:We are surprised that why she had not booked on the business class tickets for 65+ parents as per their health condition. so please be aware according to this owner everyone who’s parents are 65+ should travel in a business class for your kind information my parents were not ill they were ok to travel and I was not aware everyone should book business class if there parents are 65+ this is how you make fun of client. i don’t run business like you and not everyone can afford to travel in a business class. You were also so nice to me on phone too……..
We are surprised to read reviews about the topic even after receiving the refund in advance, Any ways it is the customer's right to write reviews as per their experience. We as a company evaluate the each review given by client to make our services better all the times and collect all to review with our team in training sessions. About the reviews by Ms. Mandeep Bains, we have booked the tickets with 3 stops for 65 plus parents, its totally lied to public as original ticket was booked on 09th January 2023 with one stop on KLM from Edmonton to Amsterdam and Delhi and return date was booked on 25th March 2023 Delhi to Chennai to Paris to Toronto to Edmonton return ticket with 3 stops she was selected with their parents willingness to travel to save the cost of economy ticket to meet the set target price as per their pocket's set budget. As a agent we had offered various combinations to travel from Edmonton to Delhi travel. As a travel agent we can't forcefully sell to anyone unless client accept it after that only they send us payment to process the final ticket. Its client's responsibility to buy the ticket or any product as per travelling passenger's age and as per their suitability. We are surprised that why she had not booked on the business class tickets for 65+ parents as per their health condition. Unfortunately her mother was passed away during her stay in India. After happening Ms. Mandeep called our office to make changes on father's return ticket Once she called us to check the options we had provided all the possible options but she didn't accepted any without informing to agent about father's ticket lately she informed us that my brother bring back his father to Edmonton. Once she provided to us mother's death certificate immediately the refund was applied to airlines and once we received from airlines immediately refund was sent on Ms. Mandeep's husbands company account via e transfer which was also deposited by auto deposit. Once anyone receive e transfer immediately popup on receiver's email from the which company they have received the e transfer. In case if her husband didn't informed to her about the receipt of funds in that case where is agency's fault and even without knowing the actual facts about refund of mother's unused return ticket she behaved very rude on phone with the office staff multiple times. After all of this once she understood that they have already received the refund money then she told us to get refund for her father's unused ticket which they have left unattended without informing to agency. In that case we assure to her that we will raise the case with airline through supplier and we applied and once its denied we had informed to her via email that claims has denied and due to policy we can't share the internal commented documents. Also she commented about other person's refund of death case $2900 for her kind information they came to office and picked their cheque but that was only discussed with as a referral while phone discussions. As a final words we are here to serve the best service at all the times to the clients and we provided complete services to Ms. Mandeep Bains but sorry to say that doesn't mean that we can pay from our pocket as you told to us in past that do this refund other wise I buy future tickets from online or from other agent and I will post on google what you did it now.
